How have I never been here before? Two hours. I spend two hours of my life looping around this amazing store. Great prices, and just so much fabulous home decor and accessories. Example: That coffee mug set in the review images was $9.99- What a steal!One star was taken off because it has narrow aisles as it is, and they had atleast 4-5 employees on the main right side wall of the store doing stuff and it made it hard to shop the area. I feel that if that many employees are needed to restock/rearrange/whatever, then they need to do that before the store opens to shoppers.There were items I wanted to view but multiple employees were in the way and saw me trying to look, and didn't offer to move nor acknowledge me.

I love Homewood one of my favorite places to pick up items for my home. They have large selections but are definitely always crowded. I was a little disappointed when I went to take an item back and had my receipt but I now had an updated card because my last one was stolen and was advised I can only get a store credit. To me there was no purpose in having my receipt. This policy should be changed

I try to shop at Home Goods in any town that I am in. They always have a good selection at great prices.I am happy to see that there have been improvements since my last visit. In the past this location was not one of my favorites because the store was so messy and there were more items on the carts to be put on the floor than there were items on the floor and the carts were always congested in the back right corner of the store so that area was not accessible. This was prior to Covid lock downs so if it was due to staff shortages it wasn’t because of the plandemic.That hasn’t been the case for my last visits. Keep up the good work.

Let me start off on a good note the employees were amazing and friendly. My complaint is about the "Store Manager" Adam.Now I was not present for what happened prior to this situation. While I was walking through the aisle, I overheard him call over an employee and stop this person from doing their work. He then proceeded to raise his voice in front of customers and other employees to reprimand this employee. He had no regard for his store, employees, or customers as he loudly cut her off and stated "you are going to listen to the store manager".Irrelevant of the details of situation, this could have been handled way differently and with more respect for the employee. It angered me tremendously the way that was handled and I'm honestly disgusted Adam behaved this way.From one store manager to another, you are nothing without your team. From one person to another, treat others the way you want to be treated.You are the reason people do not stay at their place of work and choose to move to better opportunities.

Good products but cashier(Jordan)’s attitude was horrible. It wasn’t even busy when we came to check out. This isn’t the first bad experience I had with her either. Thought she was having a bad day, but apparently that’s just how she is. No greeting, angry face like we were bothering her, acting annoyed with her glancing eyes when we said we no longer want an item that was dented as soon as we noticed it. I guess she’d rather we come back later to do a return, probably way more convenient. All the other employees were rounded back there casually chatting about looking for a better paying job and what not, but at least the others look more cheery than Jordan. I won’t be back after this time. After spending hours there, the check outs always ruined it for me.

I love coming to this store. They have a great variety of things to offer for your home and outdoors and even for your pets. The only thing that bothers me about this store is that some isles are very cluttered and disorganized. Other than that I enjoy my experience there every time. The store associate Brittany Richardson was very helpful during my last visit. She helped me find exactly what I needed as well as help with a prompt checkout. I purchased a beautiful outdoor bed for my dog! 😊

Love the store but hate the employee(s). I went there Black Friday evening, after the rush, and was in the process of checking out. Waited in line, had the monitor announced to go to check out 1, but the cashier was not done. Fine, honest mistake and since I had already moved up I did not want the people behind me move back so I could be back where I was and instead just waited there. Then the cashier at check out #6 proceeded to check out the person behind us first and that was fine, benefit of doubt, since maybe she didn't see us, but she goes on to check out another customer after that after we started unloading the basket. She then comes back with a attitude and at that point I didneven want my items anymore. I started to leave the store then turn around to report the cashier to the store manager so that they can know why and what happen and said cashier comes up arguing in front of the whole store that she had an attitude because she did not hear an immediate responds to her question. Then this I'll mannered cashier proceed to threaten me to "go outside" to fight. I don't know what kind of business HomeGood is running, but I advise anyone shopping there better bring a gun or at least a taste for protection from the employee. Just in case if anyone wants to know what the manager did this whole time, he just walked away and left a customer to fend for themselves as the employee basically went however she wanted.

Contents of the store are excellent. However, things are a bit disorganized, and the wait time to check out is absurd. 17 guests in line and only two cashiers open with 5 other employees walking around the store. Not good business. But, if you have the patience, you can't beat the prices.

Store was nice and bright, filled with goods for the home & office, toys for kids & kids-at-heart, bath & body care, and a variety of pet supplies. I found more than what I came to buy. They have moved some items to make room for a holiday-themed food and decor section. I love the variety they have of food items (coffee, tea, snacks, etc.) and I can always count on finding kitchen gadgets that are nice and useful. Friendly people on the floor. Keep your eyes open for red-tagged clearance items in this already discounted store

I love this chain but this location/store has a lot to be desired. Very cluttered and not enough staff. A manager stood talking at the front door to another man, while one person was checking out the customers which totaled ten of us! No professionalism or managerial skills shown at all. The lone cashier had to round up more people to help check us all out. If I could report the manager I would!! He needs to be fired!

I love how home goods has so much stuff for such good prices. The staff is always really nice and the place is always really well organized. The only complaint i have is most the times it is hard to push a buggy through cause they have so much it blocks the isles

I absolutely love this place, had no idea it existed until this past holiday season. The selection of merchandise is mind blowing and the prices are unbelievable! The have Le Creuset at such cheap prices it should be illegal! Great place to go for gifts, almost all my Christmas gifts came from here. Kitchen, bath, bedding, toys, foodstuff, furniture...you name it, they've got it. The store is well lit, if a tad bit crowded with stuff and I didn't have to be bothered with salespeople constantly underfoot. The return policy is also really good, I was in and out rather quickly with mine. They missed that last star simply because my cashier did a horrible job of wrapping/bagging my purchase.

The prices cannot be beat at Home Goods. A comparable rug elsewhere would be hundreds of dollars more and the young man that helped us took down the rug and folded it properly and carried it out to our car. A sign of excellent service. Especially in this competitive world of furnishings.

Good place for small things but nothing terribly unusual. Rugs come in very standard sizes and go quickly Furniture is on the tiny side but of course it is good pricing on par with TJ Maxx and Marshalls.. Store's too small for everything so it's tough to get through some aisles while other areas are, like wall art, are empty...

That store was so in disarray the last time I was there which was a year ago. It took me that long to go back but today WOW it was so clean! I loved my shopping experience. Everything was orderly and clean. I was very impressed. I will definitely go back soon. Keep up the good job!
