I don’t spend enough time at TSC haha! Had a great experience with a hard to find tow cart in town. Receipt says Mason was my cashier, funny guy! Thanks to Jason for helping me load up and the great attitude! Will be back y’all have some great stuff!

Why does your store close an hour early now? You used to stay open until 9pm... I get off at 8:30pm and speed to your store to get pine pellets every week and now there's no way I can ever make it. I don't understand how y'all can just change the hours on a dime. I guess I'll have to buy them somewhere else now :(

If you're ordering a grill, BEWARE AND ORDER INSIDE THE STORE!! I ordered one online (over $600 total) and clarified over the phone that I do not want a ratchet, rusted up, dented one that has been sitting outside in the rain and sun for months. They confirmed it would be new out the box. WRONG. They brought one from the store and of course it was terrible and not worth the money I paid. That being said, the delivery guy and manager were helpful in correcting the situation. They recommended coming inside to order at the kiosk which would allow you to specify if you want one from the warehouse or one that was outside. And I myself recommended that the staff receive a training on that as well, considering I did originally go inside the store and tell them I wanted a newer version of a grill outside and no one referred me to this magnificent kiosk. Anyway, be careful.

Great and friendly service. The cashiers offer to look up specials, or call for assistance with loading of heavy or awkward merchandise. I was especially impressed how the employee, Kayla had the aisles of horse feed stacked and organized so that it was easy to select the feed products I needed. Thanks to the hardworking and diligent employees here, it's always a pleasure to shop, checkout the baby chicks and ducks, gardening supplies or clothing.

Bought 6 chicks here and 3 of them were roosters. If you want to spend a few dollars extra for your animal supplies come here. They never have multiple registers open so be ready to wait in line to check out. Poor customer service skills by employees when asked for help they act like you are bothering them. In my opinion get your supplies from Petrus feed and seed. Reasonable prices good fresh feed produced locally sold by friendly knowledgeable people who take time to help.

I always shop at tractor supply when I am in need of things for around the home or farm. I stopped in today to purchase some propane bottle torches and they were out of stock. Probably the first and only time I have ever stopped in a tractor supply and not found what I needed. I walked away empty-handed, but the staff was very friendly.

Recently remodeled, the store has a better layout. All of the pet and livestock food is at the back. Prices on feed are very competitive. Right now they are stocked up for Christmas, gifts everywhere. Wooden signs, toys, and clothes for the ladies who like the country flair.

Good place to get your things and go. Know where your things are if you are lucky you may find a staff member who actually cares about there job. Went in once and the cashier complained to me about how she hates her job. Anther asked me what was called over the intercom. And it seems to be an inconvenience to move away from there comfortable spot. So know where your thinks are, get them and go.

The workers are very nice and courteous, they have general items for livestock, and assortment of other items. Although they are lacking when it comes to DIYer supplies such as tools, and it would be much more beneficial for them to carry a better stock in welding items and integrate refills for torch bottles like the other TSC have. The store kind of ignores that department, being as we have a large number of people who are tradesman in the area.

I love shopping at the Tractor Supply I buy a lot of my chicken feed their. The only thing that I have to complain about is that I am older and whenever I need someone to carry out my feed and load it I have to wait a very long time and sometimes they have to call somebody two or three times before they come up to the front to help

Unique shopping for gifts, rustic country items, along with just about anything else you need from fence to feed, clothes to bird feeders. And certain times of the year, you can purchase live animals. Great place to shop.

Ordered 10 chicks; they were shipped late one dead and one weak on arrival, with total of 4 dead in 72 hours. TSC sent me a review request when I stated the above information in the review my review was “ moderated” and rejected. Their review process and star ratings are therefore less than useless since poor ratings are “moderated”.

I really like the Alexandria location. The cashier was very friendly. I do not like the Marksville location, the female cashier was very snooty , and not friendly. So when I need things I need from Tractor Supply I will be getting it from the Alexandria location as much as possible.

Went in to find a tool no one carried. And even though it wasn't there either, found a great deal on dog food! The staff is always friendly and helpful.
