Took my puppies there for the first time today. They were well groomed, smelling fresh, & excited!! I think we’ve found a new parlor and I’m happy about it. The owner was also very friendly. I was happy to know that they offer boarding services so that I can take my puppies to a place they are well cared for.

I don’t normally do reviews but after my experience I needed to share. I would NOT recommend this place to no one as the groomer is definitely not experienced anytime she called me to come pick up my dog because she couldn’t complete the service requested. My dog is 15lbs and not an aggressive dog so I was very confused, because she may not like a kennel but she has NEVER been basically put out a place. The groomer SHAVED my dog not cut her I mean shaved her hair and the cut was so low and looked horrible. When I arrived to pick her up the groomer was on the phone and checking me out UNPROFESSIONAL to say the least. I was so angry by her hair cut I paid for the service and walked out so when I checked my receipt I noticed a tip added to my service that was not authorized and because the kiosk was not working on my end I asked her to complete it. Called the owner she claimed it was a mistake and she would call the credit card company to have it fixed and that did not happen. The audacity of the groomer to NOT groom my dog the way I asked her after showing her pictures and then added a tip when she knew she did horrible and said herself “That’s not my best work” I booked this place accidentally and regret following through with the services. DO NOT take your dog to this place looking for a new groomer cause you will be disappointed. I can also tell that the groomer as rough with my dog because of her actions when I picked her up. I will say the owner wasn’t disrespectful at the beginning of the call but she didn’t know her groomer did horrible and tried to justify the unauthorized tip. Will never return

Tawanna was very welcoming and my Peanut was very happy. I was very pleased with my services. The pet fragrances are amazing 😜😍 and vegan. I love it😍The other groomer was actually sitting talking to a little Shih Tzu and she groomed her I thought that was so cute.
