My purchase was 31.00I gave her two 20.00 billsShe gave me four bucks back after looking at receipt she had me paying 35.00After correcting her she turned off the computer and went to safe and tried give me a buck backI was no this is not happening. Very disrespectful employee. They have a new cash register. I waited long enough to return my product. She couldn’t return the system is new that’s what she told me. I was taking my stuff back. I said it’s ok I’ll go in different store. She said you are so rude and start arguing with me. She didn’t even put my purchased item in the bag. I said sorry. I was trying to help You. She said no you’re not. And kept insulting me. I felt so disappointed.

I had 20$ and couldn't get everything I had picked out. The lady behind me, insisted that she cover my items left behind. 2 cleaning products, lysol. 1 bathroom foaming cleanser and the pink all purpose cleaner. I hadn't seen these products on the shelf since January and seeing them made me feel better about the pandemic and not being able to afford them wasn't a surprise, with my husband out if work and no income coming in, I don't have a job because we have 2 small children who aren't school age yet but again, not surprised at the Dollar General App wasn't going to accept the 5$ off 20$ coupon that you get with every recipe. I was surprised that the generosity of the unknown woman's suggestion to the clerk, that she scan my 2 items so I can properly clean and feed my family, like I deserve. Thank you ma'am, thank you so much for the kindness and selflessness. I'm truly grateful to you.

Very rude store management! My mother purchased a propane tank exchange and they gave her an empty tank. When she tried to exchange it not even 15 minutes later the manager did not want to give her a new tank, she was very rude and unprofessional. She claimed it was a new tank and nothing was wrong with it. After realizing we would not let her bully us into keeping that tank, she finally exchanged it for a different one that worked perfectly fine when we got it home because it actually had propane in the tank this time. These people need to train their staff better and know what type of person they're hiring. Won't be going back to this location ever!

The store is pretty well kept and the bathrooms are always clean. They are really good when it comes to keeping shelves stocked. The cashiers are always friendly.

Cashier was talking to customers with a buggy full of items taking his time and he wasn't paying attention to what he was supposed to be doing. I wanted to hurry up and get out of there asap because I had a very bad ear infection, I didn't think I was going to make it standing there waiting for my turn.

My rating for dollar general quarrels with the name alone. To me it's like a big gas station without the gas and it's also more grocery store like. Dollar presumes the items cost one dollar to me. I find that the products are a convenience mostly because of location and an easierness to get to than to go to the actual real walmart.I've never had bad service from any of the employees. In fact, I go here regularly, quite happily. I just don't agree with its name.

Really a 2 1/2 star store. This is my neighborhood Dollar General and either my husband or I go nearly everyday, definitely at least 5× a week. A year ago this store was disgusting!! I would use my sleeve or an antibacterial wipe to protect myself from the bugle handle, the baskets were so black & nasty the thought of touching them made me sick. The 1 time I attempted to use the restroom for my then 2 year old, she flipped out as soon as I opened the door. Beyond disgusting, a puddle of dried blood in the floor. After my baby girl did her business in the parking lot at 2 in the afternoon on a Saturday, (strictly #1) and using a baby blanket from my car & an umbrella to keep her hidden & dry, I made my first & hopefully only complaint to corporate because the self proclaimed manager that I spoke with didnt care about the filth at all. Fast forward a month and the manager along with EVERY single employee walked out the same day!! Major Clean Up began almost immediately (in no way do I believe this was in response to my complaint in which I asked for & was assured that I would recieve a call from the district manager because it never came even after a second follow up call 3 days later); it was the temporary employees from other stores who could stand to work in such filth. The store has gone through some rough times lately mainly due to understaffing that is a corporate problem but it is getting better each week. Hopefully a few months from now it will be a 5 star store.

Well I spent alot of money and I bought a newborn alfit and socks they did not put the socks in the bag called a total of 18 times no one ever picked up the phone I got the recept but no ba y socks and no one would answere the phone so yeah I will be going up there today to get the new born socks they should watch where they are putting the things you buy in the bags and answere there phone seriously

Had exactly what i wanted. Was a little packed when went in but it was well worth it. Even love the marks they made on the floor for people to stay 6ft. apart even though some people didn't follow it.

Store is very unorganized, frequently running out of items, and some of the employees are not very friendly. I mainly go for the convenience. If there was another store as close, I would not use this one.

The store shelves were empty you you couldn't walk because there were boxes everywhere the line at the register was wrapped around the inside of the store you couldn't find anything in there and the employee was rude
