We dropped our dog off at 10:30 am on a Saturday and after 3 hours they called me back telling us he bit or snipped at the groomer.I thought this was a PROFESSIONAL dog grooming and caring facility. We have an adopted dog that has never had issues before getting groomed.This petsmart has groomed him 4 other times.I spoke with the manager and nothing came about. I don’t want anything for free I just needed my dog groomed. I am very disappointed with this service as we always have been very loyal customers of pets mart but not now.I will be sending emails to JK (The CEO) about how I feel, and how I think it should have been handled.Extremely dissatisfied with the way my wife was spoken to and how it was handled

Went there to buy fish and the lady that came to help us was rude and left. We waited 5 minutes and she never came back. Will not come back for this store. Petco has better service

Brought my cat to be groomed with a lion cut and they returned her with just half of her shaved. I almost lost it from laughing but then realized I wasted $75. Don’t go here!

I normally take my dog to the Pet Smart on Airline Hwy, but this week I decided to try a different location since it was close to where I work and I am not disappointed! Ms. Rachel, her groomer, was the sweetest and was talented in what she did. She asked many beneficial questions before the appointment to get a good sense of how to style my dog’s haircut. The end results ended up very impressive compared to the other location we normally go to. Ms. Rachel just found herself a regular:)! The cashier was really patient and sweet as well. I appreciate the customer service given today!

The store parking lot is horrible. It definitely needs fixing. However, that being said, the employees are always super friendly and nice. Volunteering to help and offer suggestions. The prices are a little higher than id like to pay but they have a much larger selection. They also price match, so if you've seen a cheaper price, they'll match jt. They often have clearances.

I love the service here! I appreciate how they care for our fur baby, Saint Deuce. We have made Banfield Hospital a family affair. My daughter brings her fur babies and my mom brings her fur baby also. From the vets to the desk receptionists, everyone is top tier with care and service. They even keep you informed with what is going on when you have to do drop-offs.

This store is always well-stocked and clean. Rarely do you find any accidents left by four-legged clients. The Kong return policy is also phenomenal. The woman that does the training is the top PetSmart trainer in the state. We always bring our Golden Doodle here for showers and grooming. They’re the best.

I will never be returning to this store after the disrespect I have received this Christmas Season. I went on my break from my state job and waited in line my entire break. THE STORE MANAGER Thomas, repeatedly answered the phone and hung up on me while I watched him (he was unaware that I was in the store)..after waiting 30 minutes in a line with two people infront of me, THOMAS finally comes to the front and laughs with the one cashier about why she is moving so slowly. He also mentioned that he wished I had went to the petsmart in my hometown rather than the one closer to my job.

Have had nothing but the best experience from this location. I have visited the Vet here many times. I have always felt the staff takes excellent care of my pets as well as me. They take the time to teach pet owners good practices and way to help their four legged family members. Top notch. Check them out, you wont be disappointed.

They completely botched one of my pups. I have two goldendoodle and brought both of them at the same time to this location. One was cut how i wanted and the other was shaved and left with a literal MOHAWK. My poor puppy did not deserve to be shaved and left with a small patch of hair on the top of her head. I understand my dog was being a little difficult, but that doesn’t mean shave her, they should have left her alone. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND.

The staff here are extremely rude. I also noticed mass amounts of dog fur on the floor which explains the other reviews about people bringing home fleas from the grooming department. There were about 5 staff members and only 1 dog being clipped yet the floor was covered in fur from front to back. It's not hard to grab a broom and sweep up in between grooms..I would think twice about bringing your pet here to be groomed as they are unprofessional and don't take any pride in keeping a clean shop

I had cat food delivered to my home using the Same-day delivery service. When my order arrived, someone had hand written “please tell your pets we said hello!” On my receipt. I felt it was a nice extra touch in regards to customer service. Little things like that make a difference! I will plan on buying from Petsmart again in the future.

I do not recommend this place at all. I have 2 French bulldogs a girl and a boy. My boy is only 2 months and we just got him yesterday. Previously I bought my girl frenchie to this place flea free and she came back with a flea about a month ago.I figured that maybe she had just been groomed near a dog who had fleas or whatever the case may be. But I brought them both to this location today to get groomed both being flea free prior to arriving . After they were groomed I checked my pup and he has fleas crawling all over him. We called in and they were very unhelpful and said that we couldn’t get a free flea bath for him because it was no way to prove that he didn’t have any fleas. We know our pup and he was definitely flea free before he arrived at this place! Do not support their grooming department they are very unprofessional!! I wish i could’ve taken photos but my dogs health was my main concern. I picked 5 fleas off of my pup!!!

Always love to come and shop around. Pets love this place. Sometimes items have a separate treat price on items but at the checkout it doesn't apply to treat members. That's the only frustrating part.Over the weekend you get to meet new pals and if you want, you can adopt them.

I really do like this Banfield! I felt like they payed better attention to my dogs needs and gave great suggestions. I had been bringing him to the Kenner location for years & his problem skin has constantly been overlooked. Plus he was in and out a lot quicker too.

Both of my dogs went here flea free and came back with fleas. I saw the fleas about an hour after leaving and called back immediately. No one offered any help. They didn’t offer another bath, a discount, or anything because “there’s no way of telling if they had fleas before hand”. If they had fleas before hand that means you weren’t doing your job when bathing them to see if they had any issues with flea or their skin. One of my dogs is a puppy. I got him yesterday FLEA FREE and brought him to get groomed and he came back with fleas. My other dog was also flea free and had no issues with itching, irritation, or anything else. I don’t recommend bringing your pets here. I pulled 5 fleas off of my puppy. This place has to be infested.
