Was just wondering why the store was closed for 30 minutes from around a quarter to 1am to 1:20 am and the worker was parked in the parking lot of the Retreat at Brightside? Kind of defeats the idea of a convenience store for the employee to just lock up and leave when they feel like it. Have photos of it.

Doors locked with a sign that said they were cleaning. An hour later same sign still up not a soul in sight. What’s the point of it being 24 hours if it’s not actually 24 hours. Hopefully the floors aren’t sticky and nasty after this what should be a very detailed cleaning for as long as it’s taking. Glad they don’t work for me cuz they wouldn’t have a job after locking the doors for hours.

Cashier was standing outside taking a smoke break in front of store with two other people. I was told I couldn't go into store because she was smoking, and I would have to wait until she was done. I left and took my business elsewhere.

Sign on the door said system updating. I came to get a coffee before work and asked the cashier how long it was going to take and she yelled at me to leave and told me it'd take two hours. I just asked a simple question. This gas station always has the rudest employees. I wish there was a better one nearby.

1 cashier at 6pm on a Friday. The girl closed the store for over 30 minutes to mop the floor and had the door locked. I saw probably 30-40 people walk up and pull on the door and leave. Cant imagine how much money they missed out on.

Cashiers are nice , well the girls are. There use to be a guy cashier he was rude . Very inconvenient to come to this store in the evening time . They are always closed for a few hours because all the cashiers do not know how to complete store tasks and handle the register at the same time . Cashiers complain and turn customers away , saying the customers are stopping them from completing their duties . Horrible, especially if you walked to the store . Mangers can you please help !

The people here are always so nice. But they have such a lack of staff that the store is regularly closed for 20-40 minutes at a time. Sometimes there’s a sign sometimes there’s not. It’s extremely frustrating as I have to travel further from my home for something as simple as a drink when this one is in walking distance. There’s nothing convenient about this convenience store.

The girl working at the counter right now (3/30/20 7:45 pm) is the literal nicest person I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. I watched her interact with every single person ahead of me, paying compliments left and right and having genuine conversations with people. I've never met anyone like her and she makes me want to be a better person in the 30 second interaction I had with her. This woman deserves a raise and is a stunning reflection of your business.

It’s the same person every night between 1am- 4am. I’m jus getting off and I can’t go into a “24 hour” business because of one person sitting in the office not doing anything and locking the door until 5am.She should not work that shift if she’s not going to work the floor ! This is outrageous! It’s the same thing every night and nobody took care of the situation! I will be calling home office on the manager and the her !

We're a couple of out-of-towners passing through and needed to gas up and utilize the facilities (naturally). While my husband gassed up, the cashier gave me directions to the restroom alone and everything seemed fine. I got back to the car to discover that he had told my husband that the restrooms were out of order (in hind sight, makes me feel very unsafe), and our credit card reported a fraudulent transaction submitted from this establishment for $125 that we didn't allow to do through (thanks discover card). Skip the gas here and head to the Shell 30 seconds down the road.

I don't like giving out poor reviews, but I don't recommend this place. I would frequent it more, but the customer service has been consistently poor, and the employees are usually distracted with their phones. Im giving them 2 stars because some of the employees have been decent, but overall, this place has been a huge disappointment. Instead, go to the American Market on Nicholson and Lee and support a small business. Alternatively, there is a better Circle K north on Nicholson.

A gas station should be open 24/7 they close early at like 10 pm and announce they will not open until 6:30 am. They need to get more staff or security or they should close down.

This place has fake prices on their products. The price tag would say a certain amount, but then you go to the counter, the cashiers increase the price.The cashiers don't have any explanation for the chage in price.Avoid if possible.

This gas station never has enough employees to accommodate you NO MATTER WHAT TIME YOU GO! The employees are also very unenthusiastic about their jobs and are very unwilling to help. If it wasn't so close to my house I would NEVER go.

Nah everybody trippin. this is a good circle K. Shorty at the counter always so friendly (the white girl). Really everyone is. They cool people. Real Louisiana type ppl. Friendly and good natured. This my favorite circle k ever bc they nice af and fast. Y’all have some good hard workers

I waited in the parking lot for 30 minutes. At least 20 other cars came through. All for the door to be locked. I’m assuming this has been a problem for a while now.. still not addressed.

I just left that store, it was so nasty roaches by the hotdog grill, trash cans overflowing, bathroom out of order, cashier was so rude when I told her about the roaches and the smell in the store, this is completely unacceptable. I will be calling the health department
