The ice cream was great but the cashier was dumb as a box of rocks. I asked her to give me change for a 20 and she was lost. She had to ask for help and requested permission to do so from a coworker. I couldn't help but laugh.

I came in to order and sat in line with my grandmother while one was helping a customer with a large order and the other on the phone. The other one eventually got off the phone and proceeded to work on a cake all the time while we were standing there.There was no acknowledgement, after waiting several minutes, so I said hi and they looked bewildered. I proceeded to tell the one girl that the proper thing to do when people come into a store is to say hi to make them feel welcome. I didn’t feel welcome at this establishment.

I've ordered 3 cookie cakes in the past few months. All are well decorated. Taste is great. Service is even better. I can order the cake and it be done in a short amount of time or I can schedule to pick it up on a later date.
