Dr. Lacie is caring, and honest and has devoted most of her to life to stay current on the latest advances in cat medicine. She is able to make sense of complex medical issues to give our more fragile fur babies a fighting chance. She is also able to handle cats that other vets have labeled as “dangerous.” I feel absolutely confident in her abilities to diagnose and treat my cats. Also, her staff is always professional and courteous.

I’m so happy I found this vet!!! The last veterinarian told me to bath my cat and that salmon was bad for cats?? Yikes. But Lacie Lee is just goes absolutely above and beyond for my baby. Diagnosed her with gingivitis and put together a comprehensive plan to help her. Thank you so much😭💕🙏🏻💗😭💕(=^ェ^=)

I don’t have enough words to describe how grateful I am for this amazing clinic and Dr.Lacie! Without this amazing team I wouldn’t have two of my fur babies with me today. During my most anxious times waiting to hear about results of surgeries or procedures, everyone was INCREDIBLE at keeping me updated with terms that I understood during a time where I was so stressed out. I know that everyone here genuinely cares for what is best for my pets as if they were their own!

I have never had a vet and staff treat my Bella as their own. Dr. Lacie and staff go above and beyond to make sure not only your precious fur baby is comfortable, but that u too are comfortable and completely understand every procedure, every step of the way. I wouldn’t trust any other clinic with my baby girl. They are the real deal. Clinic is beautifully appointed, state of the art equipment and quiet…no dogs barking…cats only! I love that!

After having to bring a couple of our cats here I realized there is no better vet than Dr. Lacie. She truly cares and takes her time to properly diagnose your cat the first time. We went two years somewheres else prior to CCC being told our kitten had hip dysplasia when in fact both knee caps were displaced from a birth defect. Dr. Lacie referred us to have surgery on her and now she is living a pain free life and getting stronger, healthier everyday. A BIG shout out to all the staff and especially Dr. Lacie for the “5 star” care your facility provided during her recovery period.

Dr. Lacie Lee has put so much time, effort and love into creating this clinic.She took such good care of my cat as if it were her own.If you’re looking for a knowledgeable, experienced and loving veterinarian, look no further. One thing I love about this clinic is that there are no dogs. (Not that I dislike dogs!) but dogs are noisy and it can spook cats when they’re in an unfamiliar environment. This clinic is quiet and peaceful. She put a lot of thought into planning the boarding spaces so that it maximizes the personal space for each kitty. Stop by and take a tour if you’re interested!

For the first time in weeks my Sabbath slept comfortably all through out the night. I’ve never experienced such compassionate and educated care for my cat. Dr. LaCie took her time and really read my concerns for Sabbaths injury that has progressed over the last couple of months. She went over every single theory and explained all she’s was doing and looking for during the exam. You can really feel her compassion for these particular little creatures. In a world full of dog lovers it’s so great to have the access a place for us cat people to go to. I’m beyond grateful for Dr. LaCie and Brooke! We found our PURREVER Vet Clinic!! I highly recommend the Cat Care Center! Dr. Lacie and her team are awesome! My fur baby got really sick and we thought we were going to lose him. Took him to Dr. Laci and he is doing great now! The TLC that is given at the Cat Care Center by everyone is excellent.

Still the best care around for my cat babies.I am absolutely pleased with the service here. Everyone is so nice and helpful. It may cost a bit more than other vets but it's definitely worth it. They made sure my babies were calm and not stressed and the one that was super stressed they took very good care of her. We were behind on their care because of covid and CCC got all 3 of them caught up on everything! Thank you Cat Care Center you're the best!

There is no better place you can take your beloved furbabies. My cat is facing ongoing medical issues, but I know she is always lovingly cared for with the highest standards in veterinary care. We receive personal medical care at each visit and they always go the extra mile to make sure the cats are as comfortable as possible, even ensuring the tech my cat likes the most will take care of her. I cannot say enough about how much we love this place and the people here.

I am so thankful for Dr. Lacie Lee and the staff at Cat Care Center. For over a year my Bengal battled recurring ear infects and he was in a cone for about 9 months. He would just scratch to the point of hurting his own eyes and face. He had black goop coming out his eyes and ears. Today thanks to a new food and a medicinal regimine he is living his best life cone free and back to looking beautiful back to jumping and playing. He has gained some weight loves his new food and the shine in his coat is coming back.

I will never have a bad thing to say about CCC. Both their boarding and veterinary services have been fantastic. With boarding, I got regular text updates and I really appreciated the webcams. I don’t even know where to begin with how great Dr. Lacie has been, though. This is a scruff-free clinic, so cats are treated respectfully instead of man-handled. The cats are given treats and toys in an examination room with feliway diffusers and places for them to perch. Now, my cats don’t mind going to the vet at all. Besides that, I’m absolutely shocked at how thorough every vet visit has been. Instead of being rushed through a 15min appointment, I’ve never left without all of my questions and concerns being met. This means that Dr. Lacie has helped us address behavioral concerns on top of health issues. I’m no stranger to cats, but I’ve learned so much about their unique needs since going to her practice—things as simple (but important) as the best way to give them food and water, how to pet them, etc. On top of that, she always quotes a study to back up what she’s saying. I’ve worked with a lot of vets throughout my life, including those specializing in livestock as well as exotics. With all my experience, I’ve never met a veterinarian as conscientious or competent as Dr. Lacie.

My cat boarded at this clinic and contracted Ringworm. They misdiagnosed it initially as a bacterial infection. This went on for two months and finally got properly diagnosed after I finally developed ringworm rashes. They charged me hundreds of dollars for an incorrect diagnosis after my cat got infected at their boarding facilities. My cat has been harmed!!!

Taking our new fur baby to Cat Care Center has been the best decision we have made. Dr Edwards and all the assistants and staff go out of their way to assist you and help with any problems you may have. The atmosphere is very non-stress and they perform their check-ups with the utmost of care for your fur baby.I wish I had taken a picture of my kitty when we were there so I would have one to post. Just try them, I think you will love them too.

Dr. Lacie & her entire staff is truly remarkable. From day one, I have felt as though they care about my cats just as much as I do. From answering my emails on the weekend, constantly giving me updates throughout the day, to allowing me to bring my cats in with only a few minutes notice. I definitely made the right decision using cat care center as my cats primary veterinarian! The staff is always super welcoming and kind and the overall atmosphere is very calming which is so important for our feline companions! Even my most vet aggressive cat was calm during her annual exam! Dr. Aimée Edwards is so knowledgeable and I appreciate when she takes the time to help me better understand my cats illnesses to help prevent future flare ups. They offer a plethora of services and even have a room set up for kitties that are available for adoption from Cat Haven! They will continue to have my business for as long as I live in Louisiana!

We absolutely love Cat Care Center! We've been bringing our cats here for months. We were referred here by our friends who have entrusted the care of their terminally ill cat to CCC for the past 2 years.They've helped extend the life of and improved the quality of life of our friends' cat dramatically. The vets and techs genuinely care about the animals, and you can tell that by watching them interact with your pets. You can also see it in how the animals react to them- they're not scared (not too much, anyways!) and they don't shy away from them.I'm so glad we found them- they are worth every penny and more.

Absolutely fabulous! Our Púca sees them for veterinary care and just completed his first (but not last!) stay in one of their luxury suites as a boarder. Púca was so happy and calm when he came home I could tell he had a very relaxed stay. These people definitely know what they’re doing and very obviously love doing it.

Below is the review I posted 4 years ago after my very 1st visit. Since that time, my kitties and I have continued to receive the most knowledgeable, caring, and commpassionate treatment we have ever know. CCC is a true blessing! You can feel the kitty love from everyone there the moment you walk through the door. I am grateful to be part of the CCC family!I would give CCC 10 stars if possible. Dr. Lacie and her staff treated my terminally ill cat with such care and compassion. Even though it was my first time to visit, I felt at home. My kitty was surrounded by people who truly loved him and that was a great comfort to me. I have since taken two more of my fur babies to see Dr. Lacie because I know they will receive the very best care possible. I can not say enough positive things about CCC. It is a gift from kitty heaven!

I do not even have the words to describe how amazing Cat Care Center is. When I first start bringing my cats, one of them was sick and down to 7 pounds. Now, she is thriving - all thanks to the loving and expert care she received from Dr. Lacie and the staff. But in addition to expert, loving care, Dr. Lacie is generous with her time and knowledge and takes time to educate her cat owners. The Senior Cat support Group is an example of her desire to educate. She and Dr. Edwards work hard to stay up-to-date with the latest research to provide the best care. And the staff at CCC - they are warm, loving, knowledgeable, and show with their every action how much they love our cats. If you have a cat - go to CCC. It will be the best thing you ever did for your furbaby.

We cannot be more thankful for our experience with the Cat Care Center. Our cat has never liked going to the vet, and they really took the time and patience to help give our cat the best care. Dr. Edwards took the time to sit with us and explain in detail our cats health and plan of care. The boarding was very convenient during vacations. Our cat has lots of anxiety when left alone, but they made sure to make him feel at home. We also recently adopted another cat from the fostering program they work with. I would highly recommend the cat care center! Thank you for everything!

I needed a new Vet for my rescue kitty and I'm so glad I chose the Cat Care Center! Dr. Edwards was so wonderful, patient, and gentle with my skittish baby. The staff even dimmed the lights and spoke very softly the whole time to help him feel more secure, which I deeply appreciated. This facility is clean, modern, and they provide first-class services. The little report card I received at the end was SO cute and I loved the extra little touches. I would highly recommend them to others.

I've been going here for a few months now and absolutely love it. Everyone is very kind, the facility is very clean, and they are very organized and efficient. They handle my cat amazingly and I trust them 100%. I see Dr. Edwards and she's amazing. Probably one of the best vets I've ever had and would highly recommend her to anyone. She's kind, thorough, and very knowledgeable. Also, I got a little "report card" at the end of the visit and it was so cute! They have a lot of little things here and there that make the environment very welcoming and comforting.

I cannot recommend Dr. Lacie and her staff enough. I brought my childhood cat of 16 years to Dr. Lacie and she already knew what was wrong with him before any of the diagnostics were performed. Unfortunately, he was diagnosed with intestinal lymphoma and his prognosis was poor. Dr. Lacie and the staff did everything to help me prepare for end-of-life care for him. During his final moments, they were able to comfort me and reinforce the idea that I was making the right decision for him. I opted for cremation, and Cat Care Center set up the entire process so I could focus on the grieving process. What really made me take the time to write this review is the fact that Dr. Lacie and the team took the time to write me a condolence letter and have all the staff sign it. This demonstrates how committed the staff at Cat Care Center are to their patients. I will never bring my cats to any other vet again. Thank you for everything you do.

Cat Care is a wonderfully calm place for boarding a cat. The fact that there is a vet right there is awesome. The rooms are wonderful and all areas are very clean. The staff is great and take great care of the kitties. Not having barking around all the time is much less stress for the cats. I highly recommend this facility. I only wish they had 10 window rooms 😃
