I wanted to say Ms. Rosalyn & Francis in the bakery are amazing! I paid for a cake yesterday and didn't realize I needed to bring the receipt back to the bakery. They were sweet enough to make an exception and provide the cake I needed within 15 minutes! Thank you ladies and Albertsons for the great service!!!

Went into store multiple times and spoke with someone about an account issue and was given the wrong information. Upon speaking with someone at the corporate level who seemed to ignore or pretend he misunderstood my grievance, I found this customer service experience absolutely cavalier and rude. I will be taking my business elsewhere. I am in the store at least 3 or more times a week that the cashier is polite enough to ask if I miss more than one day or if I purchase three items or less. It is beyond me when folks try to intimidate you with a this call may be recorded. I expect it would be. Shame on supposed customer service at the corporate level.

This is a nice Albertsons. Their floral department is excellent. They have all the basics with a lot of variety, and the occasional surprise, like Pumpkin Pie Almonds.

I live closer to Jones Creek however I prefer the government street location because more store pickups are always done quick and correct also this location almost always has everything I need in stock.

I placed an online order for this store, against my better judgement, and it was horrible. My fruit bowls were filled with discolored and bitter fruit and then the Dungeness crabs I paid for were not in my order. I called back to store nobody never answered phone until after delivery closed down and I was still left on hold without resolution I called the next day to speak to a manager still unsuccessful until that evening and the guy who I talked too never got back in touch with me about my order or refund, nor replacement. Main Customer service for delivery of the corporation said they would refund depending on director approval and that was 4 days ago and still no response or refund. I’m still have been calling the store, yet nobody is answering and this is day 4. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT STORE LOCATION OVER PHONE BECAUSE THEY NEVER ANSWER PHONE AND IF THEY DO THEY LEAVE YOU ON HOLD AND BOUNCE YOU AROUND TO UNANSWERED MANAGER.

I frequent this location regularly. Compared to the college drive store, everything here feels a little more chaotic from the parking lot to the store itself. It's not bad though and the location is great for me.I really like the self checkouts here as we can usually get in and out of the store quickly since the self checkout run quicker than the few lanes typically opened at other stores.

Service always bounces back. Have lived here fifteen years and always walk to the store and have never had an issue. Even though its a chain the bakery, deli, and meat are good. Selection is always great.

I love Albertson's but why do they have to be so much more expensive than Walmart? If Walmart doesn't have what you want, Albertson's does.

I enjoyed my experience at Albertsons. I was able to see true customer service in action. I walked up to Customer Service register to get checked out to avoid the long lines. The representative saud, "I can't check you out because we don't have a scale to weigh produce." I had two (2) tomatoes. I left her line with my five items to get in another line and that's when I saw the long lines. I went back to her register at Customer Service. I said, " I just want get the tomatoes." I looked up and I saw a cashier with no one in her line. I said I will get her to weigh it. She took it over there to get weighed. When she came back she said, "She showed me how to manually put information for produce in the computer to get the price but I am not going to tell nobody that." That is why you got 4 stars instead of 5. If there is a way that you can make shopping at your store faster, easier, or convenient, then do it. Note: Please don't tell it to the customer.

I think all the employees must be inbred. Beyond stupid. After you explain your logging-in problem (like w the app), they ask you if you have clipped the deals!! Walmart and Costco forever!!

If you want A LOT of something on sale, then it might be worth it. Otherwise, they are often overpriced.Although, it seems like the best sale price is the normal price at other stores.

I’ve been to this store dozens of times, the last 3x’s I went they charged me full price for items that were on sale. Whoever is running this store is ripping off dozens if not more customers a day by being either willfully negligent or too incompetent to change the prices when an item is scanned. It’s disgraceful and as a customer you should be reading your receipts extremely carefully or not buy here at all.

I love that this location has so much good prepared food that's just ready to heat. They also have a sushi bar! Today I went and got the chicken street tacos and they were so yummy. It's never crowded around lunch time, which is perfect when you only have 30 minutes to eat.

They have finished remodeling, now it s awesome complete with Starbucks and a cafeteria so that you can sit to really enjoy your coffee etc.

I enjoy the produce and cleanliness of store. Sushi is always fresh and sold at a reasonable price. Most staff members I've encountered were friendly, but don't expect a people greeter at the entrance. There is self check out available which is typically available with short wait times. I haven't experienced any problems throughout my multiple visits. It is located not far from B.R.C.C.

Items are often mismarked for sale resulting in a long wait for someone to come remove the item. No one at the store has ever tried to help or explain why this keeps happening. I don't have time to sit around waiting for people to void items they didn't mark correctly to begin with. Been shopping here for 10+ years but will be shopping elsewhere now.Edit: I reached out to the store per their comment and no help was offered. The employees just acted confused and didn't know why I was calling and I was never able to speak to management. Please do not shop here.

Staff could be more service minded toward customers. Slow service, spending more time interacting with fellow employees than helping shoppers. And I was in the quick checkout lane where I have to scan my own purchases! I shouldn't have to wait four minutes or more to have my adult beverages cleared because employees are taking up each other's time visiting. The amount of money and time I have to spend at this Albertsons is shameful considering the quality of service. I often visit for items I need for work as well as items for myself.I shouldn't even have to mention pricing at Albertsons that is increasing at a higher rate than the inflation that our country is stricken with. If Trader Joe's were closer, I'd never step foot in this store.
