Glad to say as a CVS employee I have issued a formal complaint against the pharmacist Leonardo who is VERY unprofessional. The attitude of telling someone they can’t get meds from a corporation pharmacy is absurd. This is not your pharmacy and you are NOT an independent pharmacist! It’s ok tho, if they close this place down and turn it into a Chipotle it will be because of attitudes like this where YOU decide to turn away customers for YOUR personal reasons. The complaint department was floored with your attitude and very apologetic, thanks CVS but not to the pharmacist!!!

I've been using this pharmacy since they opened. Although I have a CVS Store walking distance to me I choose to continue to use the one at 7777 Bluebonnet Blvd because the staff is always friendly and helpful. When you walk in the door you're spoken to no matter how busy they are. No matter how busy the pharmacy may be they will acknowledge you. There's never been a time when they didn't have a medicine I needed. It's always so clean and in order. I also love using my CVS bucks.

I wish this CVS was closer to my house. I always receive great service from the phamacy team. They are quick, courteous and friendly!! I wish the CVS on Jefferson had half of their enthusiasm!
