My husband and I shop here just about weekly. The owners and staff are the kindest, most helpful individuals. We always leave with more knowledge due to their effort to have personal conversations with each customer. Our farm truly benefits from this small business. We would recommend it to anyone!

Always find what we need, but they really could use training in the customer service department. Unless you’re a regular, everyone else comes off as a burden. I’ve waited almost ten minutes once at the register as the cashier had a lovely conversation with a fellow shopper, that clearly they see often. Even their phone etiquette is poor. It’s a good thing my husband goes, because I wouldn’t waste my time.

The kindest people you will ever want to meet work here. They are beyond helpful and are very knowledgeable. I live in New Iberia and still come to this store for all my garden needs and advice. You just can't get a more personal experience at big chain stores.

I may be bias because they are my family but here it is…I’m a young entrepreneur and starting out can be very nerve-racking and stressful. Thibodeaux‘s opened the doors up and made me, Elliot and my mom feel at home right away. The access to set up our tent was super convenient and easy. The weather was not ideal but the location of everything still made people come. The other local vendors there were very informative and the vibe the whole day was amazing. The Thibodeaux’s are doing amazing things for the local small businesses and I am grateful for the opportunity they gave me to showcase my passion.

The staff is totally hands on. The personal care I receive on each of my visits epitomizes the character of family business. I always feel like family when I'm there. Merchandise is quality and unique. I live over an hour away... will travel everytime to shop here.

Normally used to like the place. Has seemed to have less inventory than normal. Walked in for an item which they did not have for the fourth time in the color I wanted (just a simple bucket). While there saw some chicks I wanted. No one around to help. Very disappointed as there was one I was really interested in, and was going to get five Easter Evers while there. Guess I will stop wainscoting my time here. :/Edit: You’re reply did not help this issue, and it seems a bit sarcastic. No, you do not carry, in stock, that many colors it seems. You also have a VERY limited number of colors on lead ropes and halters. I could not find those colors withers, needed, nor the correct size girth. The bucket color I went in for was the large pink one, which I ended up getting from Double W in Scott. You have no purple or pink vaulters (all my horses have their own color, to keep it organized, so yes, I do need these colors). I was asked for help ONCE by an employee, but did not need help at that time as I wanted to look first. After that, I could find only one employee, who was doing something, saw me more than once, and ignored me, but as I cannot tell who works there and who does not, did not was to assume. I would have spoken to someone to see about special ordering, if I found someone.Please do look at the cameras, though not knowing the date or time, it sounds like a fun thing to do.

Very special business to shop. They have unique, special and rare items for yourself or a gift. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Have always taken the time to help me on various endeavors I happen to be trying. Would highly recommend and suggest you put them on your bucket list!

If you're going into a feed store, you shouldn't be watched and followed and called colored. Hasn't been called colored since I was ten years old. But my money was good. Quit profiling; everybody's money is the same.

I called around 11am to inquire about purchasing baby chicks. The clerk said they had several, so I explained I'd be heading their way. After driving from Lafayette, I arrived at a CLOSED store. They forgot to mention they close at 12 on Saturdays.
