The people r great. Customer service is on point. Prices are fair. And best of all is the shop doesn't have fifty broke mowers in the back waiting to be serviced. They get them in and fix them quick and back out.

I rate them at 5! They have great prices, and absolutely great service. They call me when parts for mower arrive and mark my name on it though I have not bought yet. I have dealt with others and there is no competition..

Kept my mower for 3 weeks didn't fix it told me one thing over the phone then changed what they said when I picked mower up told me I need 2 new transmissions when only one is not working properly told me there is no way to add oil to transmission and there is no way to check it but when I picked it up they said it has the correct amount of oil it just needs 2 new transmissions how do you know if there is no way to check it? Charged me 40$ and I don't think they ever touched the sang thing. Said my mower is not woth fixing and got an attitude with me when I asked for an explanation.I have lots of family and friends that use them I will be sure to express my frustration to them too

Went in today to talk to them about an Exmark zero turn mower. Walked in, there is a man and woman behind the counter. The man has a customer. The woman did not. Neither said anything to me when I walked in. So I looked at the mowers inside for a minute, still no one said anything to me. Went and stood directly in front of the woman, looking her straight in the face for over a full minute and neither her nor the man ever looked at me or said a word. That's when I turned and walked out. I'll spend my $4500 for a mower somewhere else. Mr Ken at Livingston Mower in Satsuma was great when I stopped by to talk to him before going to Romero's. He will get my business.

Short version:I need my PTO FIXED?Ramero's 172.00 for main belt a tire tube and tightening some bolts on muffler.Results: PTO still broke. And so is my wallet.LONG VERSION:I brought my Lawn tractor in for repair after the PTO would not engage. While there I requested that a few other small repairs be made as well (beginning of the season) Tube in tire, muffler loud etc.They called me when ready for pick up. I was charged for belt and ground wire to PTO and told that was the problem and that it was working fine. Also he repaired (not replaced) my old muffler and put a tube in the tire. 172.00 parts and labor.I noticed while they loaded it a squealing sound. I asked the mechanic about it and he told me in his best southern drawl "awe ma'am mowers make all kinds of noises."5 days later I cut the grass for the 1st time since repair. half way through my 1/2 acre cut the MAIN DRIVE PULLEY FELL OFF!The NEW BELT i was charge far burned to hell and back when the bearings locked up again. the cloud of smoke was so bad that before i could kill it i couldn't see.I called Ramero's and told them what happened. And the lady running the desk gave me a well rehearsed speech of " Bring it back in and we'll LOOK at it. And IF its something we WORK ON we'll fix it, otherwise i'm responsible for the repair cost.Me: I don't need you to look at it, i need you to repair the PTO which is what I brought it in for. The main drive pulley fell off.Her: we dont touch the drive pulley when changing the belt.Me: Your missing the point.Her: Just bring it in again and we will look at it.I no longer have a way to just bring it in. Plus i already paid 172.00 to have the PTO FIXED. Obviously to me if the MAIN DRIVE PULLEY is locked up the PTO can't work. Also obvious to me that a certified mechanic/professional should have LOOKED at that while inspecting why the PTO didn't work in the first place. Further more I pointed out to the mechanic that it was making a strange squealing noise and he assured me nothing was wrong.Bring it in? So they can charge me double the labor cost to fix what was wrong all along after having sold me parts and charge me labor (top dollar labor) again!Not today!Signed, Disabled grandma and flood victim.
