So unprofessional the lady at the desk in this place. Denied to give grooming services to my dog by giving excuses, any business is allowed to refused to offer their services if they don’t want but at least be honest, my dog is 135 pounds and I understand it’s difficult, he is good and docile tho! They have canceled my appointment two times with no reason given and then the last time they made me go there to tell me that the groomer was sick, they said they just could cut the nails that day, I said “yes please at least do that” and then suddenly they neither couldn’t do it. Don’t make people loose their time with lies, you can just say “find another groomer, we just want to do easy work”

This visit was a great one people were super friendly, but I will never buy our brand dog food went twice before and both times had maggots growing in the bag, was part of the "loyalty" program on the dog food but they wouldn't let us bring it back due to no receipt (which i get but a purchase of food would have shown up if they pulled up our name). Want to like the store more but that turned me off some.

Very clean and organized place of business. The staff here are also very knowledgeable and genuinely want to help you and your pet. They also have grooming services. This is one of the few stores you can go into and expect an amazing result. Highly recommended.

Very friendly and helpful. The lady in the grooming area even sat down on the floor and held our fur babies in her lap to clip and file both of their claws then gave them some herbal treats afterwards. Very pleased! Will be back.

I am absolutely disgusted at how the animals (dogs) were treated being groomed! I watched the groomers pull the dogs all over the table and scream at them the whole time, to “stay still” “stop moving”. So if you can’t spend the extra 20-30$ to get your dog groomed by a professional at a salon, just buy your own clippers.

Had an appointment made to get puppy groomed, they didn’t even right it down ! I had canceled 2 other places cause pet scenes was closer to my home! Definitely not worth the time! Now I have to wait even longer to get him groomed

Dog food had maggots in it. Second time we bought from here with that result. They say it's the producer but we have bought same brand elsewhere with no problem. Then I needed the food bag to return which we put our food in a container so didn't have.

We had our hound mix groomed here. They are overpriced, much more expensive than PetSmart. They overbooked appointments, causing her to be there for over 2 hours, where PetSmart takes only 30 minutes. She was in a kennel most of the time by herself. She was supposed to have her ears cleaned, her nails cut and ground, and her teeth brushed, as well as a bath and spa treatment. Her ears were not clean, her nails were filed but still long, and her teeth were semi-brushed, but obviously not well enough. Although the ladies in the salon were extremely pleasant, we will not be bringing our dog here again.

I 10/10 recommended you never using PetCo or PetSmart ever again. I can honestly say from the moment you walk in the door you feel so welcomed. The hospitality there is the best you can get. My baby got a Bath, Mud Bath, and a Facial. They treated my baby so good when I picked her up she was like a new dog. The Grooming salon is wonderful and so kind. Once you try them you won’t go back to PetCo or PetSmart. And there prices are very Affordable!!!

Only giving one star because I have to. Paid extra for the mans groom total of $55. Glands and ears were not done at all! Teeth, testicles and penal area was done poorly. Undercut was uneven. Top it off she burned my dogs testicles with the clippers which resulted in a $111 vet bill. If it were allowed I would definitely post a day of and 3 day after picture of my dog.

Untrained dog running around off leash jumping on people (was either owner’s or employee), items over priced. Selection was disappointing. Large space with nothing there. Kind of sad. Quality was also poor, more so in flea medication - made me cringe. Will not be returning. Hopefully they can rethink their store and be something.

I love being able to bring my fur baby with me no matter where I go. When you go here your pet is welcome. They have a fair selection of food,treats toys and pet accessories.They also have a groomer as well. You may need to call befour you go if you want to see the groomer not sure what her hours are.I get my Big boys nails done here and the lady seems to be very nice. She is also stronge lol.She can hold on to and Handel the dogs. I say this because my Big boy Boss is a 105 pound pittbull who dosent like his paws messed with. He is not violent or aggressive in any manner but he makes it hard for her to hold his paw and do his nails. LolShe uses a Dremel like they do at the nail salon so that makes for smoother rounded nails. That's something I like. Because i have to keep my boys nails short and rounded. He has aligeries and can do some serious damage to himself once he starts scratching himself if his nails are not rounded nice and smooth.Over all I like this place. They even give you baby a treat upon checkout. I will be going back.
