On May 3rd we went the store to get some stuff my friend had to use the restroom, the nice you man that was working there told my friend where thr restroom was, remind you we just spent money there, well this nasty lady with a attitude from hell came after my friend jump all over them, after we put our stuff in the car I went back in there and she was telling every customer about what happened, and boy the lies cane rolling out of her mouth she refused to give her name nor did she have on a name tag. Never again and yes we called corporate. If people with attitude need not to be working with the public

Norma, Genolla and James are amazing!! They are very friendly. They bust their butt's off to keep the store stocked and organized. You need help finding something they have no issue to help you. DeiDefinitely they only Dollar General I have ever been to that's clean and organized. All others always has boxes everywhere U-boats in the middle of the isle where you can't get threw empty shelves and most of all rude employees! I absolutely love Norma and her crew! We have great conversation. They know me and my kids by name. We love it there.

the place is clean and well put ,BUT one of the mangers is terribly rude especially when you want to save some money and use coupons. I went there the other day ,and she was not the best employee . she even got mad when i said i wanted to cancel my order. i felt so disrespected and it wasn’t only to me but to other people that wanted to use coupons as well.so if you want to go and use some coupons i do NOT recommend going there if she is there.

I stop in here often to check out there sales especially on washing powders because I used the Dollar General electronic coupons and you can get a really good deal. Of you haven't checked the electronic coupons out yet you should. They are very nice and friendly and will ask if you need help. Clean store. They keep they well stocked unlike some others I've been to.

It's a big store seems like the square footage is larger than most other dollar stores. And the shelves are stopped I mean it was tight. the little guy that waited on us was nice that she could be and we were in and out.

The best DG I've ever been in...always organized and neat. The lady that runs the store is the greatest always nice and helpful and greets everyone that comes in.

Dollar General is the perfect stop when you are in a hurry and only need a few items and don't want to fight the crowds at large stores. They have a good grocery selection but they also have awesome toys that you don't find other places. I love my Dollar General.

Other then finding some great deals on odds and ends, All I have to say about Dollar General is....The store is only as good as its management and there staff. Most are uderstaft, Over worked and under paid. But youll notice the stores with Proud Employees. The one store out of ten that's properly managed, items stocked and put away all Day everyday!

Sheila was very rude and walked off and went back to stocking after she was called to open a lane for another lady and myself. She waited on her and literally walked off. When I mentioned it to the grey haired guy who was working also, he let me know that's just how Sheila is. I was stunned and will never shop this location again. I am there usually at the least once often twice per day. This was off the wall.

I've been to the one here in Winchester on Lexington avenue and the other one down here off of Maple North Maple both good stores very friendly very courteous they know their products where they're located if you can't find it I've not had any problems in the river clean nice everything was great on both the stores I was at I have no complaints at all ever go back and spend money

It's a really nice dollar store. It has more than other dollar stores that I've visited. Very friendly staff, especially those stocking the shelves in the back. They are always willing to assist you in finding anything.

3rd review. One in Irvine Rd is nasty.Rude cashiers, boxes all over the floor. Employes stand around doing nothing.Smoking close to the door. Food expired on the shelves. 🤢🤢🤢😡😡😡😡

Its one of the less taken care of and its to bad because this store and the DG on Maple have the most business and they get the les help and less hours.YOU ALL NEED TO FIX THESE STORES or Im about to shop at walmart on a daily.

This Dollar General is so convenient always clean the staff always greets me when I walk in an they are always willing to help me find anything if I'm not able to find it. Just a very friendly place to stop and shop

Literally, the cashiers watch people walk up to the register, and they walk away to go stock a shelf. I have left my goods on the counter and walked out several times. Specifically, this is in Winchester KY on Boone Ave.
