Local Ace... They always greet you with a hello and a smile, staff on hand is quick to answer questions and very knowledgeable. Many times I have asked a question and they seem to explain it to me without making me feel small. Support local and shop here. Stay out of the big named box stores!!

Convenient location. It's not a Lowe's or Home Depot, but they do have the necessary items one might need for home repair. They have an awesome selection of fasteners, almost as good as Fastenal. The bonus is that it's not crowded and you don't have to hunt anyone down to help you.

Good service and helpful BUT My goodness the store on the outside is simply shameful. I see Ace on other towns that are cute ...neat. yours is the worse I've ever seen. Weeds...high grass.. it looks like its shut down. Have a little pride! I wish I would of taken a picture.

Im sure alot of the staff is nice but the gentleman I spoke to evidently has to many customers because he certainly made no attempt at being courteous. Actually not being courteous i can handle a time or two but this fella was downright Rude.

The owner of this facility sometimes visits this place.the only thing that he is capable of doing is making sure that you will not visit this facility again. He is obnoxious and will continue to talk and ramble and not answer your questions. He is conceited and is only interested in telling stories. He talks to his employees as though they are garbage. I will never go to the store again.

I went there 4 times and I took the part off my stove to make sure I got the right part. They still have me the wrong thing. After I went up there the 4th time the guy working there said to me you need a professional because I didn't know a 1/4 from a 5/8 and he works there and was helping me out. I went to the one on Edgewood drive and took the part in and the guy said this is what you doing. But you can go this way and it will be cheaper. They was super nice at the Edgewood drive store. I want be going back to the Ball store
