Order a large order of chicken to avoid frying some for Thanksgiving. The worker fixed my order to precision and the taste was suppurb when I finally had the chance to taste it. It was better than some chicken places who fry it everyday. 😋

Indeed the employees are friendly in the store. However, management needs to get rid of the flies in the Deli department. It is not sanitary. I will not purchase any food in the Deli department that is not hot. Why more people do not complain about this, I am not sure.

I stopped in here to get a quick snack while I was driving down I-20. Nikki, one of the cashiers was very helpful! She walked me over to the area where my snack was and directed me to the restroom. She was so friendly. Everyone in the store was pleasant and seemed to really enjoy their job.

Always a pleasure to shop here. Good prices, clean, staff are friendly and helpful. Today, a special thanks to Judy in the meat department who not only chunked up a pork roast for me, but also found me elsewhere in the store to hand delivery it. And THEN she helped me find some frozen limas that were hiding. Thanks Judy!

I have been shopping here for 5 years and although the prices are a little high the community is better because they exist. The prices pay for good employees not people that could care less. This place is the best grocery store ever. They know how to treat a customer. Apparently they know how to hire and keep employees. The employees are good people that apparently like working there. This is always a good sign of the way to do business. KUDOS to EVERBODY working at Brookshires located in Arcadia Louisiana.

Being in a small town it's real convenient to go to Brookshire's instead of driving 25 miles to Walmart the only thing I disagree on is the prices it costs you an arm and leg to buy anything out of Brookshire's

Produce department was well stocked and had a wide variety of fresh produce to choose from. Manager was on sales floor not only greeting customers and offering assistant; but sanitizing buggies for customers. Great store and customer service; from starting to finish. Everyone was pulling together to make shopping there more appealing. Wal Mart could learn from Brookshire's.

Very sad idea of a grocery store. Super Small produce section. Larger than normal liquor section. Checking out takes forever. Usually only 1 checker. Very limited variety of options. Not up to Brookshire's standards. Disappointing.

Brookshire's, Inc recently replaced the manager here. New one is rude and incompetent, even got the name and number of a lady who made an anonymous complaint, then called said person at home to harass them.New manager fired all the longtime employees, hiring others based largely on race. Service is terrible now, and turnover is ridiculous.My family and I have started driving 20 miles further away to do our shopping.Prices are ridiculously high compared to other places in the area, and selection is poor at best.

Its a good place to run and grab some things when you can't get to walmart! Customer service is nice. They have great sales especially on their cases of water! But its a TRUE pet peeve that they keep putting "pork riblets" in every Meat pack (for 19.99)!!! They are partnered with Checkout 51 but not Ibotta!

The prices at this place are 40 percent higher than Walmart prices and the food items are subpar. I don't understand why anyone would shop here if they have a choice.
