My aunt hired Home Depot to install floors. She was extremely disappointed. She kept getting the run around. Then once they came to install they walked out stated there was asbestos which was not true. She had to hire another person to install her floors in her home. She has been having this issue since January 2024. She purchased flooring but won’t ever hire them for ANY installments.

I had the worst experience in my entire life from this store. I went to purchase a tool box In the tool department. They couldn't find the box I seen online which the guy stated they had 4 in stock but couldn't find them. I ended up spending alot more money for another box they had. At checkout I tried to lookup my home depot card. The cashier was so disrespectful and rude. She said I didn't have a home depot and I replied that I just used it last week. She said you didn't use it at this store cause you don't have one. I look at her amd said can you show me where does it say they she replied no and made a smart remark I will never spend my money at this store ever again. The lady stated her name was Shawn. If that's her real name she need to be fired

I had a good visit. Employees was great. Fast assistance. Helped me load materials that I had to put in a truck and they made sure I was secure to make it back home out of town. No long wait. Awesome! 5 stars all the way. So you know where to buy for your next project.

Tried to get a mattress sent to our address, which changed. Granted it was partially shipped, but still over two weeks from being delivered. We could not change our delivery address, we could not even cancel the order. So now I guess we are out over $800? Sending us in circles to delivery people then to the manufacturer then back to Home Depot. What kind of ridiculous situation is this?

Very clean and organized. Customer service was friendly and directed to the area I needed to go to. Bathrooms were clean. Prices were great. Didnt have what I needed,but got other items needed to fix my shower.

Never buy appliances from them..if you buy the 3 yr extended warranty it is total chaos to get it honored...it's been a week and still no repairs

You have to be very careful when you order from them . They show items that will be sent to you the next day but you dont receive the item until days later . They do this so that you will order the item with hopes that you can complete your job . And also they use FEDEX which is never on time and almost impossible to track because they do not post updates . It is almost a guarantee that if you order a fragile item it will be damaged . I have had it with Home Depot and their carrier FEDEX and will start shopping from other online venders that meet the shipping date that they post .

10/18/22. Was only self check open byt was employee there to help. She was playing with pgone and had no name tag on so cant tell you her name. I had a purchase with no price on it.was from garden center . I told her no price and i wonted it.. i could notwalk all the way back to the garden center. She kept playing with phone. Repeated what I said and she took plant put on counter. Never offered help with price. You are paying someone to play with phone at least what I needed had price on it ..

We should have bought our appliances straight from the brand itself. Or even Lowe's, who at least discounts military members. This store didn't have what they displayed at the store so we waited for it on back order. Paid well over $1,500 and Ethan told us delivery, all charges, everything was taken care of (aside from a hose we decided to buy elsewhere) and that we just needed to wait for the delivery. Three weeks later I get an automated call telling me I'll get my delivery in a 4 hour window the next day. I sit at home all day waiting and nothing. I finally call the store to see what's going on and they tell me it's been delivered to their store (an hour away from our home) and that we can pay an additional $133 to have it delivered to our house. My husband contacted them a few hours later and paid the additional charges. I will never shop at this store again. Not only were we given inaccurate information when we made our purchase, but the man Ethan was supposed to call me back to clear it all up. Never reached out to me. I tried calling the store back 8 times from my number and they wouldn't answer. Like they didn't want to deal with me (I was never rude or short with anyone). Don't buy appliances from this store. You're better off paying the company who makes it directly.

Store is well maintained, prices you would expect, nice employees. April went well above the usual employee helpfulness; she found us looking lost asked if she could be of service. Then after she was able to discern what product we were looking( since we didn’t actually know) she took us across the store and explained how it was used. She solved our issue of putting a tile shower on a pier and beam floor. Awesome lady!

Never again will I shop at this location. I hate driving across town to get to Lowe’s but from now on that’s what I’ll be doing. I’ve visited this location several times in the past month and spent well over $500 within these times. It took 3 visits just to get customer service in the paint department. Upon getting customer service in the paint department, no one knew what they were doing. I gave the representative the book which had the serial number and every detail to the stain I selected only to be given a can of paint. After finally getting the correct products, I move on to the next project and find an item I needed online. I went into the store and found the aisle and bay numbers where it showed the item was available and could not find it. I ask a representative for help and he looks at the aisle for a couple of seconds and responds with, “let me take this phone call and I’ll come back.” I wait there for 15 minutes and the man never comes back. Although I shouldn’t be surprised being he was unable to provide help to the lady he was assisting before me. If I would have had only a couple of bad experiences, I wouldn’t be leaving this negative of a review. Once again, I’ll never be wasting my time nor money here.

Just the simple fact that the staff actually help you when you ask them is something all it’s own… but actually knowing what you need and how to get it done is over and being beyond. Plus it’s always nice and neat, stocked, and not Lowe’s so… You really can’t lose.

Kind of hectic buying experience. Sold my husband a sink faucet not a bathroom one. Had to go back and return it. The sales guy swore it would work. Also they aren't pet friendly anymore... super weird. We went into Lowes and they where much more helpful and even gave the puppers a treat.

Washers and dryers do not come with their attachments so they can operate. They cost extra, otherwise your newly purchased items are just taking up space and unusable.

Home depot online is b s . They give you excuses after excuses . When you pay for shipping and they give you a day to stay at home so it can be delivered. But it doesn't arrived.you call home depot online they say it not there fault then thier supervisor on duty miss said call Better Business Bureau. And said I would.

Overall I usually find Home Depot to be a great place for the things I need from there. My only issue is the workforce there. There always seems to be a bunch of people working but never anyone to help you. They are all by the doors chatting with each other or walking around aimlessly. I asked one young for help finding something and he was clueless! They are clearly a prime example of generational work force. The mature staff are friendly and helpful. The younger crew, which there are more of, are mostly useless and couldn't care less. They're just there to collect a paycheck!
