Very unprofessional, was told my diabetes medication was pulled and being filled. Get to the store and said they couldn’t give it to me because 15 others were ahead of me. I MADE SURE it was going to be ready as it was 30 minutes out of my way to pick it up.

If I could give this pharmacy 0 stars I would very rude don't care about your time at all drive thru is 5 min per car if your lucky sometimes even 10 for some reason inside is no better have techs just standing around doing nothing while one person runs both the drive thru and inside counter it's unreal and all the bad review they have do nothing it's sad

Called me for an interview yesterday so I when in today apparently the store manager is on maternity so another store manager from franklin interviewed me. They wasted my time by making me go in only to only deny me two hours later. They even took away my application off the site. Totally unprofessional. Would of been simpler for a phone interview instead I biked down there. Which was a complete waste of time. They said they wanted someone who was flexible and didn't need alot of training I have over 3 yrs of customer service. I've been sitting for weeks looking for a job in abbeville from what I can tell is that people don't want to work. Then I run into stuff like this. No wonder I can't get off SSI. I will not be applying again. Moved from Wisconsin. They lost a good employee candidate. Looking at at the reviews for the store, no surprise.

Their pharmacy has some of the rudest people working there. I have been trying to get a certain medicine and the CLAIM it is on backorder but has been on backorder for over 3 months. Last month I was lucky enough to get someone on the phone over there that looked into it to see which walgreens had it. So if new iberia can get it why can't abbeville. So when i called tonight I was told STILL on back order and i have no idea who has it. So basically im not helping you figure it out yourself. I will be switching pharmacies because they are the worst.

Filled my prescription for 90 days, though it's not written for that, confusing me on future refill. Was told they fill for 90 if the insurance will pay for it. I don't appreciate the money-making scheme -- even my doctor was perturbed about -- so I'm switching pharmacies. Plus, they stopped home delivery via FedEx, even though the pandemic persists. Finally, their "rewards" system is the worst; they seem to employ the most under-handed tricks to overcharge customers -- which goes hand-in-hand with filling scripts for more than ordered. Two stars because I got a flu shot there once and that was fast and easy -- and private. The employees need to wear masks correctly to be effective.

We were there to get our 2nd doses of covid vaccine! Checked my kids out of school for appts. Which were Walgreen's only available appt time slots. We waited for quite some time to actually receiving our shots, not to mention the wait at the counter prior to that with the paperwork that was required. My kids barely made it back to school before the bell at 2:30. And we made Our appointments for 9-10 a.m.!! It was disappointing & stressful! My son needed to return to school for test @ 1:50pm. He didn't make it! Service is not the best here! & the wait times are ridiculous!

This is absolutely the worst service I have ever (consistently) received from a pharmacy. Not only do they lack the efficiency to run a smooth operation but 95% of the staff is incredibly rude and unprofessional on top of it. Unfortunately, they are the only walgreens close to us-or else I would never use them again. All in all they are a complete nightmare to deal with. Go elsewhere if you can.

Really wish there was a “0” star option. I pick up my brothers medication here once a month and with out fail everytime there is a line (no biggie) but for some unknown reason for some unexplainable mystery to mankind they take any where from 5-10 minutes PER VEHICLE!!! How hard is it to ask for a name grab the medicine ring it up and give it to the customer!! I can understand they could be busy occasionally but every single time without fail it’s a 15,20, 30 minute wait EVERY SINGLE TIME!!!!!!!!!!!!

Every time I try to get medication there is an issue. One if the techs and I discussed an issue and she did it wrong anyway. They didn’t even take into consideration that the employee could have misunderstood, it was me who was wrong. Today they asked where I get my other medications from. I get my blood pressure and Wellbutrin at wal mart. I get my pain med at Walgreens. She proceeded to tell me I have to get everything at one place. Walmart doesn’t handle the pain meds I have to take. So they want me to transfer everything to them at Walgreens. It will be a cold day in hell before I do that. EVERY time there is one issue or another.

This is an awesome Walgreens location. The employees and the managers are all great. They have good sales and allow you to use either their digital coupons or your printed/paper coupons with ease - which is a big deal because many other stores in this area aren't informed and educated on coupon usage which is very frustrating.

I have been a customer of Walgreens for quite some time now. I get medications from them monthly, but not at this location. The first time I attempted to fill a medication a heavy-set woman (the pharmacist) filled that particular medication, but took the liberty to browse through my medication profile and made her self clear in the fact that she does not fill a different medication, though I asked nothing about it. Not filling medication is one thing (which is silly,) but to go as far as announcing it to the people behind me was appalling. I certainly can't show the embarrassment that this pharmacist gave me that day, but as for the future you'd be better off down the street at CVS.

The pharmacy had my Rx for 2 days and then told me when I attempted to pick it up that my insurance kicked it back so I had to pay $150+. They never called me to notify there was a problem, nor did they attempt to fax an authorization to MD. The same day I brought the same rx to Landry’s in Maurice, and within 1hr they notified me a prior auth was being completed. They called 2 hrs later to notify me the auth went through, with no difficulty, and my copay was $10.The pharmacy staff at Walgreens is subpar at best and the customer service is non existent. You’ll have better luck using a locally owned pharmacy!

I like the business hours and the app. However I hate the drive thru. Drive thru suppose to be quicker and more convenient. Ironically it slower than if I would have gone to Walmart, park my car, then walk in and pick up my medicine. Here a question for Walgreens. What the point of having 2 lanes drive thru when there one person serving it?
