I went to the store a few weeks ago was rushing to buy 2 peace Lillies out of the floral department. Noticed later that evening I had dropped money somewhere in between the two stores, two funeral services at two different churches, a restaurant, a cemetery and the repass hall. Lead by my inner spirit I returned to Albertson’s the next day to see if by any chance someone had found and turned in the cash. To my surprise someone did! A store employee by the name of Mike had turned it in. That was unbelievable and highly appreciated. I don’t shop in the store often but I definitely wanted to give rave reviews to Mike as well as the management team who made sure my money was put in a sealed envelope locked in the safe until I returned to claim it. This doesn’t happen every day, but I definitely wanted to give a shout out to the store on Airline and Old Hammond for being such honest and caring people.

I ordered today at 10 and order was ready quickly by 11. Picked up by 1120 and just wanted to give the shopper a 10/10. She was so kind, helpful, and accommodating. Best pick up order from speed to accuracy to the quality of the products. Thank you. Give her a raise!

Very friendly helpful staff at this Albertsons. Great fresh produce and meat, good selection harder to find sauces seasonings and food items to cook with. Extremely wheelchair-accessible. Again the staff were wonderful and helpful an extremely friendly. Very nice customer crowd for a Baton Rouge grocery store as well.

Actually me and my son both got food poisoning on the 21st we are waiting for the results from the doctor to find out exactly if it's a parasite or a bacteria but I really really was severely sick and we figured it had to be Albertsons because me and my son were the only ones who ate steam Seafood my two year old baby did not eat any and she did not get any of the symptoms that we had whatsoever she is completely fine

I love this store and was so disappointed when I ordered a curbside pick up. I received 5 out of 12 things I ordered. Also, I had to go online and report what was not received in order to get my money back.If I knew they wouldn't have these items I would have went to a store that did have everything I wanted. Now I have to make another trip to the store to get what you didn't have.This is the first time I have complained and the 2nd time this has happened.

They constantly close one entrance (by Starbucks) so if you enjoy having to walk all the way around the store in the rain, then this is the place for you.

If I can give a zero star for how racist and poor customer service this store does, I would LOVE to do that. Your morning shift manager doesn't do such a great customer service and they also tried to lie for what they do with an attitude. Albertson needs to teach there employers how to treat there customers before you let them work. Your manager Turoneda didn't know what she was doing and your employer Taush was giving us attitude, tried to argue for what she did wrong. I thought that you have an ad on the shelf and if you or your employer put it wrong than you are supposed to sale it or fix the problem? But no, you decided to not fix it, sale full price than rip the tag and act like it wasn't your employers fault. Me and my mom will not be shopping in here again!!! Please make sure to train your workers properly before you have them as customer service reps!!!

Overall just a great grocery store. No complaints. The produce section is always fresh, is well stocked, and offers plenty of variety and selection. The bakery and meat departments are top-notch. Bakery does beautiful work, excellent presentation. Meat dept runs competitive pricing specials. Store is clean and well managed.

Good produce, and a nice selection of products, but they only have a few staff at the checkout who always work hard to fix any issues. It's depressing that the store has so few people helping everyone buy everything.

Visited the Albertson's location for Starbucks.We had a pleasant experience at Starbucks. The young lady who served us was nice and patient while My Baby placed his order. Will definitely return to this location. ☺️Great Customer service.

Prior issue with drive up and go has returned. Very bad experience today. Apparently the app auto checked me in since I did as asked and said I was on the way. The person who saw it check in apparently went out and didn't see me, then they gave up on me. I sat for 30 minutes with no response after entering the parking spot number into the app. I have returned Albertsons to a poor rating as such.

Experience exactly as expected - needed milk and 1 other item, parked in a plentiful parking lot, got in, everything was spot on, paid, and got out. Plenty of my favorite local brands (they don't use hormones in their milk), are as or more competitive than Wallyweird, and their 10k empty box stores.

I always have an issue with their bakery. It took 2 days for them to answer. I had to call customer service to get someone. Then when they answered she told me they wouldn't be able to make my order before asking what it was I wanted ordered. I just needed cupcakes! 🙄If they answered days prior my order could've been placed !Update: Albertsons on Perkins were very helpful. Gavin was very kind and thorough with my order. 44 dinosaur cupcakes ...simple.

Store is beautiful since being remodeled. Also has a Satrbucks inside. Only one express register open on a Saturday afternoon at 3pm though.

This store is always freezing. I have to prepare to shop there with a coat and gloves. The cashiers look equally as miserable. You should be able to adjust your store's temperature locally! Just makes for a bad shopping experience when you are freezing.

The worst Albertsons I have ever been to. Customer service never answers the phone. My pick up order said no substitutions.eleven items were substituted. Example 3 12 pack of cokes for 9.99. I was given 3 24 packs totaling 38.99. Instead of it sausage recd breakfast links. Ice cream was melted breakfast biscuit box bent up. Eggs all over the bag . Green beans.67lb gave a bag5.99. I ordered 1lb. App didn’t works couldn’t refund. I could go on. They don’t deserve one star..😑

Albertsons is great grocery store with a wide variety of products that you will not find at other stores. The stores are always clean and well stocked.The floral section has great arrangements. The produce section quality is comparable to Whole Foods but at a lower price point. The meat section has the best presentation and prices that are consistently better than Walmart. If you compare the steaks with Walmart then you will always go to Albertsons.The seafood department has an excellent selection especially the crabs. You can get them steamed for free but be patient because there can be a number of people waiting to get their seafood steamed. The deli has an array of meats, cheeses, cooked foods and other selections that are amazing.The wine and liquor department has a better selection and pricing versus large big box stores and liquor stores. You will be surprised by the selection that's available.Make sure that you sign up for the Albertsons discount card online that simply requires your email address and phone number to get additional savings.Albertsons makes it a point to hire local people who have been part of the community for years. Support your store and you will be pleased with the result.VHJG

Wish they would stop locking one of the front doors. 1 out of 10 times it is open. I don’t understand the point. It’s Sunday morning and they have two registers open and self checkout is completely closed

The employees don't acknowledge you with a hello, thank you, get lost... nothing! You're treated like you're a bother when you approach anyone employed in this store. I'm an advocate for companies paying a living wage, however, minimum wage is too high for the "workers" here.

It's really hard to buy special sale items (buy one, get one free) when most of the items have sale tags missing or there is only one of the item and the cashier says rain checks are no longer offered. And I don't purchase an item when the Albertson security tag covers the special features of the item.

WHAT A BEAUTIFUL, CLEAN and well stocked store. They even have a Starbucks inside, not that I would buy their coffee! Beautiful produce, plants and flowers. Great selection of meats! Only problem is it's not affordable for someone on a fixed income. I understand that unlike WalMart markets, who have everyday low prices, Albertson's is more a sale driven business. I just don't shop like that. Impressive store though!

Albertsons’ fried chicken is one of the best kept secrets in Baton Rouge! It’s always fresh and delicious! But this particular location on Airline is elite! The store is clean and the produce section is immaculate! The fruit and vegetables are beautiful!There is also a Starbucks inside of the store.Everything is easy to locate and this store offers lots of variety. Lastly, I must address the bakery. This is also one of the best kept secrets in Baton Rouge. The variety of cakes and pies is amazing. The cakes are fresh and delicious! Most grocery store cake is nasty, but Albertsons doesn’t fall into that mold!The one and only knock on Albertsons is that they are more expensive than say stores like Walmart. Overall, this is a great store with great food options!

Love Cheap Chicken Mondays!!!But this visit, not so great. It was not the chicken,the deli clerk needs reminding paying customers don't deserve to be ignored.Walked up to counter approx 4.15 on Dec 12 where lone worker was placing food from kitchen on line.No one else but me standing there but the clerk never said anything but continued her work bringing food from oven to line.It would not hurt to say "Just give me a few min and I will serve you.Instead I , along with other customers by now, waited in silence while she completed her work.
