Customer service is lovely! But now the store feels a bit gimmicky... This is also the third time I've attempted to buy jewelry from them, and it turning my skin green. which is just extra disappointing because this time i specifically asked if this was confirmed to be sterling silver and I was told "yes, you're skin won't turn green, only the copper or bronze jewelry does that." Left with the ring on, and in the 15 minute drive home my finger was already turning green. Not to mention I was charged the price if sterling silver, and it's still not real... Oh well, I'll have to return this one too I guess. I don't think I'll be going back. Just feels fake now :/

I have followed this company from Perkins road to the Jefferson/Government area and Now I’m super excited to visit this new Location on Lee Dr!, The only thing is there was an older lady on Perkins I encountered by say chance she walked in and gave me a quick reading and her number I misplaced the number and haven’t been able to find out who knows who she was she worked in the store and she definitely Touched me off of no information I gave ‼️ if I can please find information on her. Secondly I will be in Today 😘

Leave your worries behind when you walk in to Coyote Moon. The atmosphere is calming, the aura of those working here peaceful and clear, and the products are of such a great variety they will fulfill each individual's needs and desires. Such a lovely little gem of a shop, I didn't want to leave.

My first experience was amazing, the two gentlemen who helped my friend and I were very knowledgeable and welcoming. So, I was really excited to return back today;however, my experience was not so welcoming. I agree with the previous constituent. Apparently, I didn’t not fit the standards and/or requirements to receive adequate customer “hello” would have been nice. However, I had to walk by the counter and was greeted by the cashier who was ringing a customer up. She attempted to assist me but was rudely interrupted by who I believe was her supervisor. The same lady (supervisor) saw me walk through the door but blatantly ignored me; to add insult to injury interjected the cashier who was trying to assist me. The entire atmosphere was very unwelcoming, I felt ostracized being a woman of color! Lets just call it what it is! I appreciate the cashiers efforts to assist me. I politely walked out the store and will NOT be returning! I hope the lady who had a appointment spent a lot of money supporting your company bc you negated the fact your employee was assisting me, which was HIGHLY RUDE and VERY DISRESPECTFUL it seems as though you may have an issue with PEOPLE of COLOR! Please keep in mind ACTIONS SPEAKS LOUDER than WORDS! CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING on how to GREET people of ALL ETHNICITIES is a START….Have a peaceful rest of your DAY!

This used to be my one stop shop for all things metaphysical but now I’d rather take my chances elsewhere. I don’t know what y’all got going on but these last few times I’ve been were not up to par. I went this last time (11/19/21) to give this store the benefit of the doubt and it was very disappointing. The energy is very unwelcoming and they watch you shop without asking if you need help. They definitely pick and choose who they want to help and give good service to. Idgaf who your customers are and what they look like, you should treat and greet them ALL the same and with respect. I won’t be back unless there are new staff members with positive and upbeat energy.

Amazing customer service. Very positive energy in this establishment. Was impressed with the variety of items for sale. Super friendly staff. Very knowledgeable about their products. This was by far the nicest shop I've visited in the Baton Rouge area after living here for several years. Will definitely be returning. Have sent the information to many people and suggested they check it out. Prices are reasonable. 10/10 :D

This has been one of my absolute fantastically favorite places in Baton Rouge for nearly 30 years. The staff is always excellent and knowledgeable and fun. The quality of the gifts and crystals is amazing. The books are difficult to find elsewhere and they stock very consciously. I highly recommend this place and encourage people to come and visit it often.

I absolutely LOVE Coyote Moon. Vast selection of Crystals, candles and books for all of your spiritual needs. I purchased incense today and they were very inexpensive. The cashier was very helpful as I overheard her discussing pendulums with another customer. They are eager to assist and answer questions and always have been. I have been going here for years.

I love shopping here. Awesome selection of incense, stones, smudge sticks and smell goods for your home. I am a repeat customer and will continue. Staff is very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. All of my questions are always answered. Peaceful and serene experience when shopping. I could grab chair and sit there all day!!!!!!! 😁

I had the amazing luck of finding this place while shopping around baton rouge, and I have to say that I was overwhelmed with joy as soon as I entered. The aura and vibes here had me crying tears of joy.it has the most welcoming environment and workers. As strange as it may sound, this beautiful shop truly felt like a safe haven against any discrimination. I will excitedly wait for the day when I can visit again!

I absolutely loved Coyote Moon when it was at the old location. I felt such wonderful energy and good vibes from everyone that I encountered there. I went to the new location (which I know it’s actually been there for years now), but I must say that didn’t feel that same positive energy that I was looking forward to. For the most part, everyone was pleasant, especially the gentleman with the dreads that helped me, but the cashier was not friendly and actually kind of rude. Just wasn’t expecting that from such a special place. Maybe she was just having an “off” day?! Idk, but of course I’ll continue to go there for a lot of my spiritual needs because there’s no where else like it in BR.

I went for the first time in abt 10 years. We were in there for about 5 minutes looking at the different crystals, etc.....while a customer who evidently knew the guy behind the counter spoke the whole time..while she cursed about her life and other people...really taking away from the whole aura of what the place is representing. The guy did say "hi" once we walked into the other room. Not once asked if we had any questions, nor asked if we were looking for anything. After about ten minutes of hearing complete drama and cursing from the lady...who seemed to be a regular....we left. My girlfriend was looking at this 300 dollar bracelet ...the energy was negative and the complete opposite of what the shop represents. When we left...nothing was said at all. Will not go back.

This is an absolute staple. I recently went and got myself a prayer stone and a crystal ball. It's a very interesting location, and I'm not sure what insense they use but it always smells lovely in there.

My cousin and I went here for the first time and walked out feeling very positive vibes all around us both of the men were very helpful and knew exactly what they were talkn about . I will most definitely leave my focus on this place as a number 1 service provider. And I love seeing employees using the products as well

Great selection of diverse products, but not for the beginner. If you don't know what you're looking at/for there is no direction beyond asking someone or looking it up online while in the store. Nice employees, though.
