So look, we all know its fast food. But! When you need it quick because of time, then the speed and freshness are really important. Had to use digital order screen( I am not a fan) but since had the family, my wife wizzed right through the order process. Everything was as ordered, hot and fresh which is why I had to leave a review. When it is good, it is very much worth it!!

The service is lousy. The employees were too busy on their cell phones on personal calls or playing around that the wait time was over 25 minutes which for fast food, is ridiculous. Then my order was not correct and rather than trying to correct they want to loud cap me a d cuss me. Last time I went through the drive thru they pulled me up and had me park and said it would be right out. 15 minutes later they sent someone out to ask me why I was loitering in their parking lot. How about because I ordered and paid over $22 worth of food and instead of preparing it you had me pull up and I am still waiting. After 5 minutes of being accosted in the parking lot they finally apologized and brought me my food. At which point, it was cold as if it had been fixed and sitting there the entire time I was waiting.

The McDonald's advertised 24-hour service, but it wasn't actually available. The staff were both rude and immature. Despite placing a mobile order, I waited nearly 25 to 30 minutes. After being instructed to wait at the front, I observed the staff serving four other customers before finally acknowledging my order.

Went inside and ordered to go, the wait was not bad for the lunchtime crowed, but received order and had to turn around and go back for 4 items missing, simple mistake, but when I showed the assistant manager what I was missing I was told to wait a freaking minute very rudely in front of several customers while she grabbed two of the items threw them in my bag and was told that I got the other two items on the first go round cause she remembered handing them to me! Only thing is, my son was the one that placed and received the order while I was in the car waiting!! Very rude manager. $49 and still had to leave without all my order....

The staff is very rude. Be careful cuz they snatch the cash and are very um well not chipper for sure 😂. They also don't let you in the doors at 4am, only drive thru. They don't open the doors till 5am, and I have a feeling they probably don't until they have more workers in the front. The one person staff is obviously overworked and is trying to keep up with demands please McDonald's help them out cuz y'all bout had me snap. But we are cool... Still their frappée and hot mocha is just like Mississippi's, um it doesn't work of course. Just take frappée and Mocha off y'all list cuz y'all don't sell that anymore for real

Went to get breakfast at drive thru. Total showed and female said $4.94. Got to window submitted $10 bill as payment and she said my change was $4.84. I told her that was incorrect and it should be $5.06. She told me the $4.94 was before tax and I told her tax was shown on screen and included in the $4.94. Then she told me the price has went up after I left speaker and got to window! I heard someone in the back telling her the line was backing up and that I needed to move on. I continued to dispute and she refused to call the manager, did not give me a receipt, closed the window and walked off! Her rudeness and attitude were completely unprofessional! The owner of this establishment needs to address this matter. Why was she scamming me? Was she trying to get some sort of tip off me? It was about 6:15 Friday morning and I had to get to an appointment out of town.I would avoid this McDonald’s like the plague!

One of the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever visited. I sat at the drive thru speaker for 8 minutes before they took my order, with no one in the drive thru. Then waited at the window and then had to pull up and wait for my hash browns. And to top it all off, they got 3 out of 4 items wrong. Overall I was there for 25 minutes and if I didn’t have hungry kids with me I’d have left without my food.

I pulled up to the window, they asked me if I was using the mobile app today. Then, when I said yes, asked what I would like to order, only to not respond again. I pulled up to the window and they told me they were closed all of a sudden. But on Google they were open, and the arch was lit, as well as responding at the drive thru. Unacceptable for a McDonald's with workers present too!

This was a total disappointment for the third time. I ordered my granddaughter a six piece nugget happy meal. They didn’t have the little happy meal boxes nor did they have apples for the third time. Also, being told to back my car up every time I go, there is definitely irritating

It was good my hunny is very picky but he stated to me tht he really enjoyed his Po boy Catchfish mayb my ham ,cheese sandwich could've 🥪 asked if u want it warm r cold sandwich 🥪.Parking: Parking on da property of da business .Kid-friendliness: The cashier was wonderful assisting me and Q/A great young man doing his job give him a raise👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

McDonald's throughout the greater baton rouge area couldn't possibly get enough stars when you compare them to their competition in the fast food market other than raising Cane's. Take my advice if you're traveling through the baton rouge area do not go to Burger King unless you would like to witness a national chain of fast-food restaurants not have the ability to fulfill a single order. My experience with Burger King would be along the lines of if there were 38 orders placed 37 would be incorrect it's just the experience that you will have of this national restaurant chain in this particular area. I actually do not believe they could even get the one correct but I am going to give them the benefit of the doubt that there is one order that could be filled correctly? So I wouldn't give McDonald's 5 stars out of 5 Stars every damn time but then that would not be fair to McDonalds because they surely would want to be better than their competitors standards? Now keep in mind when you do go to any of the Burger Kings in the greater baton rouge the floors in the lobby or whatever you want to call it are perfect for this white boy here to do the moonwalk because it's so slippery I'm not real sure what they used to clean but this has got to be done on purpose because this white boy here can make an order... get my order... that's never right .. and I can MOONWALK out the door with my incorrect order!

The order taker didn't seem to knowledgeable on how to save/offer the best selection for my money. I thought ordering in the app would be cheaper; the cashier said it wouldn't. Come to find out it, my order would've been cheaper in the app. There was a slight wait not too long, maybe 5 mins. When my food was brought out to me, the fries were undercooked. The worker was kind and said they appeared that way, because they had just changed the frying oil. He kindly took my fries back in, and had them well done. Overall not so bad, just a few areas where adjustments can be made.

The first time I was rushed when placing my order. I was ordering for 3 people. 2 of which were children. Today my order was wrong. I was charged for large fries when I asked for a large sweet tea. I tried to order an ice cream cone. I was told no cones just shakes. To My surprise the young lady was eating an ice cream cone at the 2nd window.

Always have a bad experience with this location. They are always rude and ignorant. The young workers are ghetto and incompetent and the managers uphold the workers in their bull. I will rather drive to Central than the location right here by my house. The only reason I go there is for my son I ABSOLUTELY HATE THIS LOCATION. I want it to shut down because of their lack of customer service.

Went to this location first and bad service all the way around. You see I walked in, placed my order with this employee and older lady but the bad service is this, when she told me my total, she walked away, she was in the business of the drive thru, the business of door dash order, the online orders and never came back to the register. Then when she did, I asked her did the card reader work, she told me I'm pressing the credit key but it's not doing anything so you will have to pay cash. I told her I don't have cash. The rude on her part was she never tried to help me by running my card thru the drive thru reader. She insist that i pay cash, I never said a word I just walked out. It has been five years or more since I ate at any McDonald's because of their HORRIBLE service to customers and I see NOTHING changed. Never again and like I said before do better McDonald's family who own this franchise. Do better.

The Baker LA location has always (as long as I've been going) been great. They're usually pretty quick and polite. I don't remember ever having a bad experience there. I remember only having a great experience at that location!

Just got a Deluxe Crispy Chicken Sandwich. Not good. The deluxe part was sloppy and no crispy chicken. I should have waited the 10-15 minutes the BK across the street saud I'd have to wait for their chicken sandwich. NEVER WILL PURCHASE THE CHICKEN SANDWICH AGAIN. Fries were ok

Unfortunately like most local McDonald's this location struggles to provide accurate orders, friendly customer service, and even a mild sense of friendliness or human decency. They are slow to take and fill orders, completely ignore social requests (how hard is "no pickles"?) and often just completely ignore parts of the order and give you a ton of attitude when you ask if kids in there since it's not on the screen. Needs new management and staff, a complete change over.
