I have been shopping in Lowe’s at least twice a week. Since last few years I have used almost every department including lumber, paint, electrical, lighting, tools and garden center. It is hard to pint point any particular sales person inside the store because often these people are unavailable when you need them or they are so miserable, you scared to bother them asking for help. At least self check out counter usually has a very pleasant smiling lady who is very helpful. Right now is a spring time, and of course everyone is shopping at garden center. I noticed two new people working very hard, and I would like to acknowledge their dedication not only to the customer service but to their plants. Thank you Amanda and Chad ! You both went out of your way to get me what I needed, and you actually found answers to my questions even if it took you time to call corporate to get right information. Amanda, you are a dedicated smiling person at garden center, and they are very lucky to have you.If anyone has questions or issues or even requests, please ask Amanda or Chad. I highly recommend those two hard working people and I wish customer service inside Lowe’s would be the same! Thank you guys! I wish I can put 10 stars for you, but since you are a part of Lowe’s, unless everyone is like you - whole store gets 4 stars for now. Amanda, keep up a good work!

You can never find an infield/ industry/ experienced person working in their respective department if you can find an employee at all. Don't try to return an item without a pee test and your blood type. If you're LUCKY, they might take the original receipt. I used to love coming here.

I have called, and now without resolution, I take to the reviews.... I bought several bags of soil and one of them had termites in it. About a year ago, this occurred with a bag of mulch from there. This soil is for my garden; now I have to find a way to kill them without killing the plants I've already put in the ground. I no longer trust their garden products. I am disappointed this store did not return my March 19 calls.

Had a really good experience at Lowe’s today. Jeff in the Floring department and he was very helpful. He went on and above. Definitely checked every box of costumer service. I’ll definitely come back again. Our renovation company is very thankful!!!!!!

Always a great experience at Lowe's on Siegen Lane. The store is kept clean and well stocked. Prices are decent, on par with Home Depot, and the staff is friendlier and more knowledgeable. The lumber is about as good as you get from a big box. If you're a contractor I highly recommend their "Pro Program". Depending on your purchase volume, the discounts are great. There are other perks as well.

I was having be floor being installed. The contractor needed more material for job completion. I went to Lowe's and had the pleasure of meeting Jeff. He saw my dilemma and and he knew I was in need of help. Jeff gathered everything I needed in a timely fashion! Jeff portrayed professionalism, and such passion for his job. I'm trying to do some patio and yard improvments but this particular Lowe's doesn't make it easy. First visit I had to wait because not even the Lowe's employee could reach the pavers that remained on the pallet so he had to find someone to help while he got the forklift to turn it around. He didn't seem happy about it and it took him so long to come back I thouogh maybe he'd blown me off. Meanwhile, I went inside to get some concrete blocks only to find the aisle was closed and would be at least 30 minutes before it opened again. Yesterday evening I went back because I needed 4 more of the pavers and that aisle was blocked and the forklift guy from before told me it would be an hour before he'd be opening it because they needed to move some of the pallets of soil around. Needless to say I bought my concrete blocks and pavers elsewhere. I do understand they have supplies arriving that need to be brought into the store but it seems that the workers tasks take priority over shoppers. I'd wait 10 minutes while they did part of the task then gave shoppers a few minutes to grab what they needed but asking someone to wait 30-60 minutes is ridiculous. Neither of these incidents is the first time I couldn't get what I needed or an errand that should have taken me 15 minutes or less instead took much much longer.

This is the worst lowes I've been to in AMERICA! Yall gotta train your employees better! Customer service can't print receipts without calling someone. They can't find items your ordered. I'm looking forward to robots taking over.I'm at customer service and they won't let me take a special order because they don't know how to "take it out the system" well I have the receipt and they say I have to wait...here's the kicker... they NEVER ASKED FOR MY ID!! So they won't let me take it until they can take it out the system but NEVER asked for my ID. This was at 4:33pm on 1/10/24.I hate this lowes with a passion.

As a contractor, Ive spent the past 10 years using Home Depot because Lowes was so bad in our area; however over the past couple of years they have remodeled stores and have become top-notch compared to Home Depot. I find myself preferring Lowe's now each day when I need to make a run to grab something for a job!

Associates walking around talking on their phones, not able to help find products at all because it would require them not talking on their phone.Look I'm not saying you can't touch your phone, but if the first two associates I ask for help, not only can't help but have a phone conversation the whole time as well, I'm gonna have a bad taste in my mouth.

I went to buy pine straw bales. There were bales in a locked trailer, but I was told there were none for sale by the customer service.After I left I was on hold for 10 minutes waiting for a manager. She told me that I was misinformed by the associate. I wasted time and gasoline due to incompetent employees at the lowes south baton rouge.

I wouldn't give any stars for this store. Bought a tiller here used it one time for less then an hour. (We made a small garden) put it in my closed shed not in any weather. 4 months later I get it out to use again and it doesn't work. I mean it won't start or anything. So naturally I went to bring it back and get another. NOPE!! It was more then 90 days but I can pay them to have it repaired. Why is it stores are marking up prices constantly but won't honor what they sell. I don't return things often actually I rarely return. So not a satisfied customer at all!!!

Went into Lowe’s hoping to find the perfect washer and dryer set. This was my very first time getting a brand new set. I’ve always had hand me down sets. Which is fine, until they break for the 17th time. LOL So I felt deserving of this beautiful brand new Samsung set I got. It was delivered and installed for free, and I was given complimentary connections because they don’t like using the ones from your old machines. The gentleman that came out were very professional, friendly, and helpful. They were happy to answer all my questions, and showed me things about the washing machine I didn’t know. I 100% recommend getting your home appliances from Lowe’s.

I recently went to Lowe's with my grandmother and she was very impressed that the man in the garden center who was trimming the citrus trees and all the other plants. She told me that she had been shopping at Lowe's for years and had never had anyone help her who seemed to know what they were doing with regard to gardening.I don't know the gentleman's name, but he was a tall skinny white guy with glasses and my grandmother was very impressed by him.

Great visit. We filling everything we needed very easily. It was clean and neat and the workers were quiet nice. The Halloween section they had, set under a tent like structure added to the ambiance of the decorations and made them a little more scarier. The only problem I had, was the bathrooms were so far in the back!!

As a former lowes employee (not this location, in mississippi), this was the worst customer service I've seen and experienced, not a single person ask anyone that was with me or myself if we needed help. Outside garden just sat on a forklift. The rule is to ask everybody. I assisted another customer because they are just that lazy. If you are thinking of a big project and need a large amount of any rocks or pavers DO NOT come here. There are other lowes. I strongly suggest a good team building exercise for that department. Paint not a single person in that department to be found.Lumber the one worker I walked past avoided eye contact.And the workers up front all just standing around talking.

It's Lowe's, so you already know what you're getting. Always clean. Sometimes a little hard to find help if you need it.Based on experience, I wouldn't necessarily recommend online ordering, though. Inventory rarely matches reality, and I really don't like getting the "sorry, we can't fill that" phone call.But, bonus: free air station near the building materials entrance!

Yolanda pickup and returns in costumer service did an outstanding job. Needed help - quietly asked a supervisor for help - and continued to work. Supervisor said they need more training up front as she walked off ( poor leadership ) should have helped more.

From the managers that I've observed when being in Lowes shopping, to each store employee I've interacted with, I would say approximately 30 different people, in different departments, over the course of a few years, really try to give the Best Customer Service. Lowes offers a vast selection of quality products and helpful staff, making it a reliable home improvement store. The store layout could be improved for easier navigation, but overall, it's a great place for DIY projects and home upgrades.
