The worst Dollar General experience I've ever had. The store was destroyed you couldn't get down many of the Isles the freezers were broken there was shelved missing items all over only one person was working.

On top of being short with the customer , you can't even get them to answer the phone to make sure they have the product that you're looking for. Almost like a third world dollar general.

The young man helped us find what we were looking for. Being that I have worked retail in my past, I really was impressed with him, as he was carrying this store on his own. No manager, or assistant to direct him. I feel he needs a promotion. Are you listening Dollar General?

Love/hate relationship with the Dollar General Stores! Good price for the items I usually shop for, but it seems my vision is to "just run in here and grab this or that," but it never happens! 3 people in the store and it's like they are serving an army and time goes into slo-mo. Maybe it's just impatient me?!?!

The staff are always friendly & courteous. I wish that the home office of Dollar General would be more supportive & hire the additional people that are needed to stock shelves, clean aisles, & operate this store. This lack of support affects the morale of customers & employees. It isn't fair to either if us. I don't see these same problems in the new store in Natalbany. Why the difference? Sadly this store will probably close, if their home office does not address these issues.

It's too cluttered..Stuff is everywhere. There is only 1 cashier so you will wait in line for a long time..they are also always out of stuff because the shelves dont get restocked with the items that were sold. It's crazy because the items are just sitting in the aisle on a cart.

Theifs,bad management she rolls her eyes at people but ok if cashier get wallet thrown in face bc of checking their age on licenses or for beer products. LORANGER STORE HAS THE MOST UNGREATFUL PEOPLE TRYING TO RUN IN THE GROUND.

This store is good it's always busy and you never now what great deals you will find. I found Betty Crocker measuring cup 's and some other cooking utensils and for a 1$ each! WOW!!

It's alright.very convenient . Slow paced some nights and days. The older woman that works there is VERY friendly and deserves more recognition than she receives!!! 💕 Very sweet lady !

Don’t discount DG as a place you wouldn’t shop at. They have an amazing range of products available in our local store. Staff is very friendly. It’s easy in and out.

The Dollar General store On Highway 190 In Albany Louisiana Is absolutely Terrible . It has been terrible for the last year . Specifically the aisles are blocked by items that are being restocked. The staff are less than helpful.

Go here to get small stuff. Same as petty much every dollars store I've been to they need more help. Always takes longer than it should to check out.

I would give negative stars if that were possible. I purchased a broom and forgot it I went back to get it but I could not find the receipt and the young gentleman behind the counter was not only rude and unprofessional but also down right vulgar. He also expected me to pay for the broom a second time. This store is horrible.

It is ok to pick up a few items. Quick & prices good. I hate all the clutter in the aisles. Tgat is one big negative.

So unorganized, filthy and cluttered..Carts filled with stock that were blocking the items on the shelves..Stock laying on the ground..What a mess !! I'm not about to move or climb over carts to try to get something I wanted off the shelf..I took my business elsewhere..It's just not at this location either..Dollar General needs to hire people that can stock and clean.

Are it's great there everybody's very helpful the manager marries really neat really go regular there so I'm going to apply for a job there now I really enjoy the experience of going there and I have a great time everyone's very helpful there

All Dollar Generals are sloppy . Shelves are always messed up. Boxes and carts in the walk way. Go to Family Dollar

It was so hot in there I was going to spend a lot more money but I couldn't stand it with the heat please Dollar General but y'all employees please get y'all air condition fixed
