We needed some vacuums for our clubhouse and choose the Oreck brand because of the lightweight commercial model they sell. We decided to "shop local" and we are delighted that we did! Friendly and knowledgeable local service and American made products. I bought an Oreck vacuum from James. It comes with a 5 year warranty and 5 annual tune ups performed at the store by the same person who sold me the vacuum. Hard to find this kind of personal and direct service these days

I’ve purchased several vacuums from this store. They’re also my main source for accessories and repair. Both Mr. Doug and Mr. James always provide excellent customer service and always prompt service after the sale. I will be purchasing an air purifier in the near future.

So I went there because they had great reviews. Doug and his staff did not disappoint!!! He helped me pick out a vaccum that met ALL of my wife and I's needs. He spent about 45 min showing us all the models and explaining the key differences. He even joked with my 14 month old that was running wild, and he was very intuitive of what my wife was needing. The whole experience was great, and that's coming from someone who is really hard of sales people. This was very much like dealing with an old school salesman who treats you like a client instead of just another customer. We bought a Riccar and I'm glad we did. Thank you Doug and staff.

Called and spoke with the owner about a vacuum bag that’s hard to find for my Dirt Devil. They didn’t have the bag on hand but the owner went far and beyond assisting me with my request.
