They were able to give me the best amount from any other local shops and once they beat everyone else I couple times I stuck with them I will be a regular customer at this point and they are understanding and helpful and very friendly. Always amazing customer service the gentleman are very quick to help very professional and are available to answer questions no matter how busy they are. They will always find someone to help you I highly recommend this facility and any of the American Pawn locations to anyone. Vinny or Jose especially has been absolutely amazing and has assisted me multiple times. Both posses customer service skills that should be replicated with other applicants that are hired. The associates truly do go above and beyond for the company. Please go in and ask for Vinny or Jose. They will make sure that everything works out right and will find a way to help you no matter what. Love this place!!! Please stop in for Christmas and definitely check out the special sale times for December 16th 2022. Whether you need quick cash now or maybe you just need to get rid of something, leave it in their hands I promise that you will not be let down.

Every time I come into the Baker Location I notice that Vinny is almost always there. He’s quick, sufficient, and he’s always helping out the other staff and customers. It’s the people like him that make me feel comfortable coming into the store and temporary leaving my valuable items; because I know it’s the staff and employees like Vinny whose going to ensure the safety of my items and ensure an accurate and fair evaluation of the worth and value of my personal items!!! They try to give you the lowest price on things. For example a new 75in would be 10$. A lot of these reviews are from friends. They don’t wear masks, one of them was coughing and one has herpes. They don’t like to do no type of work they want the customer to do everything. Never seen a whole crew of horrible workers with horrible customer service. Need new staff all around very unprofessional. Wish you can give 0 stars. The Caucasian man is the only one with sense.
