Out of stock on the food we usually get. The selections are not as good as they use to be at this location, forcing us to drive further away to get what we need. Store aisles were cluttered. Petco in denham has been better for us as of lately.

I called the Vet clinic @ 5:03pm because my dog (Gizmo) was crapping blood. The tech told me they were busy and couldn’t see him. That didn’t sit well with me so I went to the store only to find out that they had one dog being seen for vaccine shots and a video call, I was told that if Dr Rodriguez finishes his video call befor 6pm he would see Gizmo. They have a sign posted that says “ Sick or injured patients are seen first for everyone safety”. I had brought him in because he was crapping blood, I suppose that was sick enough for them.

Wellness cat food, among other things, was advertised to be 20% off if you ordered on line on February 3-4 and used the code Save20 when placing the order. I made several attempts on February 3 to use the code, but it was rejected each time.

Went there two times for deliveries. I have no pets of my own so I otherwise have no business coming to this store unless for a delivery. First time I had to pick up some gel for a dog. Didn't know where it was at so I walked near the back, near where that big orange sign was and saw three employees talking with each other. I approached them greeting them and saying I needed help. One young lady with glasses and redhead came to me. I showed her what I was looking for. So instead of breaking away from the group conversation to actually show me anything, she gave me directions that were pretty bad and continued the conversation with her coworkers. I go to the section and still have trouble finding what I needed and I see the same lady coming up near where I was having trouble and do you think she bothered to come help me? No. I did find the item that I needed no thanks to her and checked out. Second time coming back in the same day I had to get dog food. As soon as I came in there was the cashier up front who greeted me. I asked her if she could help me find the item I'm looking for and do you know she took me all the way to the appropriate section and did not leave until I found what I needed. Mind you, she was the cashier. Very disappointed in the first lady.

I brought my golden doddle in today for a haircut. I discuss with her groomer Madeleine, I did not want her bald/shaved. Madeleine informed me her haircut would be low but not shaved/bald. I picked up my dog around 4:50pm, my dog looked totally different! I was NOT called to be informed that my dog would need to be shaved! I was very shocked of the bill as well, I was charged $15 for a buffer service and $40 for a scissor cut, again no one called me to inform me of anything! I paid $137 dollars for my dog to be completely bald! It’s very sad for my dog and I, she is completely embarrassed of this haircut. It’s so terrible my chocolate lab did not notice her, he started barking like crazy when he saw her!

We get all my pet products from this Pet Smart, the staff is always super friendly and helpful. The isles seem to always be clear free from obstacles so my 5lb. poodle can parade up and down each one. And we even have Cooper enrolled in an obedience class which we both enjoy ...

Great place to go for all of your pet needs. Whether you need grooming, a vet visit, or to pick up items for your pet, it is my go to. I go there all the way from watson, so it is worth it. I prefer the Siegan location more, but this one is still great. They are a little bit pricier than some places, but you are paying for convenience! They do offer price matching if you ask though!!

Fantastic dog food prices on top of the line products. I thought for sure Walmart would have lower prices. What I found was PetSmart is the better bargain #vs$. These days it cost a small fortune to feed your fur babies.

3/5/23 6:15pm Carl along with 2 other associates all had attitudes! Went to purchase glo fish for my kids couldn’t find no help, so I walked to the front to ask Carl he said someone is over there I walked back didn’t see anyone went back to Carl and said I didn’t see nobody he said someone over there just wait ! Store close at 7 now it’s 6:45 when i finally get help then when she attempted to help she left me and went to help someone else grunting just unsatisfied with the poor customer service or is was it a race issue!

First time ever using there curb side pickup and it’s super nice and very convenient to use. Great customer service and friendly helpful staff. Always very welcoming and no waiting longer than couple minutes, it’s in and out service which I just love.

Not very impressed with the staff here. They have yet to figure out how to display the horn worms. I also tend to steer clear of buying fish from this spot because I'd rather not the associate kill the fish they're trying to get out.

Kids love the fish selection. The 3 boys always have a blast. And the girls always look and beg to adopt one of the cats, but the 4 we got in the past from here are good enough. The cats we got from adoption at various locations and times all are wonderful additions to our family. The staff at all locations always were a big help and knowledgeable about anything we needed help with. One of them even helped me put with my dimmer switch wiring on my rgb led light strips.

The staff are amazing but it's got a ton of stock(to be expected) missing and often there's pallets everywhere. Everyone I've ever dealt with was amazing and helpful it's just always hit or miss if they have my cats food/ fish supplies/ dog treats
