I went in for the first time and it was stocked and ready for Christmas shopping it was beautiful in that store today. I love the new crew that works up there they like making the store look good. Well stocked everything on the shelves.

Store is never clean and merchandise is always out! Morning shift don’t care and night shift just rude and horrible.. It’s sad that I drive across the river to Port Allen just to get good customer service when I have a store so close to home.

About three (3) weeks ago, I was shopping in the New Family Dollar Store on Plank Road in Baton Rouge, Louisiana after I purchase my items I left my wallet at the cashier's station. The next day which was Sunday, your honest Management staff person, went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure the wallet was returned to the correct customer. Not only was she honest I must mention the excellent cashier, who have great customer service skills and ID me the next day, when I returned to the store to pickup my wallet. Before and after this happened I have always had a wonderful shopping trip at this store. Thanks Family Dollar!

Everytime I come here I have a different experience. Some employees are polite and friendly, and some barely speak when you walk in. I'm very big on respect and customer service. There is always one cashier and long lines. Parking lot is filthy with trash. But they do have what I need most of the time.

Poor excuse for even roaches to be at lol....I wouldn't recommend no one shopping here because all the cashiers, managers and stockers talks down bad about all the customers who enter their doors....Nothing is never in the right spot, the stockers play around with putting the new items on the shelves...boxes every where bruh this place ain't what the bird left on the limb and I advise no one to work at this location because the managers have picks and chooses....They smile in your face but it's fake...Just a lot of underhand activities be going on plus this store is in a ratchet location and it's always somebody stealing from out of there so on everything I hope this store on plank by taco bell shut down to become Dollar Tree...everybody that works there is faker than a $3 bill smh but to all the public don't shop there!!!! Oh and never buy food from there either because they can leave frozen perishables out that a customer don't want and turns out being spoil but put it back in the freezer...this is definitely a low life place for real...I wish they close cause they don't never have anything about the store in proper order...the employees always have a nasty attitude and very disrespectful with the customers!!!!!!!!

Could not walk the the place an price tags was not on the itams no sale papers the place was trashed u couldn't find anything on the shelfs no price tags employees was rude the store liked good about 2weeks ago an now trashed boxes everywhere the lil guy in there an the manager was nice
