My mom purchased a puppy from here and first off, the lady LIED about the puppy’s age. The puppy was older than what she stated she was. Then, the puppy was clearly not a full bred puppy and was some kind of mutt. She only accepts payment in CASH which was our first red flag. When we went to see the puppy she kept saying she needed to see the money before we saw the dog like it was some kind of drug deal. When we saw the puppy we immediately recognized that it was not a purebred and asked what other dog breed she was because it wasn’t purebred. We were assured that we could have her genetics tested and if it didn’t come back purebred we would get a refund. Well we did that. When we sent the results of her not being purebred she said the results were fake and that she never said anything about a refund. We were sketched out from the moment we met her so we actually had the foresight to record that conversation and her saying we could be refunded just because she knew we wouldn’t have purchased if she didn’t lie. These people are scammers. Point blank. I reported them to the department of justice and have contacted a lawyer regarding a class action lawsuit. Their mistake was messing with a family who has more than enough resources to bring them to court. Game on.

The Lady on the phone was very rude when I called her just asking if I could browse and look at the puppies to see if they're a good fit for my home. She immediately said no that I can't even look at the puppies if I'm not ready to buy one the same day with $2000 cash. How am I the customer going to pay you for something that I can't look at? It doesn't make sense, this lady seemed so sketchy and I'm glad I didn't buy nothing from her considering other people have had the same reviews about her. I told her I have more than enough money to get a pup I just want to see them and spend a day with the puppy before I take a puppy home. I thought that's how purchasing pets go. This place needs to be shutdown. This lady is going to hell.

Puppy had birth defects and has had several surgeries after the “clean health certificate I was given! The puppy has now cost me $8,000+. Terrible recommendation!!! My baby is now a year old but I will NEVER recommend them to anyone! They will make excuses about their dogs and all these bad comments, but I can show you the vet bills! They said I could bring her back but I knew they were not going to follow up with her medical needs because they said she had nothing wrong. They are in it for only the money. Go elsewhere!!!These pictures are from her SECOND and MOST SERIOUS SURGERY at one year. According to the Vet, we literally saved her life by taking her and having all her birth defects repaired. I wonder how many others from that litter had these problems.

Purchased a “teacup” Yorkie puppy on 12/16. I wanted the puppy to be a Christmas present for my daughter. I felt rushed to get one in time for Christmas but I wish I would have done more researching. I was told the puppy was 8 weeks but it was actually 12 weeks at the time. When I eventually questioner the owner about it she explained that she had to keep the dog longer because she was so small which is not an excuse for lying about age. Also asked how big it would be full grown and was told 5-6 lbs. The puppy is already 4.5 pounds at 15 weeks old. I paid the full $2,000 expecting a teacup Yorkie and clearly she is not a teacup. The owner did however drive to meet me halfway to New Orleans to receive payment. Really wish they would be honest when answering questions.Update 5/23/23My dog is now over ten pounds at 8 months old and now doesn’t appear to be a full Yorkie. She has large floppy ears that are not typical in yorkies. She is very friendly and great with my kids but still feel like I did not get at all what I paid for.

We purchased our two baby girls a month apart from each other!! One is a tea cup Shih Tzu and the other a tea cup Yorkie. We couldn’t be more pleased with the service and commitment to excellence that they provide to their customers. They even drove a little ways to meet us the first time, which was so kind of them. I loved that they provided detailed paperwork, especially the ones to get her registered. They made the entire process smooth and easy! I can also tell they love on their puppies before they go to their new homes… both puppies were so loving, happy and energetic… and great snugglers!! I really loved that the business owners (even her sweet son), took the time to make sure both puppies were well bathed before we picked them up.If you are considering purchasing, please decide on this business.. they are professional and overall super kind business owners. We love our new baby girls!! They are the perfect addition to our family and just what our hearts needed after losing our previous Yorkie of 14 years, 7 months ago. Merry Christmas!

It’s a scam! They are all about taking your CASH and not giving you what you think you’re getting. There’s a reason they only accept cash payments of $2,000. Do not trust these people. They are not responsible dog breeders, they take your money and give you whatever dog they can find.

Highly unprofessional. When speaking to my mom about the chihuahuas she acted as if my mom was stupid, which is not the case because we have chihuahuas for more than 20 years. It was a terrible environment for puppies. I wish I could take all of the puppies because they looked terrified and were shaking because it was freezing in there and they had no covers. It had a strong odor which smell like feces. I wish they would have their breeding license revoked. They do not need to keep having puppies because they do not handle the ones they have with care. (Not to mention while we were all inside trying to look at the chihuahuas the man in the car kept honking the the horn, it wasn’t just one honk, it was at least 3 prolonged honks, seemed like they needed to be somewhere else but in reality they should be in there tending to the puppies who seem to be neglected).

I know everything they are talking about I have the same experience about the place wen I buy one puppy for my daughter. My daughter was in problems depression and her doctor recommended to get one animals he is like and she is love a dog and I went the place and the lady selling me one sick puppy after one week the puppy he died. and that woman was stupid even knowing that my daughter was very sick. the vet told me that the puppy had already been sold to me sick. I spent more than 5 thousand dollars to save the puppy but there was no way. My daughter got really bad with depression after that happened..

Today is the 12th of August 2023Mom was looking to get a teacup puppy. When speaking to the lady on the phone she would repeatedly say bring the money in cash to see the puppy. When my mom and I arrived at Poms 4 Pets it had a strong odor that smelled like feces. Lady asked to see money before showing puppy. Seen the puppy so my mom decided to purchase the puppy for $1000.00. Lady said she had to clean the puppy to give her a few minutes so we went to the car until ready. Once ready my mom went back in the get the puppy and when I looked at the paperwork given, I didn’t understand what shots were given to the puppy. So I called to inquire about them. Lady was very rude kept saying the pup was purchased as is. Would not inform me on what shots the puppy had so I said to her I have 48hrs to have the pup seen as her policy states if something is wrong with the puppy I could bring him back and she said to me because I didn’t pay full price I could not do so the 48hrs policy was for costumers who paid full price for the dog. I paid 1000.00 for the puppy. Very unprofessional and money hungry. PLEASE CHECK THE REVIEWS AS I WISH I WOULD HAVE BEFORE PURCHASING A PUPPY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!! I wouldn’t rate them at all but to inform others only I had to rate them one star.

We purchased a male Yorkie 2 years ago and we have nothing but positive and high praises for this business. We were so satisfied that a month ago we decided to buy a female Yorkie from Poms4pets. Their customer service and communication was nothing less than professional. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new healthy addition to their family.

After a few second conversation over the phone you honestly can’t even get a word in without being force fed “$2000 CASH ONLY.” I was interested in coming to purchase a puppy but I’m deterred from that after such horrible customer service. I had more questions but I decided to just say “ok thank you” before hanging up. I wish I’d seen the other reviews sooner. I don’t care if she gets on here with one of her infamous rebuttals, they are telling the TRUTH about her. This many people have no reason to get on the internet and flat out lie about an old lady selling puppies if she was as clean cut as she claims to be. I would give 0 stars off her customer service alone if I could.Response: Since they don't let you reply to the third-party and I have time today! I'm not a scammer. I am a college student who doesn't carry $2000 cash, as any person shouldn't. It is not a credit card it is a debit card through a certified Federal Credit Union. I did not deep dive into your website. I googled teacup maltipoos near me, your store popped up, and I called to see if you did walk-in sales. Had you not been rude I probably would've went to my bank to draw out the money, but you're rude and the fact that you try to discredit people's experience with false accusations is very telling of your character.

So recently one of my friends tried to buy a puppy from her and stated that she was really rude. Me being the peoples person I am I tried to purchase from her anyway and had no problem paying the 2K price for puppies but when I called for an inquiry and to see if I could come today and buy she had the worst attitude and tone ever. She won't ever get new clientele with that tone I will take my business elsewhere.

I didn’t purchase a puppy, was just asking questions and wanting pictures. I won’t be buying one from this lady for the sheer fact she is rude. Asked for pics and she told me look at the one blurry pic on her website. Would not give out any other info unless I was ready to purchase and told me call back when I figured out what I wanted to do. I don’t like to support rude business owners. I called to inquire about a certain breed of puppy, that was stated to be of possible availability. She told me every thing I needed to know was on the website. However not the questions I had. I was only able to get one of my questions answered (which was not on the website!) before she repeatedly ask me about putting down a deposit for a litter that was not even available! She did not want to talk about anything but the money! Granted I know it is a business however business bring receipts (photo etc...) , should communicate respectfully with potential customers and last but not least be PROFESSIONAL YOU ARE A BUSINESS! I’m sure you might respond as you have to every truthful comment of your business etiquettes!

I wanted to write a review due to misleading information I received from the owners on the purchase of a puppy. There business was really nice and so were they, the only issue I have is I bought a yorkie from them about 5 months ago. I was very clear that I wanted a tcup yorkie and wanted a certain size after paying $1200 for a dog. I was told the pup was a tcup yorkie and would be a certain size and 5 months later the "tcup" is already 9.6 pounds and was told by the vet after about 3 visits that it's not a tcup and should be no more than 20lbs. I just wish they were alittle more upfront about the pup not being a tcup. I may have decided to purchase else where. Dont use them if you want a true tcup pup. Other then that, they were great.

I went in there one day to check out some puppies because I was looking to get a Yorkie or Pom. They wouldn't allow me to take pics of any of the puppies which is extremely suspect to me. Plus the place wasn't clean and had an odor, on top of the folks in there being very unprofessional. Another thing is that they advertise their pups as "teacups". There is no such thing as a teacup Yorkie or teacup Pomeranian. "Teacup" is a backyard breeder term used to scam people. Plus the pups look pretty sickly and sad. This place is clearly a puppy mill and I honestly don't know why they are still in business.

The puppies are stacked on top on one another ...They had their child lock me in the building upon my arrival and then harassed me everyday after I decided I didn't want to purchase a SICK PUPPY FROM THEM! Awful business! I bought a “Morkie “ for $1000 and within 3 days it was hospitalized for parvo. I notified the breeder immediately so that they could notify the owners of other puppies purchased. The owner blamed my puppy getting parvo on my vet and was very unhelpful. I am one of the lucky ones whose puppy lived through the illness however, the tcup “Morkie” that I purchased is now a 12lb shitzu (she’s 4 months old)

Didn’t even try to answer not one question or even take the time to hear me out. I was disappointed in how my call was dismissed. I would love to make a purchase but under no circumstances will I spend money w/ anyone that feel they don’t have to be respectful or kind to customers. Worst breeder ever we bought a Maltese with Parvo and couldn’t take it to the vet until Monday since it was the weekend. In the contract it states 48hours to bring to the vet. She did not honor it and blamed me. Do not ever go here you will get screwed over.

This place is terrible. They sold our family a puppy that had parvo and died within a few days. Read reviews on Facebook. A lot of their puppies end up having parvo and not making it. This is also contagious to other dogs in your home. Do your research and don’t go to these puppy mills that should be closed down.
