went in for rabbit bedding, was appalled by the quality of these animal’s habitats. I witnessed a black hamster stuck in a corner due to an enlarged tumor on his backside, unable to move. The bird cages are no different, with dirty water and feces scattered. The parrots also seem to have pinfeathers too, which can lead to deadly blood feathers.Do better with your animals or don’t sell them at all.

Love Honda-Ya! I've been going here for years. Go early or plan on a wait. It's loud and vibrant. The food is worth the wait, and they have something on the menu for everyone. Almost anything you can think of to eat, they have. Crazy place.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE PETCO. They always have markdowns that are not listed in the store, but they are on the Petco App. And Petco ALWAYS PRICE MATCHES (or does price adjustments/overrides) to give you the cheaper price!! I save a ton of money using that trick, rarely ever pay full price for an item. You have to download the app and sign up, which is no big deal. It’s definitely worth it. Also the employees are always friendly- I’ve never had a bad experience and we shop at Petco a couple times a month usually.

I make sure to stay booked every four weeks, 2 months out on Jasmine’s calendar so I’m certain she’s available to groom our dogs on a schedule. Jasmine is wonderfully skilled at making Rüfus, our standard poodle & Pepper, our mini schnauzer look top-notch. She’s so good about communicating before & after each service appointment. Plus, she has the best personality, and it’s apparent she loves taking care of her furry clients. The bandannas are a extra nice touch with each service appointment.

So disorganized here. They do have a better selection of fish supplies than PetSmart but I never get my fish or anything going in my tank from this place. I'll go to PetSmart for that. The tanks looks terrible and the fish always looks so unhappy in their own fish ways. So much growth and bacteria in their tanks. The rest of the store is very unorganized you can't be sure what anything cost bc it's always hanging from the wrong hooks and in the wrong bins especially the dog items. Friendly staff.

Since 2020, I have been coming with Demi every 3 months to see Jenna in grooming. Each time, we both leave happy with results and Demi satisfied! Demi is very nervous about her legs but they are always done well. See ya in June Jenna!

Healthiest fish around, nice selection of live plants too. Madison in aquariums knows her stuff, she is a fairly new hire and an LSU certified Marine Biologist. The tanks sparkle and she is ordering some cool little dudes and dudettes (peppermint shrimp, cleaning snails, etc) for your aquarium👍👍.

I will never bring my dog back to Petco on Seigen in Baton Rouge ever again. They cut a HUGE chunk of my dog's ear while grooming him. Never Again. Shame on you guys. My poor dog bleed the whole way home. Had to stop to bandage his ear on the way home. I'm in tears. Just never again and I wouldn't suggest this place to my worst enemy.

The staff was great. But the saltwater fish section, this store has absolutely no business selling saltwater fish! The tanks were horrible, a few dead fish and a coral beauty with what I believe is velvet, not ich. It’s disgusting. This was a couple of months ago. I hope you’ve hired more caring and knowledgeable aquatic staff

Terrible service! Woman refused to sell me a 29 cent goldfish because she said I had to small of a tank. My kids left the store in tears!! I will not return!

I went to this location today to pick up a new toy for my dog and decided to look around at the animals. Unfortunately, the ferrets are kept in horrifying conditions. There were way too many of them in a tiny tank covered in their own feces and there were multiple flies in there with them. The white one was stained yellow because of how unclean it was in there. I wish I would have taken photos. Needless to say, I walked out without buying anything. Stay away from this location unless you want your mood to be ruined for the remainder of the day.

I have never felt so insulted ,Went in to buy a few items and immediately felt very judge.The clerks were not friendly or helpful at all.I was even told that animal control would be called if anything was to happen with my pet .Who was very quite and nervous to begin with .I was told that I could sign up for a premium membership however I dont think that I would want to with someone as arrogant and rude as this clerk was that rung me up I promise I will not go back. The purpose of this store is so that pets and pet parents can come and purchase items to not only make the pet happy but bring ease and happiness to the parents as well.

Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff. The feeder crickets there are great because they don't immediately die if you intend to keep them between pet feedings. All the pets are very well taken care of and they have a great variety to choose from.

Much better than it has been in years. I used to work there and wow what a turn-a-round. Well stocked, didn't make it to the aquatic and reptile section, but it'd be hard to make me happy with those sections because those are the sections I used to run! Lots of variety of foods, treats, toys and beds. All the small mammals looked healthy as well. It also didn't stink! I'm proud of how well they've turned around. Oh they also charge you for plastic bag usage.

Appalling behaviour from staff. I asked for help to find a rain coat that supposedly in stock according to the website. The staff didn’t bother to look at the clothing section or their inventory and said they do not have it. I asked if they have other rain coats and she basically brushed me off and pointed me to a random direction. Terrible customer service. Unhelpful and unprofessional staff. Most staff were nowhere to be seen and even if you ask they cannot be more unhelpful. Run and don’t walk away from this store.

100x yes!!! Always a pleasant experience with Dory for grooming. We had been going to the Acadian location which I will NEVER step foot in again, no matter how convenient it is. Dory had groomed my baby before, so we tried the Siegen location again and YESSSSSSSS! Dory is everything. Friendly, knowledgeable, attentive. Whatever you're looking for she's got it. I'm so happy I didn't let my experience at the other location take me away from the company all together because seriously Dory is a gem!! Beyond happy with the service she provides.

Not many live fish in South American Cichlid region. They have labels but no products to purchase. The bathroom in ladies-is horrendous and really needs a make over. Needs maintenance and cleanings
