Very nice place to shop..the $5 ready to eat meals are great..I bought the shrimp and crab and it was on point! Definitely worth trying!

I have never seen such a dirty, dysfunctional Albertson’s as this. I’ve been in several Albertsons on the west coast, and it was shocking to walk into this one and see the condition of this place. also, many things were out of stock with lots of empty shelves. I don’t know what’s going on here but thecorporation needs to take a hard look at this location.

You need to watch the digital deals they offer. I almost always get over charged when I clip them, they don’t get discounted at the register.

I asked for 6 clusters of snowcrab. She put one average size on the top and two smaller ones on the bottom with broken black pieces in the middle. All of the snowcrabs in the glass case are nice but she hid on the side so I couldn't see what she was putting in my bag. That was a dirty trick.

The entry to the store always has a terrible smell when you first walk in then it dissipates as you walk in further. I don't know of any real value differences between this store and others like it in the area other than personal preference, or close proximity to the shopping customers residence.

The wrong item for my one touch machine was given to at the pharmacy. When I brought it back in the pharmacy manager was rude and said it was the right one just a generic. When she finally gave me the right one you could plainly see the sizes were different and she never apologized she continued to act as if it was my fault and I didn't know what I was saying. Very rude my family and I have been using that pharmacy for over 20 years. I'm very upset and considering going somewhere else.

They have a great selection of liquor, I like the convenience of Starbucks inside the store, the steamed shrimp are soooooo good, and their chicken at the deli is EVERYTHING! The only con is that the prices have recently increased. I didn’t mind paying the higher prices before but some of the items are ridiculously high.

This is my store from Starbucks to the meat section plus their fruits & veggies are great oh wait the Seafood!! Just know these folks are amazing I'm here 3 times a week. It's easy parking I love their store.

Not too bad. They have a good selection of different products. They were missing a few things on my list, but I was there early in the morning so maybe they hadn't had time to restock. The restroom definitely needed attention, it was in poor shape. Overall not a bad experience. Prices could be better but inflation is killer!

Pharmacy is excellent. Checkout lines can be very long ala Walmart with only one checker.The deli is their weakest department. Almost all deli persons are not nice to deal with and absolutely hate to wait on you. You stand their like a statue waiting for service and may never get it with personnel totally ignoring you. I had to get an employee in another section to page the Deli to wait on us. They very reluctantly served us after a very long wait afterwards and were upset we wanted anything from them. Store Management must review the deli personnel on hand along with a total review of store policies to customers. You run off customers very quickly when they are not wanted.

I was STUNNED by the focus on friendly employees in Albertson's! I was treated to a friendly greeting by EVERY employee I came within 30ft thereof. I know it's a purposeful focus, because their credit card machine polls you on their friendliness. I typically shop at Rouses, but they cannot match this quality.

Fantastic selection, good prices (especially if you know which nights to reap the discounts).Outstanding customer service and friendly staff. I live nearby, leveraging this proximity to visit Alberton's regularly, to the point of its staff feeling like a sort of "family" for my household.There have been times, during states of financial duress, in which I would watch that cash register like a hawk, filled with anxiety about whether or not I had sufficient funds to pay for my groceries! On several occasions, after losing the game of credit card roulette, I'll find myself needing to return many of my items to reduce the total cost of my order to what I have available.This can be a harrowing ordeal for most. Nonetheless, each time this type of thing has occurred to me, the cashier would remain patient and work with me to resolve the order to a payable amount, no matter how long it took sometimes to decide back-and-forth which items to return and which to keep. This level of stoic patience is particularly admirable during busier, more stressful times of day, when other shoppers queue up behind me.I really appreciate the staff at this Albertson's location. It feels like they know me, and this level of customer engagement is not something that can be found in many places, including small towns like Alexandria. Keep up the outstanding work!

Super helpful staff. I was in dire need of Star Anise and they came through for me after Walmart, Kroger, super1, and Macs all let me down. Their staff was super helpful when I asked for my weird spice and Denise was an absolute pleasure when I checked out. I apologize for not catching the guy who helped me with the spice’s name, but he was the cats meow.If I didn’t live across the country, I would visit again. Highly recommend. 5 stars. Good people.

Albertsons is always clean, the staff is polite and they have interesting products. Tons of gift baskets and beautiful flowers. Also there is a machine where you can put in your phone number to get a sample which is pretty cool.

Staff are polite. I enjoy shopping their clearance sections. Just 4u rewards & digital coupons allow me to save at least 50% off regular prices. BUYER BEWARE: This location keeps and attempts to sell expired items to consumers, so always check product expiration dates.I'm looking forward to this location getting grocery delivery!

So I typically love those store but I had such a bad experience this last week that I’m not sure I’ll come back. My baby was great during the entire shopping trip until I was in the middle of checking out. He started crying. I had already started the transaction so I couldn’t just walk away. Instead of anyone trying to help me out, I was being glared at by the cashiers and customers like I was a major inconvenience. My cashier said, “what’s wrong with him?” Then my coupons wouldn’t work from my Just For U. The cashier (half green hair and half brown) rolled her eyes and called the someone over to help. The supervisor was very tense and she rattled off some orders then walked off. The cashier had to re-scan my stuff and the coupons still didn’t work. They were new coupons from their website. So I ended up spending quite a bit of extra money that I couldn’t afford. The only good thing that happened is a sweet older gentleman came over and helped me into my car. I was in tears from frustration and relief for the help.

Very friendly cashier and I are finishing up my total. Before I can pay a rude lady pulls down her mask and demands help finding a product. She almost runs me over while I am collecting my items. One get more employees to help. Two don't let people like this run off your good paying customers.

They carry many things you can't find at other stores,specifically their condiments isle,pepper sauce,pickles,mustards, catsups to name a few. Full milk grated Italian cheeses,the list is endless, pleasant staff members decent prices most times plus a Fresh meats,and seafood case. Very clean store inside and out.

Clean, well stocked store with friendly staff. The butcher department is my favorite in this area. Great selection of seafood & our favorite for steaks. The produce is always fresh with lots of selection. Gourmet cheese section is quite large. Precooked foods are really good. You can always find something for a quick meal on the run.

I love that they label which foods are gluten free on their price labels. It makes shopping so much easier. The selection is great here. They have a decent frozen section for dairy free / gluten free for the area. Sometimes you just don't have time to cook or want a break with food allergies and this helps.Friendly workers and pleasant experience. They're busy because it's a good place to shop, but they don't leave you waiting around.
