The issue I had today was that the parking lot was covered in snow. I went after 11AM and all surrounding businesses had cleared their parking lots but not CVS. Another customer in the store voiced this to the manager who said it was contracted out and only after 3 inches would they clear the lot. Also I felt like the manager was very unreceptive of the customers concerns. I will not return to CVS on a snowy day. I will take my business elsewhere. Winchester, KY 40391.

CVS is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever encountered. They filled my prescription with an empty box. When I went back to retrieve the medication I handed the technician the CVS bag with the paperwork inside. He filled the prescription, but failed to put the printed medication information sheet back in the bag. When I got home I had to call to inquire how to take the meds and he acted like it was my fault. Also, why offer drive-thru service if it’s closed during pharmacy open hours.

Scheduled a drive thru covid testing appt. Drove from out of town to this location, like I've done before. I received a confirmation, an appointment reminder, and put in insurance and payment info, only to be told when I got there that they don't do the testing anymore and nobody is trained to do it. It's frustrating, but even more so when you're sick. It's important to keep information updated to prevent this type of thing.

Always very helpful and customers are number one priority always trying to give you the best of service and pharmacy is always accurate never a long way orders are ready when they say they will be they can deliver if need be sometimes it's included in your insurance or you may pay a little delivery fee on certain medications but overall there are five star business I've never had a bad experience here

This pharmacy treats people horribly if they are Medicaid recipients. I requested a refill on Tuesday afternoon and they told me it would be 40 min. I opted to come back the next day. When I arrived they did not have my prescription, ran the wrong insurance and told me to go to the back of the line. I handed them my Medicaid card, they told me they had it on file and told me to go to the back of the line. I am unemployed due to complications with Covid, and my husband has had to care for me. He is a Federal officer in service to this country. Their actions are shameful.

I am treated like I do not belong there everytime I enter. I shop there every single day. It is the closest store to me in walking distance. I have tried to contact corporate and they continue not to call me back. This store uses no respect or customer service. Everyone is always in a rush to close even to the point of lying. They follow me around as if I will steal but I purchase multiple items at a time. There is a particular dark headed lady that is sometimes q cashiet, she gets angry that I use or bring coupons. She sometimes refused to allow me to put my phone number in for the care rewards. If I do not put my number in at the beginning of the transaction then it can be set for me to add it. She will flat out tell me no she does not have time.

I feel bad for the people of Winchester, KY who have to conduct business at this CVS. I walked in through the first set of doors at 8:59pm, not realizing that was closing time at 9pm. Rather than just letting me know, “we are closing,” the guy screamed at me, a foot from me, in the breezeway “NO! We are CLOSING! We are closing RIGHT NOW!” He then proceeded to slam the second set of doors in my face. I understand the joy of closing time and wanting to go home, but you don’t have to be a jerk about it. Bless the people who must interact with this guy on a daily basis, especially around closing time.

I should have listened to the other reviews. It really is as bad as they say. Had a vaccine appt at 12:30 and after sitting there for 10 minutes unacknowledged I said do I need to do something? "Yeah sign in over there"...okay would have been nice to know 10 minutes ago after they clearly saw me waiting. Took an additional 30 minutes while they talked on the phone, discussed other patients, drank redbull, wore a mask beneath their nose, coughing wildly the whole time. Couldn't get out of there faster, never going back.

The slowest pharmacy in Winchester. I come here often, and have had to lately due to medical problems. You will genuinely sit in the pharmacy drive thru line for at least thirty mins, every single time. Also, the staff isn’t super professional, they always seem irritated to have to get your meds or frustrated that they’re having to work in general. There were six cars ahead of me when I pulled in about forty mins ago, and I’m still waiting to even get close to the window. Car in front of me has been at the window for a solid fifteen mins.

Horrible customer service. No one at the registers, No one to help me to check out. I had to find an employee and they suggested I use the self help check-out. Very rude customer service. I have moved all my prescriptions to Walmart.

I told the pharmacist his white jacket was not white and that he had spilled food from several meals. He just laughed. He did not try to make an excuse. This was almost a year ago. I hope he no longer works there. They are building a new store. Maybe the professional staff will be new also.

I've been going to CVS for 14 years now only to pick-up medication for a very few people that haven't got the time to do so themselves. I've never in all 14 years encountered aproblem. The stsff hhas always been helpful and all medications were waiting as expected.

PLEASE DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE TO GET TESTED FOR COVID 19. When I took the test on July 2nd, they told me that it was going to take 2 to 4 days to get the results back and to keep checking MY CHART, which I did and there was a message saying 4 to 7 days (Just days). Today is July 11th, I called a 1866 number and they told me to wait until Monday the 13th if I don’t hear back from them to call back on Tuesday. 😫😫😫

The most inconsiderate people I've ever dealt with. Leave my prescription at 1030 told three in the afternoon it would be ready. They didn't fill either over a prior authorization. Jerk face idiots I could have just paid cash. But now screw that you will never get another dime of buisness from my family again.

The New Manager there STEVEN is very unprofessional and maybe racist. I called up to the store for literally a month checking the status of my application and he seemed PISSED at me everytime I did so. He talked to me in a very unfriendly voice and it was very unprofessional and it got to point where he basically said that he wasn’t going to hire me. If you aren’t hiring why post false advertisement on indeed?
