In and out! Had a dog injury their leg and the vet I used to go to was way down the road. Well didn't want to drive far especially with them in pain and in the car. Called and made an appointment, was only an hour after my call. They were down to earth and real. Didn't talk to you like a know it all vet.

From scheduling with Nicki, to handing off by babies to Kiya, and then discussing their health with Dr. McCutcheon, it is always a pleasant experience at Baker Animal Hospital. I have brought my cats and dogs in for annual visits, emergent situations, and even a euthanasia appointment and they have always been treated with dignity, respect, and the utmost care. Highly recommend if you are in the area and looking for veterinary clinic!

We were faced with the decision to put our 16 year old dog to sleep. Even though Monty was never a patient here, they were so kind and compassionate from the time we arrived until the time I left alone. Thank you all so much for your compassion. It means a lot!

Staff is very knowledgeable, considerate and respectful. My pets was taking care of in a very timely manner. I was very happy with how good my baby looked after the bath. Excellent job we will definitely be back.

Everyone at Baker Animal Hospital were excellent from the first phone conversation I had with them. They were friendly, very professional and most importantly they showed true concern for my litter of puppies. They made room to get them seen on a short notice when they could have easily scheduled me for another day due to other appointments they were tending to. They notified me quickly of findings and made sure to discuss treatment options before making any decisions. I was well informed of the process and they felt like family. I would recommend them 100%.

The absolute best animal hospital. So very glad I found this place when my dog had an emergency. From the first phone call to my same day appointment and on to my follow up 10 days later, they were so friendly, compassionate, and professional. This is the only place I will bring my pets. Friendly staff. They show compassion towards my pet. The staff sends friendly reminders via phone or mail about my dogs next check-up. They kept me informed during my dog's surgery. Not only that they will tell you what could have caused your pet illness. They provide you with tips to use at home. I'm very satisfied with their services. I can definitely put my trust in Baker Animal Hospital!

I’m so happy that I found these guys while searching for a vet. Although I couldn’t get my Chloe in the same day, the lady that scheduled me for the following day gave me great advice and made me feel better. When I took her the next day they provided the best care. They explained everything to me and they called 2 times to check on her. I’m very thankful.Chloe whined and scratched all Sunday night because she got into a yard with lots of cats. She was miserable. I called the dr 1st thing Monday morning and they told me to bring her in. She felt so much better after her appointment. She slept so peacefully Monday night. They also did her shots and checkup.I’m so happy that she’s happy.Thanks Baker Animal Hospital

GREAT with animals. Dr. has a wonderful compassion and genuine nature about animals. She is patient and very informative when talking to me about my dogs. She explains everything in detail. The staff is absolutely incredible!! They are so compassionate about what they do and take time to answer questions and ensure the BEST care for my fur babies. I can’t say enough great things about this place!! From the front desk, to the techs and doctors, you feel like you and your pet are important. The entire staff is educated and friendly. We will never go anywhere else!!

I can’t thank them enough for their service !! After calling at least a dozen of veterinarians in the area to get a international travel certificate, I found this office that did it very efficiently, fast and help us tremendously!!! All the other offices , put us on hold for a long time , gave us wrong answers . We are forever grateful to Dr.Rebecca and their staff. They really care about animals and their owners . When I am back in the area definitely I will bring my three dogs here !!!Thank you one more time !!! You guys rock !!!!!

I got my dog on Saturday from a private owner, called Monday morning and was able to immediately get an appointment that afternoon. The staff was very friendly and made sure I left informed.

Baker Animal Hospital is great. Everyone is very reliable, professional, and kind. My dog used to be really afraid to go to the vet but he is slowly becoming more comfortable (which I'm sure is because of the patience of the women who work here). We found a puppy that my daughter wouldn’t resist on side the road! My daughters puppy was not quite right! But, Baker Animal Hospital gave our new baby girl “Harle Quinn Winfield” the best treatment and got her to a normal, energized, active puppy for my daughters! We had never been to any vet with previous pups we had! Going here and having so much help from financial to health of our pup I can tell you they will be seeing HARLEY QUINN AGAIN!!!!!! Explained everything in not only doctor talk but my talk as well to better help us understand everything that our pup needed to stay healthy!!!!Highly recommend if ur pet needs a vet!!!!!

I absolutely love the way they love my dog, Scout. They are so patient with him. He can be a bit dramatic. I love the reminder texts and the way the Dr lets me know of anything is wrong in, worms, fleas, etc.

Baker animal hospital us a great place to take your pets. Dr. McCutcheon and her entire staff treat their patients like their own pets. They were all very caring and compassionate when we had to put one of ours to sleep. And I appreciate that if Dr. McCutcheon doesn't know the answer to your pets symptoms, she will spend as much time as it takes researching and calling experts to find answers. We love them

Dr. Pirie is very kind and helpful. His staff is excellent! They scheduled an urgent appointment, kept my cat calm and happy during the visit, and thoroughly explained her ailment and the necessary treatments. My cat became ill suddenly, and this was the first open appointment I could book. What I really appreciate is this facility's genuine concern and passion for animals. I never felt pressured into extra services or products. I plan on switching to Baker Animal Hospital for my cat's year-round care.

Another of my somewhat feral cats is pregnant. This is my 1st experience with a pregnant cat and I thought she might be having complications. BAH staff checked her out and treated her as needed. I believe now I've talked with everyone there more than once. Casey alone has now called me -3- times to check on her.I don't have much experience with Vets, but honestly feel the service and care received from BAH is outstanding. Thank You...

Love this place. The staff is so good with our kids, U can tell they really care for them. So So glad they reopened after the great flood. Dr. Mccutcheon really cares for our wellbeing as much as our puppies. Love to all
