One of the best Family Dollar I’ve been too. The new management, the new team members, the store front, the store back, & middle makes my shopping experience at ease. I’ve been too several family dollar stores but to come in be able to shop, walk aisle fee & be able to get assistance when I needed makes this Family Dollar worth shopping at. Honestly there is no better Family Dollar but this one.

It’s a family dollar store. They have everything in their store.the only thing I can not find certain items I will be able to find at other store around baker. It was just un organized so I’m not really sure if it was receiving day but it means a lot for a customer to be able to find items without digging through the boxes and other items…

1 STAR 🌟!!!! Family Dollar needs to change their operating times. IF you guys are scheduled for 10pm closing it should be just that!! After 9pm no one is there!! Ridiculous!!!

My experience with this dollar store is horrible. They do not unload their delivered products in a reasonable time. They also lock the doors during business hours with some excuse on the door. I ordered a product from Family Dollar online and never received it. It's been almost a month now.

OMG!!! When you walk through the door no one greets you. The guy with the lashes and nails didn't have on a mask at all when the sign on the door says everyone must wear one. The music they were playing had all sorts of cussing and n$$$a this and n###a that. I'm not against music playing in stores but atleast be professional about it! All I could do was just smh. I didn't know Baker,LA WAS SO GHETTO! Don't get me wrong I'm from the hood but there has to be a certain level of professionalism when you're at work. They should've been in there mopping, cleaning, and clearing the clutter out the store. If I could give this store no stars I would. I will never set foot in this particular store again.

Walked in and began shopping. Picked up some items and placed them on the counter. I went to find the baby aisle for some baby wipes and a man enters the store and yells”what are you doing in here”! I said “I’m shopping”. He then let me know that they were not open. He asked me how did I get in and I told him the door was open. He asked me to leave and I did. When I got to my car I realized it was 7:50 and they open at 8. He clearly left and didn’t lock the door but his demeanor and approach was rude when it was really his fault. He’s lucky I needed those items and was willing to wait 10 min until they really were open

One register open, this time of year. Would not take back or exchange tree topper. I was told thst I had to take it back to store where it came from. Sorry mama!!! What kind of policy is that. I had receipt. She also said Dollar General bought us and that some of their rules!.

Went there for Cokes that was on sale only to read my receipt when I got home to see that they charged me regular price which was $5.10 a piece instead of three for $11 so I paid $15.30 for the cokes that I drove out of my way to go and get let alone the store was nasty dirty. Will NOT go back to that nasty place again.

I asked for my receipt or asked cashier how much something cost, and she had an attitude, was rude and ghetto. She was having a conversation with someone the whole time checking us out. Since that experience I will not go to this store.

Only one person working. Shelves arent stocked. Hardly any room to walk due to stacks upon stacks of boxes blocking aisles. It's a colossal mess.

I shop at this store regularly but today was the last time...I went in 2 exchange an outfit I bought my 2 year old no I didn't have my receipt but their policy clearly states u receive a store credit for the current price which it was not a sale item I just bought it a week ago..The only reason I wanted to exchange is bcuz I realized she already had the same outfit I just wanted another one not money or anything else..The manager that said no was the same person on the register the day I purchased outfit....She is rude and doesn't even know store policy...
