I recently made the trip to the Costco in Baton Rouge for some bulk shopping, and I must say, it was absolutely worth the drive! The selection and savings I get at Costco are unmatched, and this trip was no different. However, after returning home, I discovered an issue with one of the produce items. Knowing I couldn't easily return to the store due to the hour-plus drive, I reached out to their customer service. The response was remarkable! The store manager was incredibly accommodating and swiftly resolved my issue to my complete satisfaction. This level of customer service is why I love shopping at Costco. I'm eagerly awaiting the opening of the new Costco in Covington later this year… more convenience coupled with the same great experience!

Costco just got rid of their Kirkland Chardonnay in the box. Great wine inexpensively priced. But they did put it in a bottle at a much higher price. The box is a much better packaging option.It is also very inconvenient to have to be watched at the self checkout. Not only does Costco want us to do our own checkout, they hire someone to watch us. And now they want to charge us more for helping them.Enough of this rant. Need to go to Total Wine to buy what I wanted here.

My sister and I went to Costco with a friend because we were considering changing over from Sam’s… We had the most negative experience .We were asked did we all have memberships? We said no. The checker made sure to ring my stuff up with my friends. My sister put her stuff back, because of how rude the checker was .. I would’ve paid for mine. On my debit card with my friends membership card… I realize we didn’t have a membership. There was a flood of people there… The lady who was controlling the lines to scan those in self check out. day. She spoke to us, very rudely!Then We got stopped at the door. They counted our items. She said we had 16 items in our cart and we just took her word for it. Because there was a line all the way past the registers. Of course we were not wanting to hold anybody up.She looked through the receipt. And said we were only charged for one of the cheeses .the chesese wasn’t marked as cheese… It was marked as KL BLVTO. Item number 24819. She took out one of the cheeses out and said. You were only charged once for this… As you can see we were charged twiceWe got home we counted our items. We did not have an extra item. We now had 14 items, but we did have 15 in our cart . The extra cheese which would’ve made number 15 was taken out.In fact we had We One less cheese. Also, as we were checking out, membership, but we were considering Getting one. Seriously we have one month left with Sam’s. Do you think that we are going to With Costco now? NO!

I just wanted to give a shout out to the hardworking crew today! A nice lady and gentleman (Que) helped me get a cart and load 2 huge bags of smoker pellets and the staff of the front deli with the pizza was so polite and working so hard. At closing….with a smile. Just wanted them to know how appreciated they are. You rock.

After traveling hundreds of miles from Florida, without any engine problems from the gas at the Tallahassee Costco,I stopped in the Baton Rouge Costco to fill up my gas tank.150 miles later my check engine light came on. After running a scan, it was determined that my O2 sensors were picking up on a catalytic converter issue caused from bad gas!

Don't mess with this location even as an executive member when it's closing hours. Employees will literally walk up to you and.say, “We’re closing in three minutes” as a way to get you out of the store. They don't do that type of thing in Walmart where you pay no membership fees. Ridiculous!!! I hate them and their practice.

First time shopper, Sunday after noon; getting gas is one way in/out and no place to turn around so know which side your gas cap is on if not driving your car.Was busy but not crowded; the staff was prompt and courteous getting the ID, the tire guy was enthusiastic, knowledge and very helpful even though I was just checking out the prices for further down the road...ha. All in all my first time there was a very positive one and hopefully it will remain the same next time with clean organized store, tidy product placement and happy employees not just selling their wares, but engaging and helpful. I'll be going back.

Arrived about 1p today to be welcomed by a positive, smiling pregnant gal @ the entrance. She was helpful & a good reflection of Costco,I did wonder why management didn't have a stool for those working in one spot standing - especially when pregnant! That would have also reflected even better on Cosco...as any company s advertising with how they treat their staff.

Costco itself and the rest of the pharmacy staff was great! Five stars to them.Very dissatisfied with the pharmacist on 3/14/2024 for lying about a prescription because they didn’t feel like filling it. Not everyone is an addict, people need medications for surgery. My family member was in severe pain post op thanks to your opinion. If you are so close minded that you cannot fill a prescription from a reputable surgeon, you need to find a new profession.

Great place to stop for gas and a hot dog/pepsi combo; we have done this all over the world (Australia, Hawaii etc). In Hawaii we bought the big salads and saved a lot of $$. In AU we bought ribs etc. that were much better than the ones in the US. South Korea has great strawberries. Saving $=more travel for us . ❤️

Pretty great. Sometimes more packed than you would imagine for a store that costs money just to enter. Groceries have most of what you're looking for and more, delicious free samples all over the place and their deli area has the best food for an incredibly reasonable price that you can't beat.

For over 10 years my mother in law and husband have had a shared membership at Costco. She is unmarried, so my husband has a spouse card. I went in there today and it was super packed. I spent over an hour just trying to find the few things I needed.The line for self checkout was half way to the back of the store, so I decided to go to a regular checkout. Well after standing in line for about 20 minutes, I finally get up to the front with my TWO items. A ream of paper and a back of mixed nuts for work. The lady was extremely rude, had a terrible attitude, and refused to allow me to purchase the two things since my husband was not with me. I was horribly embrassed and walked out. I will never return to costco again. Its funny because if I had gone to self checkout it would not have even been a problem. Actually, it had never been a problem in the last 10 years, now all of the sudden it is an issue. NO ONE at self checkout checks your ID. My husband doesnt do the grocery shopping, I do, but I am not allowed to use his card even though we are married. This is not the first time I have encountered a rude worker at costco, but it will be the last.

I remembered when Costco' just opened in this location, anyone could take any others' membership card to go in and shop because they would like to beat Sams Club and were begging for customers. Now when people start shopping there, they think they're top of the world and every customer needs to shop there. Yesterday, my parents took my memberships card without me accompanying them inside, they were could nor check out because I needed to show up for them to check if i'm the one in the picture. Fine with me, what made me frustrated was the attitude of the cashier, she spoke to me as if I'm a fool for not going in to show my face so I will be allowed to PAY for my own stuffs. That Asian cashier had her attitude towards my parents because they couldn't speak English and she's Asian - American born so she's outsmart all other immigrants? Thank you girl for your attitude but remember you're there to serve people, not to lecture them what to do, and we pay for you to have this job, so learn how to behave first. That will be my last time ever shopping there. I know me stop shopping me will not effect Costco as much, but if your employee does not change their way of treating customers, for sure you will lose more customers.

Self checkout is a joke. It takes at least 30-40 minutes to checkout and there is people with scanner who make whole “self checkout “ no sense! After they stopped carrying propel and my favorite olive salad, I use this store 3 times less then before which means Sam’s is getting my business. No blue cheese dressing too:(Please fix self check out!

I had a broken foot so I couldn’t go shopping for our apt so I sent my brother (who lives with me) to get the groceries. They told him he couldn’t use my Costco membership and that I had to be there. I talked to them on the phone and explained my situation but they would not cooperate. They made me drive 30 mins, with a broken foot just to show my face. It was a horrible experience.

It was crowded. Customers a pretty rude. I don't know why people think they are better than everyone else. We are all mortal. I didn't see anyone today that was pleasant. Cut me off, run into me. Cut in line... Even the staff was curt. We waited 10 minutes for 2 slices of pizza. It was just sitting there in plain sight in the warmer, the whole time while the food service workers had an impromptu meeting. Must have been about what they all plan on doing after work.

Enjoyable on my own. Stressful with a child.Food came out super fast after ordering. The hotdogs extend outside of the bun a lot more than I remember, and there is no longer an onion grinder. I was disappointed to find that out after buying a hotdog. I had to settle for relish.

Will be canceling yall don't even have anything good. No early hours, no scan and go. Nothing for workers to be acting this way here and the whole "don't get payed enough "attitude is so tiring
