This is a very convenient location overall. Typically the store is clean and workers always seem busy. Only complaint would be workers not necessarily helping much when checking out or picking up an online order. Wish that process was a bit easier. Appreciate them always asking if you want to use points upon checking out though. Layout of everything is straight forward and accurate.

I’m so upset this my last visit🤬 Been brining my puppy here since I got his for my daughter since Christmas. Today I brung him in for a bath and trim and he left slimed and shaved with a hanging tooth. Krissy called and informed me that his legs was matted and she had to cut him I told her please done shave my dog bald. Then I get her he shaved bald😩 On top of that I notice his tooth was hanging so I so back in and she said it’s puppy teeth and he keep chumping down and he had to do that. Now I’m really upset. I goes back in to ask for her manger number she act like it was a problem but I can’t wait to come back here and talk with the salon manger cause she laugh like it was a joke. Never again but long as the white girl treated my dog it was never a problem

I had called the previous night and the individual that I spoke to was very nice and informative they had informed me that if I went to their website I could order the feeders I was looking for the delivery was from doordash they showed up they were very nice but whenever I went to check the crickets they were closer to large-sized crickets and seeing as how I was feeding jumping spiders they pose a danger to my spiders only about three of the crickets were actually small size whenever I called the store back to inform them of my concerns I was informed that if I had come into the store I could get the small size crickets which obviously was a problem if I had had the means to go to the store I would have done that in the first place which is why I ordered them for delivery I just needed something small enough to feed my jumping spiders and instead I got a bunch of large crickets only a couple of them were usable so unless I can call ahead of time to verify that they're actually giving me the small size crickets that I need I will probably have to consider a different pet store there's actually one within walking distance of where I'm at that I am considering checking out.

We come to this store every couple weeks to get bugs for my brother's lizard and every time we go I check to see if they have beef tendons in stock for my dog because he loves them, and they NEVER have any in stock - EVER. I asked an employee about requesting a restock because I would absolutely purchase 10 or so at a time but I was told they don't accept restock requests from customers. I've been purchasing the tendons at Tractor Supply instead. Oh well.

We bought a parakeet at this location today. MC was an amazing employee, and human being in general. He was extremely knowledgeable about birds and other animals. He was so kind, friendly and attententive. I was so impressed that I called the store to brag on him. The whole staff at this location is top notch!

My experience was anxiety after the grooming services. My little maltese was traumatized from the experience. It took days for them to recover.

I pulled up 15 minutes ago and called to pick up my order. No one ever answred. After 2 trips into the store for something it probably would have took less time to just grab off the shelf myself while in there the first time...But I had spent my money online already. Long story short. The cashier with the headphones on didn't hear me the first time. When she did, she sais she didn't answer phones...second trip, finally found a worker taking a break and he agreed to go retrieve my order. The whole time...nobody answered the phone! Their curbside pickup is dangerous.

The employee in the fish department gave me great tips and was very helpful! I wish I could recall his name, but he gave me advice on how to care for my Betta fish and suggested adding snails and shrimp to the tanks to help keep them clean longer. I will definitely return to this location!

They have nice workers but they are limited with exotic pets. Be careful if you buy worms because they might be dead. So always have them to check them for you before you buy.

Very unhappy with the grooming staff on the Airline Hwy location. This is the second time that I’ve been told that my grooming appointment will have to be cancelled at such short notice! The person calling doesn’t seem to care or has a very nonchalant attitude. They give very unrealistic options, such as bringing my pup in at 1:30pm when my scheduled time was at 5pm! This appointment was scheduled weeks in advance. Do not make schedules that you do not want to honor. If schedule conflicts arise, you should find a way to work with the customer and not give ultimatums. I suggested coming in at 3:30pm since I get off at 2:30pm. I was told that wouldn’t work for THEM, I feel more should have been done to accommodate us but no realistic options given. You all didn’t give me a full working 24 hours to make accommodations at my job. Lastly, I feel Macey should have reached out to me instead of having someone else call to do the dirty work. That would have been more respectable. We have been a customer for years but it doesn’t seem we are valued as such and that’s not okay. I’m disappointed and definitely looking to take my business elsewhere.

Great experience. Word of caution: Make sure you book your appointment more than 48 hours away from shots. Grooming on my big, gray boy was cancelled because of the restriction. They immediately rebooked for the following day at a time that was convenient for me. He looks fabulous and seems happy. Groomer also advised he has some kennel anxiety but she's willing to work around it by condensing future appointments so I can stay on site and pick him up str8 away. We will be returning

This store is always clean and their shelves are straight. They always seem to have a good amount of stock on hand as well. Sales staff has always been super courteous. This store also has an active adoption service for cats but I haven’t tried this or the clinic or the groomers here. Seeing as this is the only pet store on this side of town, they could be much worse so I am glad they have been consistent for as long. I mean I never can leave a place like this without spending over $300 so the least you can expect would be a clean and straight store. Five stars for the friendly staff and for always having what I need.

This PetSmart has been my go to store for many years. The selection is large and rarely out of stock unlike a few other stores in town. The staff has always been helpful. My current dog has special dietary needs and they carry his prescription food which some of the smaller stores don’t stock. They also regularly have sales on select dog toys that can be good bargains.

I came buy to buy some fish and I couldn’t get anyone to help me. I went to look for some help and a couple of employees were standing by an office door gossiping. They saw me and saw I was standing behind them waiting for help. They just ignored me.
