They changed! Although, I grew up going to the Illinois Walgreens at a point in my adult life while here in Kentucky I fell very uncomfortable. I even stop going. Over the last year and half, I'm happy to be a customer. They are always busy, yet always smiling and willing to help. Both pharmacist and the techs are great. Aspen has been especially helpful. My recent diagnosis had me afraid. She was so sweet and comforting as she helped me choose products that I needed. Thank you all Medester.

Staff was very rude. My wife took my daughter to get a flu shot and was told that they don't accept medicaid. When my wife told them that she had insurance through my work, they gave her the runaround and ultimately wouldn't give our daughter a flu shot that we were willing to pay money for if needed.

Seems like something is going on at this particular pharmacy, reviews have fallen down in the last year or so and the staff is not very customer friendly. Will give the staff the benefit of a doubt for a while but then will call corporate office.

When a pharmacy tells you that your word is not good enough and also the date on your bottle is not good enough then I feel that's a pharmacy that we don't need to be working with and this is the worst Pharmacy that I've ever seen the staff is rude especially the pharmacist. They need to go back to the old staff that they had I've been going to this Pharmacy for 15 years and in the last year it has went to the dogs

Unable to have flu medication filled for my son with out me literally calling the entire day. It was the last day he would benefit from it.3 days later I became I’ll a could not get tamiflu filled in time. I had to suffer more because they didn’t do their job.

I've tried 3 times to get my 2nd COVID shot, all scheduled, and have been turned away every single time. Staff back at the pharmacy is just sorry

Walgreens winchester.. worst customer service of any walgreens i have stepped foot into and they will over charge you on your prescriptions and have explaintion as to why they charge 3 times for a drug compared to other walgreens in the lexington area... stay away, shop elsewhere
