Customer service sucks when you call them. Asked a simple question and the nitwit answered “just come in and look” and he sighed loud at the end of his words. I was trying to buy 700 2x4 but I guess I’ll spend the money else where. Yuck

Wonderful old fashioned family hardware store. Excellent customer service. And they got thousands of screws and nuts and bolts. Found small brass screws we were looking for to go back in an old trunk. Looked several other places but this store has it all. Check them out😁

My visit to this store was great. My husband had sent me to get a stem for the tub nob. The gentlemen ask if I needed help & went to work from there. He explained to me that I did not need a new stem but the washers needed to be replaced. Great call, no more problems. I would highly recommend this store to everyone.

They have great supplies but the customer service could be a lot better. I walked in after my husband and the female associate said not one word nor offered any help. This was even after my husband and I greeted her and a older gentleman was sitting in a rocking hair. I suggest they treat each customer with respect and gratitude. This is not the first time this has happened. Poor customer service means lost on profit for your company.

My dishwasher broke down on me. We had a friend that sold me a used dishwasher (that worked). Problem was that the hose for the water wouldn't fit the new hose. Explained my problem to the Baker hardware folks. Just needed a fitting that was 3/8 on one end and 1/2 on the other end. For $6 and some change I am washing my dishes with a dishwasher again.. love that store

Rude sales associate who did not want to hear what I had to say about 13 mm nut I needed. I guess my beard and long hair was enough to have the sales associate follow me to the register. I had the feeling he thought I was shoplifting. Would not shop there again.

The prices have gone way up over the years and the quality of service is horrible now. The owner is incredibly rude and I suspect doesn't like certain "people." I'll take my money somewhere else.

We'd much rather shop here than Home Depot or Lowe's if they have what we need! There's always someone there to ask you what you need and they walk you to where the item is located. Very knowledgeable staff aan always helpful! You can get in & out quickly too. They've been a hugehelp since the flood of August 2016.

Your online hours need to be changed. It clearly states that you close at 6PM. I called to be sure and was told that you were closing at 5:45. I pulled up at 5:33, the lights were off, and everyone was leaving. Now I have to drive to Home Depot in Zachary. :o( The staff is very friendly and helpful when I’ve gone in the past, but I was disappointed today.

Baker hardware is a throwback home improvement store with a family type vibe. Everyone is knowledgeable and can help you find exactly what you're looking for. They have a lot of older specialty items that those big stores don't carry.

Baker Hardware carry a variety of small items. It's always good to check their line of merchandise before spending extra money. I've managed to get do it yourself task accomplished. Not difficult finding the items required.

If you just want to get in and out, or need something but you don't quite know what you need this is the place to go. Staff is very helpful some things are a little higher but saves you the hassle of a big store waiting to get help.
