Brandon Sercey worst manager ever, don’t take no ownership for people merchandise and furniture. Giving people furniture without the proper documentation nor authorization for to let any item go from the store. This Manager will cause a law suit towards Big lots on today for the record.

I didn't know that the Cortana store closed down. 😳 Had a coupon that expires today and was told that I had to go to another location today. And they, corporate never combined the 2 accounts into one. The Cortana store opened another account in my name but spelled it wrong. Never got any emails and list all coupons/discounts

A great place to shop. They always have great deal and great sales. Everytime I see one I stop to go see what kind of deals they have going on. I wish there was one closer to where I live but unfortunately closest one is Lake Charles. Used to have one in Alexandria but closed downI'm not sure why but it was my go-to store in Alexandria.

The store was well stocked with food and home essentials. However, I was disappointed that there was no craft section. I went in looking for a specific item the website stated was available. I walked the store for 10 mins before asking for help. It seemed the website was not accurate.

The store is always dirty, understaffed, and just plain messy. So many empty shelves and it looks like they are permanently doing inventory. They'll be experiencing the same result as the K-Mart that preceded them if they don't get some management in there.

Looking for bluetooth headphones. Found a very easy to pair set for 10. Very good sound for talking. Rechargeable lithium batteries. Very nice store. Excellent workers. Clean and well organized.

Store was a little messy on our visit. Last time I went to Big Lots, I feel there were better deals to be had, although this felt more like a small supermarket instead of a place for good deals. Plenty of parking at least.

Sam the cashier is the rudest person I have ever dealt with. Instead of trying to take the time to learn she wants to argue. 2nd time I’ve had issues there and specifically with her. I will not be returning.

Nice clean store and pretty helpful staff as well. The inventory changes regularly so you may not find the exact item you saw but didn't buy a month ago, but overall they carry a decent selection of general merchandise.

The biggest dollar tree I have ever visited. There were about 5 different android phone cords to choose from.. Found one that lights up. They have aux cords too.Took a star away due to the bathrooms.
