The people are friendly and helpful, but every time I go in and try to pick up sale items while shopping, they are out of almost all of it. Doesn't matter what day of the week it is. It definitely feels like they put the sales out there without really putting out enough sale items on purpose to get people to come to the store, and then don't figure that you'll just buy other stuff even though they don't have what you came for. I usually just leave and have probably spent thousands of dollars at other stores instead of this Albertsons solely bc of this. If they don't carte enough to keep sale items stocked, then I don't care enough to give them my money.

👎🏼 used to be my favorite grocery store. for the past 6 months, the lines are consistenly long. ridiculous. no self checkout, 2 lanes open on a regular basis between 5-7 pm. poor management. winn dixie it is

This store has been around for over 16 year's. And still is clean and well kept. I even used to work at this store. Year's ago in my teenage years. The store has almost everything you will need for groceries to products etc.

I used to love Albertson's but the store is organized so weird. I get more steps in trying to find something than I do all day at work. The cheese and cream cheese is with the ham, way on the other side of the store from the milk, cottage cheese, and dairy stuff!! WHAT?Update: since I can't seem to add a new review, I just want to add they need white bean seasoning mix!

great selection, helpful staff especially at bakery! went about 2 weeks before my 5 yr olds birthday to order a cake and I was told that I was "too early" bc they might "lose the order" and to come back a day or 2 before. went back and spoke with head of bakery (who helped me fill out order) and was told that 1) it wasnt too early at 2 weeks, 2) make sure they put down EXACTLY what kind of cake you want and 3) make sure they show you the figurines the day you order (to make sure they have them in stock). wasnt impressed with first visit, but her birthday cake was amazing thanks to the staff the 2nd time I visited.

Man came out like a hour ago said the person that dose seafood will be back in 15 minutes very mean and aggressive I politely said yes sir I’ll wait he later came out after the 15 minutes an said so you really go just wait an I said yes sir it’s been a hour an I’m starting to think no one is coming this is really unacceptable an needs to be reported 😒😒

I love that the people working here are familiar faces. And Mikel is one of the sweetest and kindest cashiers I always love going through his line. Give him a raise!!

The selection is great, and the staff is friendly, but the checkout lines are awful. I've never stood in line for less than 20 minutes any times I've gone.Having one cashier and no self checkout is absolutely insane.

The store be nearly empty and checkout lines are a nightmare with only one cashier working..yesterday I stood in line for 45 minutes while Jordan the cashier whom is very slow and ignorant cause she moves slow as she can on purpose...knowing she is the only line that's opened...also they have very difficult customers who are also ignorant this one lady held up the line all cause she wanted to save herself a messealy 2 dollars on a case of pop..she tood there didn't care that she was holding everyone up..not one person said sorry for the wait ..then it took 45 minutes for anyone to come up another line...I willnnot be back to this one ..the one on government has self checkout go there instead

Excellent place to shop. Clean and well supplied. The workers are very helpful and nice. My favorite one is the young man that works in the rear in the sea food area. He works far more and beyond his work status. You run into him, you will be well pleased. He services every ones the correct way. We need ones like him in all businesses. He need to be a corporate manager and teach the others.

Higher prices for no reason. Products aren't any better quality than anywhere else for the most part. Some items are smaller/less and cost more than other stores. Ice creams are soft and half-melted. Freezer temps never correct it seems. Produce section is nicer than others.

Huge selection but huge prices. If you need it, Albertson's probably has it, but unless it's on sale, their prices are just too high. There sales, however, are often very good.

23 people waiting to check out, and only 2 cashiers open. What??? 4pm on Sunday afternoon. That is my last trip there. After waiting to check out for over 25 minutes.. the girlfriend already had the shopping cart 1/2 full. She said she would rather wait in line than go to another store. I was ready to leave. Manager tells me they don't pay cashiers enough so they can't keep cashiers on the payroll. No self service checkouts open. SAD!!!!! BYE ALBERTSONS!!!.

Always out of half of the sale items that I want. Weekly ad for 14-16 oz lobster is smaller in store at 12oz. Some digital ads in paper are not available to be clipped on website.

I shopped at Albertsons for the first time yesterday after recently moving back to Louisiana. I was impressed by the store's selections in its ready2eat and ready2heat offerings. I went ahead and stocked up on meals by purchasing four ready2heat meals and one ready2eat, which I now regret.The first item I tried was listed as a roast beef horseradish cheddar sandwich on a sliced wrap. I was looking forward to a meal that would stimulate my tastebuds. Unfortunately for me (and my tastebuds) the package was mislabeled, as I received a roast beef and Swiss sandwich with what tasted like a bland cream cheese dressing. I understand that accidents happen, so I wrote off the mislabeling as bad luck.Today I heated up the spicy sausage calzone I had purchased. Once again I was disappointed. There was very little meat in the calzone, and what meat that was there was definitely was not spicy sausage, but rather bland poultry (chicken?) that was not particularly flavorful or even remotely appetizing.At this point I think I'll write off the whole experience and just dispose of the remaining meals (I live between 15-20 miles from the store and it's not worth the gas and time to return what's left.)I was planning to transfer my more than a dozen prescriptions to their pharmacy to make use of their rewards program. That will not be happening. If they can't label their food properly I definitely do not trust them with my prescriptions. I had to give this store at least 1 star in order to post this review. The only thing stellar about my experience has been my stellar disappointment.

The cashier was very knowledgable about the coupons and the greeter was so helpful. I was n those cat thinks because I hurt my hip and he helped so much. Ur shelves were very good and excellent compared to other stores around here. Will ho back again.

Always clean with very friendly employees. I always find everything I need. Only negative is the higher prices, but that is true of all locations, not just that one. They have been very vigilant with their cleaning and sanitizing throughout all of quarantine. As of 5/27 there is no hand sanitizer, but they had a handful of bathroom cleaning products that are sold out elsewhere. I would recommend this location.

This location has been on a downward trajectory for some time now. Due to changes in their distribution network, items once available, are no longer in the store. On a recent Wednesday afternoon, I stopped by for some milk. A reasonable expectation, one would think. The only milk in the cooler was at or past the "best by" date. A manager explained that they had recently changed over to an automated ordering system which wasn't keeping up with demand, and was given a $20 gift card for my trouble. Today, on another hunt for milk, there were no shopping carts. When I inquired, I was told that if I went out into the parking lot, I could probably find one. Not an appropriate response. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told by a young lady at a register that she was the manager and that I'd have to wait a few minutes for someone to go out into the parking lot to get a cart for me. Again, not an appropriate response as an employee was standing next to her doing nothing. Alexander's is on my way home; I'll be shopping there from now on.

I was so happy that they had cocktail crab claws. The lady in seafood was awesome. So helpful and nice. Albertson's had some great sales. I stocked up on meat and was able to get many other items. Their vegetables looked beautiful. I can always trust the quality.

Went in to shop the ads because that's what I do. Saved a bundle using the weekly ad combined with the app with just 4u savings. Unfortunately they were out of (according to the person helping me) Bone in chicken thighs which were on the front page of the ad. Also had to ask for skirt steak, and the guy walked past me without speaking and put them on the shelf. There were several 1 lb packages and a 3 lb package that were all marked at the standard size price, while I wanted the ad price on family pack. Had to ask them to reprice the largest package for $1/lb cheaper. Also they were out of the 1 pint blueberries(also front page item). But the produce guy told me I could just grab two half pints which were $1 more per package than 1 pint. At the register, the cashier took off $2 for the difference but rang up both half pints. So I ended up paying $4 for a pint instead of the ad price of $2. Didn't sort it out til I got home. I. The end I had a great deal of savings. The cashier made an honest mistake in calculation and the produce guy was super nice. Having worked in several meat markets myself (11 years grocery retail), the meat guy could have been miles better.

I went to get some snow crabs and the two gentleman in the meat secrion waa very helpful and welcoming. One of the guys made sure I knew about the special that was going on so I wouldn't pay full price.

I went here to get a money order. Now, I always get my money orders from here because the location is closer to where I live. Today, I go into the customer service and had to wait 10 to 15 min before someone acknowledges me and finally a cashier called over the speaker to ask if someone could assist me. Whoever's the store manager is had on a purple shirt. He passed me up several times while I was waiting for someone to come. He finally comes over and say"can I help you?" Only to tell me the customer service center is closed!!!!!!! They never been closed!!!!! I will never come here again. Service sucks!!!!!

This albertson's always has decent sales going on found some cute stuff and some unexpected things here. So if you are looking for a good local place to shop I would recommend here. Definitely not fond of the smell coming from the seafood department but overall not a bad shopping experience.

The parking lot has more grocery carts strewn about than cars in parked. Ok maybe that was an exaggeration, but there were dozens of loose carts everywhere, which gave the property a trashy appearance. While I believe people should put their carts in the stall like respectable humans, I'd expect keeping the lot clear a priority for Albertsons management also. Surely this impacts the perception the public has of the businesses sharing the property as well.

Most of time I'm satisfied but not today. I went in for salad mix that was on sale of course there wasn't any this was at 12 o'clock noon had plenty of time to restock shelves asked someone and was told after waiting 5 minutes they didn't have any. Then I tried to get a bag of the 39 cents avocados and told at register these weren't the ones with sign by them. I give up on sale items

A big store. First timers will need time to acclimate. Clean, shelf items well maintained and generous aisle space. Look for specials and sales and you can do well. Shelf items, meat and produce randomly discounted with frequent sales. Regularly marked inventory can be a bit pricey. Painfully slow checkout. There is an Express lane but not always open so folks with a few items can expect a miserably long wait.

Stood at the deli a long time to be served. No one there. Walked all the way over to customer service, no one there and waited. Finally I saw two women come to the front of the store and they were looking around and begin to slowly walk over to the deli. By the time I got there, one of the women was behind the back counter eating.When I walked up, she just stared at me. I asked if she was working there (in that dept), no answer, and she finally came around and helped me. After one item, I asked for another and she said what all do you want. -- Just the second item.This is a nice Albertson's, but where was a manager at the front, where you do you go to get help. And what an attitude!!! Ruins all the good.
