Tire and Lube Center put an oil in my vehicle that I did not want and claimed it was because of policy. Is it policy to perform work on a vehicle that a customer doesn't ask for without consent or even speaking with the customer. If I had been asked I would have declined the service completely and went elsewhere. They refused to change it and simply offered to give me a partial refund on a gift card.

This one star is solely because of the customer service from Melvin and the deli department . His customer service and attitude was so bad I’d go to the hot food section 1st, and the young lady there was very nice but I decided on cold cuts and this is where everything went south. I at the counter, to get some meats for five or six minutes and a gentleman was standing right there with his back to us playing on his phone I said excuse me a couple times, never turned around. The young lady was busy down. Finally I knocked on the counter, he turned around and gave me a sideways look like what the heck do you want your bothering me. I asked if anybody was working the deli counter. He gave me a snare and pointed to the lady down the end, and said you just talk to her. I said yes, that was for the hot foods. I didn’t know she ran both. Yeah she’s capable of handling both, he says I said OK no problem I said I wouldn’t know that. No, remember all this time he’s never put his phone down and keeps looking down at it. So I wait a minute I saw the young lady look at me and say something so I said OK I’ll wait for her and Melvin speaks up again. Well what do you want? I said you just told me she handles this side of the counter well I can do it also . So now I’m thinking you could’ve helped me all along. You just didn’t want to because you were playing on your phone not that I said that but that’s the way it came across. I only picked up three items and he confronted me or questioned me on everything some cheese cut on number one you can stack it and he had something to say about that and just rolled his eyes at me. I even said if it goes over that’s fine I don’t care for bologna looks at me sarcastically and says we don’t have German baloney. We only have beef OK but your beef bologna is German baloney give me another dirty look at it. Oh yeah, I guess . Well, I can go, but just say it was a nasty very unpleasant experience with Melvin in the deli counter.PSI did try calling the store several times probably a 20 minutes in total letting the phone ring and could not get anybody to answer so hopefully somebody sees this and takes a look at it

There were only TWO registers open, besides the self check outside. I do not use the self out, because I do not receive a check from Walmart, and no discount is given for doing what they should have someone else doing. Not even the Express check out was open, which is what I could have used. I stood in line from 20 to 30 minutes with less than 10 items in my buggy. This occurred April 6, 2024 at the Bastrop Louisiana location. A very good reason to shop elsewhere. Sam Walton is probably rolling in his grave because of how customer service has gone down.

I shopped at the store today. I accidentally left my purse in the parking lot buggy and drive off. I realized my error and returned to the store. Robert, one of the store employees found the purse and took it to customer service. This man is very much appreciated and thanked for his kindness. We need more people in this world like Robert. All of the store staff were great! I left the store with my faith restored in good folks. Thank you Bastrop Walmart staff!

Had low tire indicator come on could not tell which tire. Purchased tire Guage and fix a flat. There is a auto service center at this location and the lady behind the counter asked what she could do and my reply was needed a little air for a tire. She said go to the last bay and she would let them know I was coming. The guy there handed me an air hose, put air in and thanked him and wished them a happy new year for it was new years eve. Thank you WALMART.

Horrible service took 30 minutes to get someone to the jewelry counter and 20 + min to get dressing room attendant then when she did show up she just leaned across the counter watching her watch UGG horrible employee

Clean and organized. Friendly greeters. Prices are inflated compared to before COVID 19 which is disappointing because it has made it hard on ALOT of us. They could hire more cashiers and have less self checkouts. It's almost as if you are forced to use this method. They often only have one actual cashier at a time. Other than that it's a good place to shop.

This Walmart is better than most which I know is not saying much. The store is clean and bright but the customer service staff is mind blowingly bad. I dread doing returns or exchanges because of how long it takes and how incompetent and rude the employees are. I literally had to wait for 30 minutes and the ASSISTANT MANAGER finally had to process my exchange - for a more expensive item. Compare this to target where returns are a breeze.

Wal-Mart eye center refused service to a minister with medical exemption for the mask. Shame on you people. The Lord Jesus shall judge the matter. I'll NEVER darken the door of any Wal-Mart ever again.Bathrooms are disgusting. I didn't purchase these items we left them sitting after we were refused the eye appointment we had driven 3 hours to make.

I don't know about the inside, but the curbside pickup is great!! It's the only way I do walmart since covid!! If there's ever an issue, I just call, and they are quick to fix it. Getting produce is the only thing that I sometimes question; sometimes you just need to pick your own items, but like I said, they are happy to make things right! Many of the workers who load the cars have great personalities!!

They had the only operating coin star machine near MerRouge Louisiana. The one at super one foods, was broken because someone in the community, took advantage of the service provided, which by the way is a Convience for people like me who use it in emergencies. .. But some how there are those who act as if they do not understand the concept of change only... Not wet, and full of trash and dust and dirt and most definitely not all of those things plus other objects that didn't belong in the coin machine I was told this was the reason that particular coin cashing service has been down, for some time now.... Shame on whom ever did that!!! Come on people we are intelligent adults, please let's represent better and show more appreciation for the services and people who actually get up and work so that we can use these types of services at our Convience....
