I never felt rushed or pushed into an option, and was given time to thoroughly grasp any recommendation Megan offered. Money is tight for everyone right now, but good coverage and great service is what keeps me here.

This is the worst experience I've ever had with an insurance company. I was with this company for a little over a year. Every time my policy was renewed, the price went up. I can understand price increases, but after two renewals, the price was up $100. I refuse to pay $500+ for two cars. That's ridiculous. You would think it wouldn't be so much given the area that I'm in. I was offered a discount if I bundled (car and home) which the discount for the car wasn't much, but the home insurance was $1,000 more than what I'm already paying. RIDICULOUS!!! I found affordable insurance elsewhere. So, I canceled my policy two days before they were supposed to charge my account for it. Guess what?! They still charged me for it and my account was overdrawn and I was charged fees. I immediately called them and asked about it. I was told that they were going to refund it and that it would take a few business days. All I received was a sorry. I work hard for my money and I have three kids. Some of that money was for grocery and I was going to use some to buy my son a birthday gift. State Farm really left me in a bind. It's been 4 days since I've called, and I still haven't received my money or any communication. Please, if you value your money, your sanity, and your peace of mind, STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS STATE FARM!!!

Mrs. Brittany is AMAZINGGGGGGG!!!Hands down! She explains policies like ABC 123. She also takes the time to explain and makes sure you understand the policy BEFORE you commit to it. What I like the most is that she doesn’t pressure you to get anything. Most sales reps try to sell you any and everything even when you go in knowing what you want…not her. She also asks what do YOU want before even explaining anything. Everyone in the office is very nice and knowledgeable as well. Give this office a try!

My my my This company is very awesome, loyal, and compassionate, they find ways to get your a reasonable insurance policy life, car, home everything about these ladies are great, and I’m glad I have them not just as my insurance agency but as a friend… They treat you like human beings not just trying to get your money but make sure you and your family are ok! Me and my kids lost everything in a house fire 🔥 and they did everything to help me get to wear I needed to be with my rentals insurance! Leigh Ann was really awesome in helping us out and saving us money. Very friendly. Unfortunately when I went to cancel our policy with our current insurance they all of a sudden found discounts galore, and were cheaper so we stayed. Had that not happened yes we would have switched. I appreciate everything Leigh Ann did for us, and sorry for all the trouble we caused.So this time it was Megan Pace who helped me, and we switched fully. Very friendly, helpful, and understanding.
