If you are in a hurry, I would say this isn't the place for you to go, the lines are always long typically with a single worker working, trash, stocking carts, boxes, shopping carts, etc are always in the way too. Not to mention the floors are dirty and the shelves are a mess. However, for a dollar store you can't expect it to be that great of a place to do some shopping.

They had the Perfect Gift Box for the gifts for my mother's day present. Also something a Lil extra that turned out to be even more prettier and .More sentimental than what I had originally gotten her the day before at Walmart. Even better yet it was only $1.25 😃 Thank you Dollar Tree in Winchester KY.

I stopped at the Winchester Ky store this evening around 8pm, and picked up a few items I needed, about $30 worth. Two lines were open, which is unusual here, and I chose the shorter one, and waited while the two people in front of me checked out. Just as she was starting to check the person ahead of me, she looked at me and said "You'll have to get in the other line, I am going home." I left the cart and walked out, as the other lane had six or seven people in it. I would not have minded if she had said something when I entered the line, or had a lane closed sign up, but I had waited far too long as it was. I probably won't go back. Just a minor gripe, but really bad service.

Dollar tree should sell hats, shirts, and pins that say “ we know the price and won’t yell at you” and give a discount to those who wear them. Those poor cashiers shouldn’t have to ask people if they know certain things cost more or get yelled at if people don’t know.

Okay, so I must have been staying indoors way too long... suddenly, everything at Dollar Tree is now $1.25, and many items are well over that at $3 or $5. Have I been sleeping under a rock, or do they just need to change their name???I don't think Dollar Tree fits anymore!

This Dollar Tree is AWESOME 👏 the help they have there is so helpful and cares about the people and their needs especially Crystal, she helped us with all our needs!! Jamie (the red head) was also very helpful and polite. These two need some serious raises!!! This location is always so clean and ALWAYS well stocked!! Other dollar trees in the region need to take some pointers from the Winchester location On cleanliness and customer service!! Way to go Winchester 👏❤️

Not much to complain about, if anything.Everything is $1! Someone's they have beans name makeup, and toys. There's random socks (that are usually pretty cool), just everything. Cheap vitamins that would be 5-7x the price anywhere else... Just a huge asst. Of anything and everything. Great Halloween decor as well.

I love coming here for little odds and ends that I may need to hold me over a week or two or things for my desk at work. This location has a freezer section with multiple selections of food and treats. Whenever I come into this location it is always fully stocked and neatly organized. And you can find a lot of different items that other locations do not have in the area. The staff is very down to earth and friendly, making the shopping experience much more than a run of the mill retail store.

Went to Dollar Tree to do them a favor because two different times a cashier stated they needed quarters. I took 470 dollars in quarters already rolled up. The manager talked down to me and made me wait over 30 minutes, me doing them a favor and I told them to just forget about it and give me the two hundred in quarters back. Will never again go to that Dollar tree. The guy who was waiting on the manager to bring the money kept saying she was almost done took 40 dollars out of his pocket and bought four rolls. Poor management. When someone goes out of their way to help you out and you treat them badly and make them wait over 30 minutes. Manager should be fired.

One of my favorite places to shop. The associates are very friendly and everything is stocked neatly. The one thing I have learned, though, is to buy something when you see it because it may be sold out on your next visit!

I was in the Winchester KY dollar tree on 7/26/20. The girls working there were amazing Crystal went above and beyond to help me with my shopping and Jamie ( the red head ) also was wondering helping me out. These two young ladies need a serious raise in their pay. This location is ALWAYS clean and ALWAYS well-stocked, other Dollar trees store's in this region need to take some pointers from the Dollar tree workers in Winchester.... Big shout out 👏 to CRYSTAL and JAMIE ( the red head ) way to go girl's you both are amazing works 💪👏🥇🏆

The cashier Trina at this location is very unprofessional. I went into this location on my lunch break and there were several customers in the line with only one register open. When I asked Trina was her line open she precedes to tell me no but another line would be available. Needless to say when that other line did open instead of me being offered assistance next she proceeds to check out other customers that were in the line after me! I've worked in customer service over 15 years and in my experience when you have a situation like that you help the next customer in line. This company may want to train their cashiers in better customer service.

I needed some containers for Christmas goodies I'm giving add gifts. They still have a fair selection if anybody needs some. I also purchased tissue paper which they have plenty of. It's a good place for last minute sticking stuffers and wrapping supplies!!!

Often when I visit The Dollar Tree, the staff is standing directly in front of the door smoking. I have asthma and it is very disturbing, especially when you are spending money at this store. The staff should be more considerate.Thank you.

A friend told me about this Dollar Tree- said it was the biggest one she'd ever been in. So i had to come down & check it out for myself: it IS huge & they have a real variety of items here. As a matter of fact i spent $35 lol.✌💜😁

Nothing is a dollar anymore. $1.25 and up now. Still Clean, Found the Necessities needed. Plus a few hobby items. They have more items now just less space for them.

Lots of product choices. Lots of toys and of course tons of Christmas wrapping papers and decorations. This store is neat and clean for All Seasons. I like shopping here for that reason. Try it
