I love Mrs.Stacy she is so good with dogs , I was talking them very time they needed her touch but when the covid hit we had to stop going but she stayed open bless her she loves her work. We had our first visit today and it was great I was so glad to see she again great work Mrs Stacy see you next month. I’m a bit disappointed...but I feel I don’t have the right to complain for how cheap it was. If you’re looking for somewhere to bring your dog to get it’s hair cut and you didn’t have the tools to do it, you can bring them here it was only $30. I should’ve forked out the extra money and waiting longer for another groomer to have an opening. The face was trimmed so short that there are bald spots and uneven cutting. It looked very rushed for something that took all day. We were told he’d be ready by the afternoon but as 3 pm rolled around I started to get anxious so I called and she told me he was ready, wish she had called sooner. The only pro to this is that it only cost $30 and we were evacuated from Lake Charles and were short on funds and our dog was having a horrible time in this heat with all that fur.wish I could provide a photo of his face :(

Please don’t risk bringing your dogs here!!! The razor had a glitch in it and had to bring my dog to the vet. A haircut that cost only $30 ends up costing us $200!

Bad experience..Had my shih tuz there to get just a shampoo and trim.Got my dog and they cut all hair off..Its winter time why would you do that..I will never go back to this place..And I would recommend 'APRIL PRECIOUS PAWS' in Lafayette..The older lady there seems very mean ...Dont go there if u want your pet to look like 'a naked mall rat' They chop my shih tuz up...Bad grooming place..
