I placed an order for a skin/joint supplement for my older dog on July 28. One week later, I inquired about the order since I received no tracking information. I was told that they messed up the address and it was returned to sender and that I would get 2 of the products mailed to me using a faster method of shipping to make up for the error. I found a package in my USPS Informed Delivery stating a package had been sent from Alexandria, LA (this company's location), but it was sent MEDIA MAIL. That is the slowest and cheapest possible means of shipping and it legally can only to be used for books, videos and music (i.e. media). It seems the package is delayed in Florida and with the USPS being delayed in general, I have no idea when/if I will receive this order. I received no tracking information from the company and only found this information because I have the USPS Informed Delivery Service. I cannot comment on the quality of their products, but the online ordering experience has been very substandard and I will be reporting their illegal use of media mail shipping to the USPS.**** UPDATED TO 3 STARS BECAUSE SOMEONE THERE GENUINELY SEEMS TO WANT TO RESOLVE MY ISSUE, BUT SOMEWHERE ALONG THE LINE THERE STILL NEEDS TO BE IMPROVEMENTS MADE IN COMMUNICATION, TRACKING, AND SHIPPING. Always a Great Experience, and their products are Fantastic. My dogs love the Hip chews and really seem to feel better and play like they did years ago.
