The store as the smallest aisles and the pharmacy is just the absolute worst that I have ever dealt with. I didn't have any prescriptions there but my mom was supposed to said the doctor more than once. Changed pharmacy's, enough said.

I love Kroger, this one is slightly smaller than I'm used to and they don't seem to have the same deals as my local Kroger.

I went to buy a few groceries today. I saw that pineapples were on sale for 88 cents. When I got to the register the cashier, Anita was very rude when explaining to me that they were only 88 cents with a digital download. I wasn’t mean or nasty but simply asked what the price was and she immediately snapped at me and said well if you knew how to do the digital download it would be 88 cents but it’s not now. There was no reason for her to be so rude!

Great experience. Finally a store that has real cashiers. I walked into another yesterday and not 1 cashier. Sorry, maybe I'm old school. Great attitude. Maybe a little higher but for store to do away with cashiers and then still raise prices. Thanks Kroger.

Never any grocery carts inside you have to go to the parking lot to get them… the lines are outrageous… never any baggers I’m always having to beg my own groceries.. it’s ridiculous. I do not get paid to bed groceries every week my own groceries.. call is never any help in the store

Ordered 4 chicken breast packages off their website. Said it was only 40.83 for the items and delivery. I only got 1package. Checked my chime and they tried to charge me 115.47 for it then only charge 20.60. Called Kroger because I didn't get the rest back out of the 40.83 that took from my chime. Said it wasn't their department, that it was Instacart's. Called them and they said they only had a receipt for 10.25 and that it wasn't their department that it was Kroger. I have all the receipts except the one that Instacart claims to have. Either way I won't be ordering from their website anymore. The whole thing has been a nightmare. I would NOT recommend Kroger to anyone.

So much is always out of stock. Most of the time there are no shopping carts inside, so you have to get your own from the parking lot. Their customer service desk could be better. I have not had a good experience whenever I had to go to the desk. Avoid click list if you can. I have given click list numerous chances and they always fail in multiple ways.

This store in particular has gone downhill rapidly. They don't accept cash ANYWHERE but the lanes and run one at a time while their self checkouts are only available for credit and debit. I spent 15 minutes in line for FOUR items so I coulde make dinner. Not worth the time it takes to get through

I'd rather give no stars but that isn't an option. I placed an order for pickup and paid online. I got the confirmation email showing pickup tonight between 6-7pm. Show up shortly after 6pm and they finally come out to the vehicle to inform me that my order won't be ready until tomorrow. Said they were calling people but that they were sorry.I called to speak to the manager as I was never called and no email/text to say that the order wasn't ready. Infact the email I got was to remind me of my order that would be ready. Offered quite a few excuses as to why they didn't have it ready but nothing else. What a waste of my time. I had my 2 young kiddos with and unfortunately needed milk for my youngest that couldn't wait till tomorrow.Would NOT recommend as they only offer excuses as to why your order isn't being fulfilled at the promised time and said that they'd cancel but there might still be a hold on my debit card due to the bank. Gladly we aren't strapped for money and I'm able to go to Wal-mart to get my necessities that Kroger failed to deliver.Sorry COVID and upcoming storm are NOT valid excuses right now as your website is STILL continuing to allow online orders to be placed and selected for pickup with NO notice that there is a high chance that it won't be fulfilled in the next 24 hours.

Love the new layout of the store, especially the produce department. I also liked the scan and bag feature that they have implemented, very handy and it keeps a running total of your items as you shop. Staff is wonderful and friendly as always!

due to health and age I have to ride in basket chair to shop. Chairs in lobby were all marked broken. no others. so an employee found one said it might run awhile. It did. 10 feet!! So I had to walk behind a buggy.

Fresh veggies, meats, seafood. They have almost anything practical and reasonable folks might need or desire. Nice folks, clean store, well stocked and reasonable diversity of products.

It was very busy in the store, but my cashier Chandler was very nice/polite and quick to move the line. I’m usually lucky to ever get a even a greeting out a cashier there, so it was a very nice change. Thank you 👍

Perfect place to aquire my favourite bookends like other humans do. Sweet baby ray's barbecue sauce is such a staple to human life that every other human (like me, a human!) i meet also loves sweet baby ray's barbecue sauce and purchases is for their bookends and decor at their human dwelling.

They are doing some remodeling, so it's a little hard to find products, but everything is laid out pretty easily and the store is small enough to be able to find things. I think they should upgrade it to a "Super" Kroger (personally don't like how small the store is when it gets busy). But it's a good store. The employees are helpful too.

Although they were extremely busy with Christmas holiday customers, the cashier was still friendly. They were extremely efficient. I have found them to have the freshest produce, the better cuts of beef and overall the best pricing in town.

Always out of stock of the things I need. Can't do the click list because of this because they don't really do substitutions well. Store is small and not well organized. Check out lines are too long. The only good this is they have nice produce and meat, but if you need other things it's kind of a waste of time.

Service desk is horrible. Never open in the evenings and the people can be rude. I get customers can be rude too but, not all of are. They need a bigger store.

Love this Kroger! The staff are always extremely nice and have went out of there way more than once to help me. One lady went as far as pushing my buggy for me because my son wasn't feeling good and wanted me to hold him so she pushed my buggy and got my items off the shelves for me while I calmed him down! Tell me any other store you've ever seen that happen!! The ladies at the registers are always really nice and help get you out quick and the lady who always works the U-scan area is one of the sweetest people ever! So as you can see I really like the staff at this location and I've only had to go somewhere else for something 1 time and it's because I wanted a certain brand of something and they had ran out. They had another brand of it but I wanted the certain one so I consider me leaving my fault lol..

This is a pitiful Kroger. I wrote in a complaint. The shelves are empty, messy, and disorganized. I was in town on business and spent $30 on laundry supplies and $50 on other essentials. The cashier and customer service refused to help me find 4 quarters to help me do laundry at my hotel. I've supported Kroger over Walmart for years. At this point, I will move on to Target. I'm thankful in Louisville we have Meijer and soon Publix. Kroger suffers from a lack of competition.

Felt the staff was rude. I asked if I could use the bathroom as the gentleman was cleaning it; I didn't want to move his cleaning supplies without asking. I believe I did my part to be courteous in asking and that courtesy was not returned.
