I shop this store every week for livestock and dog food. The staff use to be pleasant and helpful. Now not so much. This store has 2 flat carts for the entire store. It is nearly impossible to get 50 pound bags into and out of a regular grocery cart. Come on…do better. Tonight I had to wait 15 minutes just to get a cart. Sad only 3 people in the store. Sad!

Service was friendly and helpful and prices and selection are good.7.17.23I just want to add another review of how wonderful a service experience I just had. I came in to purchase a 50 lb bag of dog food. The young gentleman that was on duty was kind enough to get the bag from the aisle and also carry it out to the car for me. The same young man also assisted another customer by returning their car for them. Just great examples of going above and beyond.

I love the customer service here! Always greeted by Rick as we walk in the door. The only place I have seen with complementary masks. Always have Lee and Zander offering their help and expertise. Zander personally loaded our truck with our supplies last visit without us even asking. What a wonderful crew and always a great experience!

Went in for a 12 volt water pump. The staff were less than useless, and I ended up ordering one through their online system, waiting outside for 30 minutes, then going back in and collecting it when I received the order ready email. 🤦

It's fall and we were looking around for vegetables the would not only grow in fall and survive the winter, but break up and nurish the soil we have (red clay). It's really late in the season so I didn't expect to find much. Turns out they were going to send what they had back to distribution today and were willing to let me in the backroom to look at what they had left. I was more than surprised to find everything I wanted and a few extra seeds! They were awesome about it and the fact that the seeds were marked down made the entire trip even sweeter! Definitely going back in the spring!

Used to be my go-to place for bird seed. Several consecutive disappointments (bugs in a couple of bags, giant gross cobwebs in another) led me off to other sources. Recently tried them for safflower seed and they wanted almost twice as much for it as my usual source.

Love shopping here. They have a great price on the dog food we feed our animals and they have a good selection of clothes, boots and random knick knacks that I always take time to check out. The staff is helpful and courteous!

Ok place if more than 2 employees were In there. Prices are rediculous on shoes and clothes. Cheaper at Macy's. I've had 7 back spinals and I get 200 lbs of stuff at a time and yet never have an offer of help to the car. Employee has walked right past me trying to roll a 50lb bag of food onto the low carts and never even slowed down to offer help. Good products just have to watch what you buy.

Was blatantly lied to about a fictitious "policy" that sounded ridiculous, that if you return something more than $25 it HAS to go on a gift card no matter how you paid. So I called corporate and as I suspected the 2 employees were making their own policies. Corporate had to call the store directly and re-educate their employees on their return policy. Absolutely ridiculous. Will NOT be back to a business that I cannot trust.

Everyone is always friendly and while i was pregnant they carried stuff for me and loaded it for me. My only complaint is when the lines get backed up someone else should be able to work the other register faster

Rude staff and unhelpful manager. Made a special trip buy some ducks to raise on our farm after looking everywhere for a place that had them in stock. Upon arriving they didn't want to let us in the enclosure where they were. I guess buy them sight unseen? After opening the door they wouldn't allow us to touch them. I will not buy any animal I can't handle first. There are a lot of underlying issues that you can't tell just on sight, such as broken bones, too light for their age, etc. After talking to the manager I was told I would not be allowed to touch them until after I had paid for them. Yeah. Right. Long story short. If you want to buy a living thing. Don't buy it at Tractor Supply. Go somewhere where they aren't as uptight about touching their animals.

I normally like this business because they carry Mazuri feed however, the last couple of times we've visited this particular store, an employee(Stephen) has been nothing but a jerk to us and others for no reason. We also witnessed him smart off to another customer today who asked a question about one of their lawn care products. That customer walked off in disbelief. I will continue to be a Tractor Supply customer however, I will be shopping at a different location entirely because of the employee mentioned.

We get all are farm animals supplies here, because there cheaper than other supplies and they have everything you need. If they dont have it you can rain check it and it will be on the next delivery. Plenty of free parking and handicap. Anything you need on a farm they have it.
