Atmosphere is blah. Food is always good. Normally it is fairly quick but this past time was painfully slow. They didn't bring any silverware and there was none up at the counter where it is supposed to be. I had to stand and wait over five minutes for someone to come from the back just to get silverware so my 8 year old son could eat his food.

When you travel even the familiar places can be different. Fazoli was very good. Always great bread sticks. The baked spaghetti with meatballs was the perfect blend of sauce and pasta. The trio pasta was a great mix of flavors. Just because there weren't any packages of cheese available didn't stop this establishment from coming around with a hand grater. Loved that!

This is the third time in a row that we ordered dinner. Food is awesome . We had fried spaghetti. The house salad was crispy and fresh as can be. And the desert: triple chocolate cheesecake and NY style cheesecake both awesome!The service when picking up the food was so friendly and fast. Can highly recommend. Will be back for more soon .

Food is always good, unfortunately today I witnessed incredibly bad customer service in the drive thru my window was down, and the driver in front of me was honking for attention from the assistant in the window and wanted to validate that he was mis charged and when the lady finally came to the window she blamed the customer for the issue because he forgot to hand the coupon with his card, now seeing as he probably told the lady when ordering she should have mentioned it was missing. I know it's not her job but instead of being kind she chose to charge him full price, and then the manager instead of asking him to come into the restaurant to fix it said and I quote sorry nothing I can do now!!!The worst part was when it was my turn the 2 woman where standing in the drive thru window handing out my food making fun of the previous customer!!!Shame on them that's disgusting!!!If there was an option for starring the service I would give it a 0!!!Employee on receipt was Madison

It is good Italian fast food and got it ready pretty quick. We picked up takeout on the way to the motel. The bread was not really good but the pasta and sampler platter was decent. The best part was the Chicken Alfredo. And when we reheated it was still good. Staff was nice and helpful. They seemed to be keeping the place clean.

We like the food here and usually have good experience but tonight going through the drive thru. The girl who took our order was not polite. Receipt said Aubrea. When we asked about the drinks with the kids meal. The poor girl said the only come with when asked. Was hard not to laugh. Get better.

I go here for lunch often. I online order mostly. They are always kind,attentive, and food is always good. They always have a great attitude and are super friendly. That’s very refreshing! I have never had a bad experience.

Good food once you get it. Are they in financial trouble? Service was slow and they were NOT that busy. Tables were uncleared and uncleaned for far too long. Several drink offerings were empty or not working. Never-ending bread sticks ENDED with two for two people. We were never offered more. Were the food not quite good, I wouldn't have given more than 1 star. Honestly, general cleanliness of the dining area, broken tables out of balance, seemingly apathetic personnel and no follow-up makes me question whether or not I would dine here again or recommend this location to anyone else. Simply said: the food's good...the condition of the restaurant. ..not so much.

I loved our family experience! The kiosk is so handy just because we all didn't know what he wanted and we could take our time ordering. The customer service was wonderful! They catered to our needs very well. I love how everything was easy to find. The food was wonderful and Our family enjoyed Fazolis! we will be back!

Love their Chicken Alfredo! Best we have had in a long time. Gave it 4 stars only because we did takeout and went through their drive-thru and was not sure about their in-dining experience. However, if it is as good as their food, they would get 5 stars from me!

Went for the first time the other day, and absolutely loved it. Possibly the cleanest restaurant I've ever stepped foot into, and the servers were extremely patient with me when I messed up my order, and gave us plenty of breadsticks. The food was great, too. Will be going again soon. 👍

The service is Amazing!! Smiles when they serve the food. Fresh, Hot and Delicious! Just Love the crusted Alfredo Bake. Bread sticks you won't be able to eat just one! Appreciate the great food, service and looking forward to seeing those smiling faces!
