Its amazing how a store could improve in appearance and yet have the same ghetto hood individuals as employees. The big heifers, which I believe one is also the assistant manager, have the worse attitudes. I simply asked that walrus to scan the items using the scan gun. I have a condition that involves phobia of germs. I never ask anyone to understand but to work with me and I always ask politely. She looked at me and walked off. She was already the register ready to check me out until I made the request. I said if she had a problem I would gladly go to another store but she didn't open her fat lip to respond. She had the other employee check me out. Spend less time being a jackass and learn to be professional. The store on main in baker(shopping center across from Auto zone) has truly kind employees. I suggest anyone reading, please shop dollar general main in baker...no animals are employed there.

I usually have great customer service but today I stop at this location to return an item from another location and they tell me I have to go to that exact location to return it when I have the receipt and the items are unused. That is POOR customer service.

I really like the cashier that check me out the other day,he was so sweet and kind.however the two woman that work with him need to help him more instead of talking on their phones and smoking outside of the front of the store.

These rude individuals also close early EVERY chance they get and WILL NOT open the door. 10-15 min early with money in you hand for only 1 item and will tell you to go Wal-Mart lol. Brave

My visits there were a 5 star..until this lady came on. She is always on her phone and the numbers are hard to see so I need them to call it out, extremely rude they need to be trained better.
