Dollar tree is pathetic I bought a gift bag and the gift paper and the bag was to small I could not use it so I went in to return it and the manager said I could not return it and I called corporate and they said they do not do refunds. That is pretty messed up when you can not use it and you loss your money because they do not want to do returns. I will never go back to another dollar tree again.

This store has really made a big turnaround🤩. It’s cleanest as the day they open their doors. The managers has hired some great workers that are keeping the store clean and well stocked. They are very friendly and will help you with anything you need. Congratulations to the management staff for the improvement in the store. A+ A+ A+

Al lot of neat finds. Sometimes there may be a few box on the floor. But that is expected. Definitely stocked well.

This dollar tree is horrible. The shelves are barely stocked. There is stuff all over the floors. Then the manager, "Ms. Dee", has the audacity to harass me at 5 til closing to ask me what I needed help finding because they were closed! I even heard her tell the employee that was with her not to let anyone else inside 5 mins before that even happened. Had it not been one item specifically that I needed, I would've not gotten any thing at all and left. This place needs to do better!

The store had not been restocked. Boxes of merchandise everywhere waiting to be displayed. Blocking isle. When there is a line of customers waiting to checkout there should be more than one register open. This store normally has lots of good finds. Today I couldn't see them because they were still in boxes🤔

I go there regularly, never had a problem in 4 years. I feel like this place is perfect if you're a college student, just moved into a home, on a budget or just like saving. I rather come here and get Tupperware, lightbulbs, batteries, cleaning essentials, sometimes seasonal décoré then a big store like Walmart and spend more money than I need to.

Everything's a dollar, so dont expect anything fancy like dollar general, lol. Theres a nice mix of American brand items as well as generic stuff. This location has a freezer section & a pretty good assortment of cold foods. Not much gardening stuff like other dollar trees, but, all in all it's a good store. It loses 1 star because the employees aren't the best. Most of them are standing around talking, leaving the aisles crammed with pallets. The lady who ring me up today was cool though.

I just stopped there to do some shopping for my family at 8:24pm on Saturday, April 17th. The door was locked and a woman inside who was sweeping said they need to leave by 9:00pm. What does open until 9:00pm mean? I will never shop at your store again. 0 stars

The manager and clerk refused to help me when I went to check out. We don't take back food items ok, then the clerk said my manager said I can't take any of your items back! Too long of lines and don't have time to go through all of this? Rude and wasted my time! My friend heard the manager say you just need to go to another store for your refunds. Can't help you? So, I will never go to this location ever again. I will go to Seigen or Coursey. The staff is always polite and helpful at these locations? Rating - F and O . I had had enough and walked out. I did become frustrated when the staff basically "kicked me to the curb?" But I will move on to those who put their customers first, which is Seigen and Coursey. Can't recommmend the Burbank store.

I just wish folks wouldn't take all the carts & don't return them but they have great items you can easily spend $20 or $30 getting things you need

This dollar tree was alot nicer than some of the ones I have been to. There weren't any carts in the aisles. Things were nicely put on the shelf. They had what I went in there for.

Love this store for their extensive inventory, wish it had more space for better organization. Often the aisles overflow and many items remain unboxed. Friendly staff and quick service.

It's a good store but by now it's somewhat false advertising since some things are not $1. Basically just ask 5 and bellow to let you copy their name.

This Dollar Tree is really really clean nice and neat and they keep it stocked all the time the staff is exceptionally nice I know a couple of them that may help my opinion but all of them are nice

Never clean boxes all the way down the aisles. Only one cashier working. Employees very nice and friendly. They need more employees.

The only problem I have with the Dollar Tree is that 50% of the time you go in there looking for something specific and they're out of stock that's why when I am there I buy several of the same item so I can stay back stocked

Had a great time passing through in a hurry to gather a few Easter (at school event) and was able to locate this and many other things that I hadn't seen in a while so economically sound items for the children and myself. As above .

Although this is the most convenient location, the last few times I have gone there, the cashier has been somewhat of a Jerk. This store is not well stocked nor is it well organized.

Has just about everything you need for the fourth. From decorations to grill tools. I did have to go somewhere else for charcole and lighter fluid. But I 😍 my Dollar Tree!
