THE BEST place to have your Shih Tzu groomed! (and other breeds) - Have used Sandy's now for going on 20 years to groom our dogs. They all do a wonderful job. Crystal has been our specific groomer and she does fantastic work - love the cut and wouldn't go anywhere else!

They’ve groomed my pups for over a decade from toy poodle to maltese which I now own. The absolute best and wonderful customer service! To get my two fully cut is $110 and definitely worth it! No complaints!

Pleased as can be! Quick and convenient. I brought two nervous, unsure dachshunds for nail trimming, and the friendly staff calmed them down and did an excellent job on their nails in less than 10 minutesCost $20.00 for both dogs!

I just love Sandy's Clip-N-Dip. She was my first poodle groomer for 18 years. I now have a new puppy and I didn't hesitate to take her there. Excellent service and staff. I have always been very pleased.

Thank you Sandy and your wonderful staff!!! My mom was hesitant to bring her to a new place since she has had such horrible service with petco and petsmart. Sandy reassured us that she would knock my mom's socks off with the service she'll receive. Picked up Precious and she looked absolutely gorgeous, best service and haircut she's ever gotten. These folks were a life saver ! We were traveling thru with 8 puppies to deliver, someone pooped in the kennel and at 7am their team of girls took the task and helped me clean them all up and the kennel! Above and beyond what any groomer would normally do. So amazing. Thanks so much. I highly recommend using them if you’re near Alexandria

My Bella, a Shih Tzu, is eight years old. I have tried several groomers in the area but none that I was satisfied with. About 2.5 years ago an acquaintance recommended Crystal at Sandy’s Clip-N-Dip. Crystal is an awesome groomer and Bella likes her. ❤️

Ive been taking my 2 pomeranians for 7 years. In January, got them groomed. Later that night 1 of them began whining. I checked him, he had 6 red abrasiond. Took him to vet next morning, they said it was "clipper burn" they let the hot clippers touch him while grooming him. Took pictures, showed Sandy, she said it was from my dog scratching, "vet doesnt know what she's talking about. Will not return.😠

They were finished on time and did a decent job on the dogs, but I’m mot terribly pleased that the base charge was $27 more plus a $3 service fee over what they quoted.

They had a "door greeter" dog behind the counter who melted when you'd pet him. Groomed Sophie pretty well except her paws.
